I love the bagels here, but wasnt too happy with the fact they let a customer walk in a tiny shop with no mask and didnt say anything. It was pretty packed and no sense of regulation or traffic control. Kind of a let down seeing they werent concerned about their customers or employees health. Half my bagel was missing lox and capers today as well.

Excellent food. Bought a breakfast bagel sandwich. One of the most delicious Ive ever tasted. Very generous with their cream cheese. Bagels are exquisite. This place is next level. My family has been getting bagels here for as long as I can remember. Great way to impress family or friends from out of town and get your NY bagel bragging rights! Besides that, their soups are great and so is the coffee. The prices? Also awesome. I wish I could give six stars.

I LOVE these bagels have been eating them for years. However I was there recently and noted that some staff weren’t wearing mask which really concerned me as they are breathing over the food they are serving. I was surprised and a little disappointed. Won’t be going there again for awhile.

Food is great. Service is terrible. I live nearby, and when its crowded they forget my order every time without fail. Just today the woman forgot my order and lied and said it took a while to get it in the toaster. I saw her curse and rush to make my order behind the counter, and when I got my bagel it wasnt even toasted. Theyve forgotten my order at least 5 times. Needs more organization.

My husband and I are currently in town from Florida drove all the way to the bagel shop ordered bagel and lox fully loaded paid extra for lettuce tomato Caper everything got in the car and they forgot the lox .. I also asked for the bagel to be lightly toasted which it was not very disappointed with my experience😞

Cash Only-My guess is credit card transactions cost maybe $.75 a pop or so, on a single bagel purchase of $2.00... youve already cut into your profit margin- Bagels fresh and delicious and service is great overall, many times they are crowded, pack a little patience that time you go : )

While the bagels are good, service was confused about the order. Ordered 6 plain and 6 mixed bagels in separate bags plus plain and garlic/onion cream cheese containers. Got the bagels, not the cream cheeses. Instead, got two more bagels with plain cream cheese. On top of that, THEY ONLY TAKE CASH.The order was written down and confirmed, cream cheese containers separate. A business thats Incorporated might want to consider opening up to the idea of debit/credit card purchases if they want to stick around... Just saying.
