A nice lil bagel shop in middle town. Theres a large assortment of bagels to choose from plain, blueberry, French toast, asiago, etc... the french toast bin was empty so it must be good, I will have to try it out next time.This time I got a plain with cream cheese. It was good, bagel was nice & large, good slab of cream cheese on it.I would come back for sure.

We both ate a Vegas on cheddar bagel, and it was completely tasteless. The roast beef was so raw, it was bloody and tasted like water. The bagel was tasteless, the cinnamon roll we got was tasteless as well. It was sad because it all looked good, and the people were nice, but it was under seasoned and just not great. The Black and White cookie was good though 🤷‍♀️.

Service is good but the bagels are not doughy on the inside like your classic boiled New York style bagel, they taste like they’re just baked like bread.

Horrible Customer Service. The older woman working the front gave off the energy that she didn’t want to serve me. She was very standoffish and had an attitude after i asked her if i could get my bagel toasted. I ordered a simple ham egg and cheese bagel and it wasn’t until I realized I’ve been sitting down on my phone for 15+ mins and people that came in after me were being called and retrieving their food before me that something was wrong. She was able to call everyone else but for some reason forgot to call me. I had to stand up and go over to the desk and that’s when she “finally realized” -_- and then just gives it to me, No apologies or anything. As i said I’m Never going there again Horrible customer service

Very good bagels, great breakfast sandwiches. I just wish they stopped selling stale baked goods. I asked if it was fresh and they said it was, yet it was hard. Not the first time either.

Their bagels aren’t very good they taste and feel like a roll and the staff not a very welcoming attitude if you want a good bagel and good service ditch this place and go to downtown bagels next to shoprite

Just walking inside I already feel the warmth and comfort of that place. It smells absolutely delicious you just walk in and you know breakfast is already being made everything looks fresh and delicious. I had a sausage egg and cheese on a toasted garlic bagel with home fries and it was delicious

Orange County Bagels is a fantastic place to get all sorts of sandwiches and bagels. They have a lot of variety.

Ordered a pastrami egg and cheese and only had one piece of pastrami. Super disappointed

The last time I was there, the cashier (an older gentleman) was incredibly rude and impatient. Theres no reason for such poor customer service. If you cant treat your customers right, youre not getting any return business.

Great place for bagels. They accommodate during the covid-19 issues, and are still percussing great service. I enjoy their bagels and get them weekly. Their egg sandwiches have that home feel.

The food there is always fresh and delicious. The bagels I would probably rate as a four out of five but thats pretty decent for an Orange County bagel. The staff are friendly and they process the order is fairly quickly. A good choice for a quick bagel meal.

I Ordered a few Bagels to take back to NC with me, they werent even wrapped . Spent almost $20 for some what hard bagels with smidgen of cream cheese in a tiny container. The older man assuming the owner wasnt even friendly to me real short and to the point like okaaay. Dont recommend this place . Ill take my business elsewhere :)

Used to go here for breakfast and lunch, even though the chicken in the salad was always rubbery and the price changed daily when I got the same thing.... ranging from 8-15 dollars...Today I found a napkin in my salad. Brought it back and they made sure to refund me for my salad only, not my soda. Disgusting and terrible service! Clearly do not value customers.

My first time going and it was awsome, service was great, food was top notch and I was in and out quick. Highly recommend stopping by for a breakfast sandwhich or a dozen bagels to bring into work to share. Coffee was good also, very clean, ill definitely be coming back 🤘😎🤘🇺🇲

Very friendly, homey spot! They open pretty early so its great for stopping to get breakfast. Theyre fast as well - especially if you call over the phone - so I dont have to worry about being late. There is also the option to eat inside if youd like. They have a wide variety of bagels (blueberry is a new favorite of mine) and other sandwich options, coffee etc. Great place to stop by!

I truly love this bagel shop and the Young man that works there is amazing. I came in there with my neice who has issues regarding confidence and I was getting her to order her bagel and she was scared. But the gentleman was very nice to her and he worked her thru it as she placed her order. I truly enjoyed the way he handled her not alot of people would do that. They have a permanent customer from that day forward. Thank you Orange county Bagel for good customer service. Go check them out they have pick up, order service as well. Dine in as well but social distance is done here as well.

I bought a sausage egg and cheese and the egg wasn’t really that cooked and I found 3 pieces of eggs shells, one I bit in myMouth and I found pieces of hair in my sandwich .never buying here again

Whenever the owner isn’t there the sandwiches suck no lie.. he’s there I’m satisfied, people smiling and all. He’s not there you walk in everybody looks mad.. bacon egg and cheese on a roll might have 1 egg 1 slice of bacon 1 peice of cheese... honestly

Very disappointed I ordered a Sandwhich with egg and home fries and only got 4 little bits of home fries in my sandwhich. Apparently my sister ordered a bacon egg and cheese with bacon crumbles and 1egg. Not to mention they had already messed up my order the first time so when i got there I had to wait.

Not very assuming, but nice bagel selection, made there, if you get there early enough. Egg sandwiches very good and decent coffee too. Did not try their cold sandwiches, but looked good. Great stop when you need a quick bite and dont need waiter service. Enough tables to eat in if desired.

Ordered a toasted plan bagel w/peanut butter and jelly... The person handling food put way too much peanut butter and it all slid out from the bagel onto the wax paper. I got several toasted p and j bagels in the city at very busy locations and never this problem.

Went in today for the very first time. Stood at counter for quite some time and even though they saw me, noone would acknowledge my presence at the counter. A younger guy working the grill looked like he had a serious anger issue going, an older woman was peeling stuff off an already made sandwich, a heavy set guy disappeared... On my way out some other guy finally says How ya doing as Im walking out the door... First impressions are lasting ones... Maybe thats why there were only 3 customers in there...

Good guys at this shop. Quick service ....fresh bagels baked on premises. Highly recommended and without reservation. Catch them at the right time and youll be walking home with a bag full of bagels . (They bake fresh daily .)

Hands down the Best Bagels Ever! My husband brought OC bagels to an event that he had for his Company in Brooklyn and everyone raved about how amazing they were and never had a bagel in NYC as good! That says it all! Their service is always Excellent and the Bagel shop is cozy and Fun! Orange County Bagels is a Gem!

Best bagels around, I go here at least once a week. Employees are nice and repeat your name back to you like you are a friend. I get the Asiago cheese bagel or a sesame and they never disappoint. They also have sandwiches and other food.

Rude counter help lady, New guy was more helpful when it came to comprehending what I was asking for. Seemed like she didnt hear what I asked for, didnt care or just couldnt understand my English. Grill guy is really slow and doesnt wear a hair net. Orders were backed up so bad and no one even walked over to give him direction. Lunch is good, boars head meat, Arthur ave rolls but you can find that almost anywhere nowadays.

Will never come here again. I stopped in at noon, place was not crowded and workers where just standing around. Im standing at the counter for a good 5 min while a gentleman who Im going to assume is the owner or manager checked 1 person out then went to sit at one of the tables with friends or his family. Never took my order never asked if I was being helped.. I continue to stand there waiting to be help when finally a older lady had asked if I was being helped . 4 ppl saw me standing there and no one had any courtesy to ask if I needed anything.. what a waist of my time and money.

The place didnt have the meat I wanted and the lady looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. Then she took my order but completing 2 other orders she took after mine because I wanted a sandwich and they wanted breakfast. Unacceptable customer service. And the boss just sat there and allowed in period I will never waste my time to come back there again. Where food is it worth the course and Im from New York City.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times and every time they’ve screwed up the order, it’s even worse if you call and order. They don’t seem to understand what no egg means and I wouldn’t even bother ordering taylor ham because it’s ALWAYS undercooked.

My Lightly-toasted bagel was burnt, and though they have an ad for their 40 topping chop salad menu, advertising several things including mushrooms smack dab in the center of their front window, they actually dont carry mushrooms at all. An oversight, I suppose.I wasnt happy with my overall experience at this place, but I give 3 stars because theyre friendly, at least.The right staff with a good attitude trumps the flaws pertaining to food quality.
