We were traveling from Tennessee and broke down thinking we had bad fuel. Did a Google search and gave them a call. They got us right in that day. Turns out it wasnt fuel, but a stuck exhaust valve. I was expecting an expensive repair and a couple days of being stuck waiting. Rick had us back on the road by the end of the day and for a fraction of what I expected. So nice to know there are still honest hard working people that genuinely care about others.

Will not be going there for service ever again. I have to get my car fixed again and pay more money so someone else can do the job right. I had to come to this place twice and still my car was not fixed properly. Smh. Only reason i gave a 1 is because it wont let me post without one. But honestly they get 0 from me.

Had tires mounted and balanced here and when I picked them up the rims were scratched pretty bad. The mechanic said it was a hard job because they were 35 profile tires. If he thought there was an issue he should have called and said he couldnt do the job. Two stars because the job got done, but now I have to repair and refinish my expensive rims instead of breaking in my new tires.

I take my Car here for everything. They always take care of me. Very friendly and welcoming feeling from the beginning. I wont go anywhere else now.

Rick & his dad are both very good at what they do. I had a severe engine leak on my G6 & he quoted 1400 at first and then I was able to save some money when I picked it up he said it didn’t need all of that and only charged me 900, if you ask me that’s pretty solid of him because anyone else had already had me on the hook for 1400 so it could’ve been different. So now he currently has my 3rd gen explorer in his shop preparing for a timing chain replacement and fluid change. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else with any other vehicle issue that I can’t complete myself unless it’s Harris total autocare

This company tried to scam me when I needed an A/C RECHARGE. the technician tried to tell me I needed 2 a/c relays for my specific vehicle, and that it would cost me and extra $90 dollars for labor and parts. Extra labor for installing a relay right next to the compressor you are already working on?? And to top the cake, I already knew there was only 1 a/c relay for my vehicle, not 2 as claimed by the technician. Also my relay cost 7 dollars at AutoZone. Lol

The only place I trust in Middletown at the moment.
