Outstanding!! The staff were friendly, helpful and professional from the moment I walked in. My car was repaired in the time frame they provided and they called me several times to update me on the progress of my repair. The front office staff, Sally and Allison, could not have been nicer. We picked up our SUV and Allison was just so kind and helpful we can’t thank her enough. Crown Collision in the place to go!!

Tiago made my CRV look brand new, after a Very Damaging ($7,800) Crash!He paid very close attention to every detail.I am so pleased with every aspect of Crown Collision’s Service. I was unfortunate to have damage to my car, but very fortunate to find Crown Collision. They fixed my car and were so professional, prompt and polite. I left the best experience and turned right back around and used their service. Fifteen minutes after leaving someone side swiped my car. The service was just as great thr second time around.

Have not used them for business, but after my call with the woman that just answered my call was short and rude when I had a bad phone connection, I will not be going here. Getting rude customer service 30 seconds into my experience with them is a no go for me.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received at Crown Collision. I had not had an auto collision in 40 years, so I was quite anxious about how to proceed. Sally put my mind at ease immediately and got the ball rolling. Once I got to Crown, Allie took over, reviewed the damage to my car and assured me that I would receive a phone call ASAP with the next step in the process. Tiago followed up very shortly thereafter with a call explaining the damages with an in-depth and concise diagnosis. I am extremely happy with the service and attention to detail. I was directed to Crown Collision through USAA Insurance for a bent car door jam and a broken mirror assembly.I am extremely happy with the work done by Crown. The Customer Service was outstanding, I was always made aware of the process on my truck. The repair was scheduled for 5 days, and they fixed it in 3.My truck smells good as new!

Hit some debris on the freeway and wrecked my front bender— and then some— so I was told to take it to these guys. Never heard of them before, despite living here my whole life, but I’m glad I found them. The head mechanic was nice and down to earth, and advised me on how to go through the claims process. They kept me updated every step of the way. Hopefully I never/don’t have to return here for quite a while but this will definitely be my new body shop.

Crown Collision did an exceptional job repairing my car and restoring it back to looking brand new. They were extremely helpful from beginning to end and Alli kept in touch through the process to let me know how things were going. When I called with a question, they were always very helpful and receptive to my needs. I had a dent in my door and my paint was chipped. I turned my car in on Monday and they said I would have it by Thursday. The next day I get a call that my car is ready. They pulled the dent out of my car and re painted the door. It looks brand new. On top of doing a great job on the door they cleaned my car inside and out. It was spotless. These guys are great at their jobs and are extremely friendly. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was very disappointed in how my car was dealt with there was small things that needed to be fixed from a minor accident and they also marked things on my vehicle that didn’t need to be fixed. In the end they totaled out my car and i was very disappointed in the way they went about it.

This is a first-rate establishment. The people are as friendly and efficient as their repairs are outstanding. Five stars ++

Below is what Crown Collision charged me for a windshield replacement, and below that is what they and my insurance company worked out the cost would be. I was new in town and they told me they would help me out, but this picture definitely doesnt make me feel confident that I was helped out at all.
