My 2003 Audi A4 convertible top had been inoperable for two years before I brought it to APT on the recommendation of the shop that would be replacing the top for me. APT diagnosed the faults w/ the mechanical system that operates the top and found that it was mainly electrical connections that were badly corroded from the car sitting outdoors for five years. These guys are very honest because they could have told me it was far more extensive than just corroded connections. The repair of the top ended up being very reasonable which allowed me enough in my budget to properly address some critical engine issues. Naz explained to me exactly what was happening with each issue we addressed and due to this upfront manner I felt comfortable letting him do all the necessary work to get the car back to good working order. I am happy to say that Ive enjoyed driving this beautiful little car once again thanks to APT.

I was blown away be the level of service and honesty of the owner here. I was recently given an older Passat that I brought here to be checked out before driving. Well luckily I did because it needed some important work such as a timing belt. Naz worked with me to identify the important repairs and other minor ones that could be delayed. This really helped in managing the costs to work with my budget.He was extremely patient and willing to explain what needed to be done. It felt like I was dealing with a friend I’ve known for years. It feels odd to say but I actually look forward to returning for future work.

A Porsche!A BMW!Ive recently had two cars spend some time with Naz at APT auto repair. I am a real customer with several thousands spent and I am absolutely pleased with the service, results, communications, fairness and honesty Ive had doing business here. I came in with my 2007 Porsche Boxster. I was the second owner of this car and the first first guy put on an aftermarket high performance exhaust. I thought this was pretty cool to have until engine light came on and stayed stuck and they told me that it had to do with the aftermarket exhaust. So I lived with it. Every year was challenging to get this car inspected. This year it was impossible. Naz started with a new oxygen sensor. A bunch of codes disappeared but the catalytic converter code continued to recur. Somehow this wizard Naz was able to manipulate and clean oxygen sensors etc. to get this car to pass the inspection. He made it pretty clear that Im going to need a new catalytic converter and Im shopping now since this is an old aftermarket exhaust. Either way, Naz demonstrated his capabilities in what I consider a challenging situation. Especially as a lay person with a good knowledge of cars, I absolutely appreciate the value of a garage like this that can work on German cars once youre done with the dealer.My other car also happens to be a 2007, this time a BMW X.3. Brakes, suspension, Ann intermittent but consistent overheating situation.... One step at a time, Naz got through it all and now the car works great. Im putting in the energy to write this very long review because I like these guys and I want to do them a solid. If you have a German car, especially with some kind of situation that may be difficult to diagnose or manage, I highly, highly, highly recommend Naz and the expertise, care and personal attention you will have at APT Auto Repair in Middletown New York. I came to see Naz at APT Motorsports with a very difficult electrical issue on a 2008 Audi A5. It was my first time using this shop. Usually I would try a new shop with an oil change service or something minor to see how they are. I had no other choice, but to bring it to the dealer and get completely abused. In speaking with Naz I felt assured he could handle the job. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in Audi vehicles. He was upfront and honest. Kept me informed as to his progress in diagnosing the very complicated issue this car had. He literally removed the seats and carpets to discover that the sunroof drains were clogged and destroyed one of the MMI components.Naz fixed the problem and reinstalled everything without even a trace of a dirty fingerprint on my seats or dashboard or console. Amazing. Excellent Technician. APT Motorsports has my future business as well as my family and friends with German cars. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend going to APTMotors... several times I took my Volkswagen to the dealer... And they could not fix it... I brought my car to APT with several issues... And they fixed it on the first visit.... then i took the car back because of a check engine light.
