Like never before. Got a loaner car since my car needed to stay. Excellent customer care!

I have gone here for years and this time I am beyond disappointed! The service was so bad I made an appointment for a simple oil change and to look at my seat belt because it was frayed! I left to run an errand quick and two hours later I hadn’t heard about my car. I had to call and find out about my car. They than go to tell me my car has been done and they just need to look at the seatbelt because they need to order the piece 45 minutes later nothing about my car again. I had to call AGAIN and they said they had no idea about my car. I got so frustrated than informed me they needed to still look at it JUST LOOK I had to go to the dealership to finally get information about my car and get my car out of there. It was over a 3 hour oil change which is ridiculous when you make an appointment.

Johnstons Subaru is the best. I love my car and My salesperson Alberto always makes time to say hi and give me a hug even months after I bought the car. I will always buy Subarus, safe fun to drive and pretty. 🤗

Its never fun getting your car serviced. But the people working the counter at Johnstons make it easier. They are friendly and helpful. I bought my car when this dealship was Feders, and very much liked it then. Its only gotten better since becoming Johnstons.

A big part of the positive experperience in owning my Subaru(s) is Johnstons service dept. They are honest about the need for service as well as the cost of a repair. Im confident that I save money by bringing my car to them whether its in comparison to another Subaru dealer or anywhere else. Ask for Maureen as your service advisor - shes awesome!

Johnstons Subaru is the best. We bought our Crosstrek here, always get it serviced here, and will continue to buy Subarus here.

Had the item I needed for my Legacy in stock. Good service.

Didn’t have the clips I needed, ordered on amazon here next day. Went back next day for paint, didn’t have WR blue touch up in stock. ... ordered on amazon had next day.I’m trying to use you guys but wow.

Service is great. Just wish they would extend the hours until 7 pm at least once a week.
