Caliber Collision did an excellent job of repairing my car. They provide great customer service, keeping me informed along the way. The end result is seamless, the body work looks great.

Excellent workmanship and quality, but it took 2 weeks to get my vehicle back for one dent.

It’s a very pleasant place and I felt completely confident that they are the best place to take it to .

Body work was great, however paint job was not. It took them a couple of tries to match vehicle color. Their 1st attempt didnt match well at all, stuck out like a sore thumb. My car appears to be a hard color to match. They didnt take care of my car while its in their care at all. The whole car felt gritty most, likely from over spray. Also had fingerprints and smudges in the work area. We again had to take it back an have them buff it out. And dont let them circle or mark your car outlining any scratches because they scratched a circle on my hood. The eventually offered to buff it off, we declined as I buffed it out myself.

We were extremely pleased with the speed as to how they were able to complete the job. The initial estimate was for approximately 2 + weeks, and it took them 8 almost full days to finish. We picked up our vehicle on the following day, the 9th day.

The quality of work was great, the staff was friendly and professional and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be.

A day and a half job took 7 days, had to bring my car back the next day. Things that were worked on didnt work. Lots of body shops to choose from, I suggest you pick somewhere else.

Car was all messed up and Caliber done fixed me up! This is the second time they had to do repairs on my vehicle and both times they did an amazing job. My car looks better than it did when I first purchased it! They are always able to get my car scheduled in fast and I like how they text you throughout the week to let you know the status of your vehicle. Very warm, friendly and welcoming staff. Cierra and Kyle are great! Definitely see them if you need any repairs on your vehicle.

I have used calibers service for the first time and I can say I was a great experience . They were prompt and very helpful. They caked me weekly to keep me informed of the progress and if any delays occurred. They worked flawlessly with my Insurance company and took care of all my needs with the rental vehicle. My vehicle was making a noise while I was traveling down the highway. I was a little worried. I saw Caliber Collision on my travel and stopped in. Everyone in the front office was very nice and accommodating. Turns out one of my wheel liners was loose and flapping in the wind. They reattached it so I could continue my ride home and double checked everything to make sure I was safe to drive home. I highly recommend these guys!

Written 7/13Had car repaired with Abra was given Lifetime Warranty on the work. Had to return car 2x to get bearing corrected. Now Caliber Collision took over with the same staff, new name and they no longer honor their Lifetime Warranty. A simple name change and all your past warranty obligations go away. Horrible, now its $260 out of my pocket to fix something the staff couldnt initially or upon the second return even.-------Updated 7/14Todd (Manager) called us first thing this morning, and are willing to work with us on the issues above. We will post an update once the issues are resolved.

Would not even give them a half star did not do anything for me but painted a tailgate and put it on after told them I was putting on a utility body and wouldnt need that two months of BS from them didnt fix my truck at all(except tailgate I didnt need)

Back in early 2019 I used Keenan auto body/ABRA (former Caliber Collision company ownership) and the employees were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. They were very accommodating to my schedule. The work was done on-time and on-budget. I would highly recommend their services.

I brought my car in yesterday after waiting two weeks for an appointment, today they call me to tell me they dont have enough time to work on my car and they want to send it out somewhere else to be repaired since they are at 150% capacity. If things had come up and they needed to reschedule because they were too busy that would have been ok but now Ive brought my car in and have to go and pick it up wasting more of my time because they couldnt simply call to reschedule me since they were too busy to do the work. Then when I called back to let them know I would be picking up my car they said oh it is not that were too busy its just the extensive damage?? I have a dent on the rear panel of my car I do not understand how that is extensive damage. Will not schedule an appointment here again they do not value your time.

My car was dropped off to Caliber on 1/24. When I dropped it off I was told I would receive updates on Mondays and Wednesdays regarding the repair. I had not received any calls or texts until I called on 2/7. At that point I was told Caliber had my phone number incorrect. I then received updates via text and phone calls from Maureen. When I came in to pick up my car on 2/13 I confirmed that my phone number was inputted incorrectly from a typed up form. On 2/14 I called to express concern still regarding my alignment. I played phone tag with Maureen until 2/17 where I had to reach out to her to find out when I could bring my car back in. She arranged another rental and I returned my car on 2/18. Maureen told me she would follow up with me either the afternoon of 2/18 or on 2/19. I did not hear from her until 2/21 to let me know my car was ready. After the second trip my car was aligned correctly. The communication is awful. I will never bring my car here again and will tell anyone who asks to never bring their car there either.

Had to take it back to get the bumper realigned and one screw cap needed to be replaced, replaced with the wrong color. SMH The part that drives me crazy is, I hand wash my car and know every inch, nick and scatch. Every door handle on my car now has multiple scratches on it. I didnt notice until a week or so later. Beacause fresh paint work shouldnt be washed. Its like the person was wearing a Superbowl ring and opened each door 5+ times. Not deep but not light scratches either. They should buff out with my DA polisher but I havent had the time. Of course all of this was noticed after my official review was submitted. Which they asked to be put in the day after I got my car back. Stupid me.I stopped today, and was told oh thats wear and tear, we didnt do it. But well take it around back and fix it for you... SMH I dont wear rings and dont have a family. I ask the guy do you hand wash your car? He says yes, I said, if I returned it with scratches on it would you know it.? Yes, SMH.. Somehow it doesnt work the same for their customers.. I know my damn car. And they wont be touching it. Youve been warned.

Did the walk around with Lisa she made all the notes. when I came to pick my car up there was a new dent on the passenger side. nothing but total denial they said it was there they where not going to fix it even though it would be simple basically said fu.besides all that they didnt t fix my bumper which was on the estimate and obviously damaged. And when asked why they said thats the way it came in. ah really thats why its here. also the trim on the inside of the door was totally the wrong color. Took 5 more days to fix these problems d I had to call them to see if it was done.that meant I needed my rent a car for 5 more days but they had already submitted my claim as done so now I am stuck with another 160 rent a car biil.. I will NotBE DOING BUSINESS WITH KEENAN ANY MORE

We have been to Keenan several times but we will not be going back after our latest experience. The staff was not professional and the time to completion seemed to change every time we called. The body work was done well but the battery died the day after we received the car.
