The BEST Fedex office in the Madison area. Printers always working, never busy or long lines, Hannah is supper friendly and professional and the information I get is always accurate.

I was very pleased with expert customer service from Hannah this week with my ordering of funeral pamplets for my mothers funeral. ..very professional and helped me as I had no idea what I was doing. ..

I am extremely displeased with the customer service I encountered here.

I drop off packages here about 3xs a week for work. There are several workers who are extremely unpleasant to work with and offer poor customer service. Ive seen co-workers degrading the younger employees over preferences in packaging. On occasion, there have been several customers waiting and one member will opt to stock behind the counter instead of helping guest. There are several great people to work with, but overall I avoid this location.

No Kiosks, poor service, the clerk asks you very personal information out loud. Theres not a good way for you to check your information to make sure there wasnt a clerical error. Items cannot be shipped in value over $500 or they arent insured, which is ridiculous.. GO TO UPS, THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE. UPS offered me a cheaper overnight service with the amount of coverage i needed so i know my property is safe. Fed Ex, im very disappointed - i though you were better!

Horrible. They broke my TV, which had MORE than enough padding. They mark my packages delivered when they are not. They forged my signature for packages!! Worst delivery people on the face of the planet. YOU HAVE ONE JOB! Get the item from point A to point B without breaking it, and you failed horribly. USE UPS OR USPS INSTEAD

The guy that I had the misfortune of dealing with was insanely rude, not just to me but another customer as well. Not to mention he showed zero care for packages. Avoid this place.

I stop in this facility 1-2 times per year. The staff is always rude and grouchy. I ship and receive several packages everyday for a small business and I pay more and travel further to use UPS and USPS in order to avoid this FedEx location

Super misleading hours.

Poor device. There are 3 people waiting in line for over 15 minutes and the clerk is more concerned with figuring out something on her computer.
