Went in with my MacBook Air filled with wine and they somehow managed to extract the data onto a new MacBook Pro that I purchased from them. I didnt have a great experience. This morning they opened late. I waited. Left 2 laptops with a simple task set of tasks 1) Move data from one to the other. 2) Add new laptop to Office 365 account.Task 1) was no problem. Task 2) wasnt even attempted. Trying to discuss it was pointless, as the technician was outrageously stoned.No wonder he couldnt sort out a registration process, and I think I know why he had trouble getting to work on time.

My Macbook pro needed a battery and a mouse pad. Henry fixed it in a very timely period of time and for a reasonably price..Cant ask for more than that these days.

I had the best experience in this store. I took my mac to an apple store because I could not turn it on. They said they checked it in the back and told me that they couldnt turn it on and have to sent it out for diagnosis for which I had to pay around $300. So I went to a data recovery place to get all the data recovered and heard about this place for them.I am impressed by how professional and at the same time personable Drew was in explaining whats wrong with my computer. To my surprise he was able to turn my computer on unlike what the Apple store said. He fixed my mac for much cheaper of what would have cost me to get the diagnosis at the Apple store. Also the turn around was very quick. I am very satisfied with the result and all the additional information he gave me on how to take care of my MAC to maximize its life. Thanks Drew.

Amazing customer service from Drew! Apple told me my Mac’s board was “toast” and would cost an outrageous flat rate to repair. Took it to Experimac and Drew went over all of my options and answered all of my questions honestly and genuinely cared about fixing my laptop without breaking my bank. Ended up saving over $500 than if I were to have Apple repair. Highly recommend for any repairs!

I would definitely recommend this place! I had my two year old and a two month with me and I was dreading the whole experience, but it actually turned out great. My iPhone 5 screen stopped working so I went to Apple Store for help. The only help and advise I was offered was to buy a new $800.00 iPhone. That wasn’t happening. I went to Experimac in Middleton and Henry the owner was very helpful. He opened up my phone and did a number of tests and determined that the screen would have to be replaced. He suggested I that I should buy a used iPhone 6 with 64 mg. I agreed, so a refurbished phone was totally set up for me and the total cost was $300.00. I was very impressed with the service and will continue to use this company in the future.

The Team At Experimax went up and beyond the call of duty. My laptop had a video connection problem. I had to catch a plane in 6 hours and could not be without it. Experimac earned a customer for life today. After going to the Apple Store for a battery replacement, I was told that the battery was irreplaceable and was given a new phone. Unfortunately, however my photos which are precious and irreplaceable were not backed up. After explaining the situation to Apple I was told that the phone wont turn and theres nothing they can do. I took my old phone, called Experimac and they said they should be able to help. Within minutes my phone was on, the photos I wanted were being moved to a thumb drive, and my day was saved. I cannot thank them enough for pulling through for me today and would recommend them to anybody looking to fix or purchase an Apple product.

These guys are great. I had dropped my iPhone and it landed hard. Nothing would come up on the screen. I brought it there. They diagnosed the problem almost immediately. They replaced the screen and battery in an hour for $129. I thought I had lost everything, they restored back to exactly how it was. My only issue is that the battery loses its juice much quicker now. I will be going back to get that fixed and I’m definitely going back to get a refurbished Mac Book pro as mine is a 2008 model.

I was introduced to Experimac by my neighbor last year. My wife loves her new iPhone. I got a perfect previously owned phone that was a big upgrade for her. We had a minor charging problem which Experimac very expeditiously remedied. She was so happy. My MacBook Pro began misbehaving. A quick analysis indicated a failed mouse pad. 24 hours later I had the equivalent of a new computer. When I walk in the door, I am greeted by name!! When I ask a question, they answer and advise me. Experimac is my first stop when I have phone or computer issues, problems or questions. AND the store is clean and comfortable when I have to wait.

I wanted a used mac to use for a single app. The owners at Experimac were very helpful, and I got one thats perfect for what I need. They took time in helping me upgrade to a newer operating system. This is my first mac, and I had been more familar with using windows computers. The owners also spent time helping me transition to a mac and showed me many different features, as well as answered follow up questions that I had on the phone.

Experimac is the place to go if you want Apple equipment at very reasonable prices. Henry and his staff are great to deal with and wont let you leave until you a completely happy. Would recommend for any computer or phone needs and/or repairs.

I spilled coke on my Macbook pro that I only got a year ago and apple wanted to charge me $755 to fix it. I called up Experimac and told them my situation. They told me to bring my laptop in right away because the coke that was still inside is damaging my laptop. My screen wasnt turning on and some of the lights were out on my keyboard. Experimac saved my computer and myself $600. They were fast, nice, and knowledgeable. They sell refurbished ones in store too so if they couldnt fix my laptop, I was going to buy one from them. They were reasonably priced. Very thankful for their services! Would go back and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I had a good experience but was a a little disappointed about the financing which was almost $2,000 more than what I paid for the two computers. Outrageous considering my credit score is in higher end of 700s. Other than that the owner was very nice and professional. I actually recommended a friend of mine to the store and he had good experience as well but elected to not purchase anything.

Why did I ever go to those repair counters in the malls when I should have been going to Experimac?! Live and learn. This place is awesome, the people are very knowledgable and the price is right!I had my iphone screen replaced here and the experience was great! I felt 100% better trusting my phone with all of my stored data with these guys than I did with some guy at the mall with a paper towel surface to work on and a little screwdriver. Plus, youd think that you would pay way more for this great service but NO! It cost me less!If you need your phone fixed, go here. Since you are going out anyway and not going to the guy with the paper towel and little screwdriver, bring your slow laptop with you. Theyll fix that too!Id say good luck but you wont need it!

I dont buy computers often and Im strictly a Mac guy and have become dependent on the 17 MacBook Pro that was discontinued in 2011. I bought a showroom clean 17 Mac that looks and runs like its brand spanking new--exactly the machine I was looking for at a very fair price. The customer service was fantastic, both knowledgable and responsive. The store is pristine and a pleasure to browse in. My Macbook wouldnt turn on and I was in panic mode as I use it for work. Apple couldnt get me in and I called several different places who told me they couldnt help me. One company asked for my serial number and told me that the computer was too old and nothing could be done. I posted in Facebook looking for recommendations and ExperiMac was one of the places. I contacted them and spoke to Drew who told me the bring the computer in. He made me feel much better and even called before the end of the day to give me some peace of mind so I could sleep through the night! Purchased an Apple Macbook Retina 15” about a year ago for a fraction of the price you would get at the Apple store. It’s still going strong — no issues whatsoever! They always have new computers coming in every week and they don’t cost an arm and a leg. My favorite store to repair and buy pre-owned products.

I went by here to get my MacBook repaired (specifically data recovery), and not only was it affordable but they were able to recover all the data from my hardrive. In addition, the staff was very friendly and frequently gave me updates on the recovery process. Overall I will definitely go by here in the future for any more Apple product-related repairs.

I went into this store a bit weary at first but i have to say they held up to the standers that i have seen on reviews about them. I bought a macbook pro from then and had a pretty major issue with graphics. They recommended because an apple store was closer to me (i live over an hour away) to bring it to apple. The computer had a dead graphics card that was causing the issues. These guys couldnt have been more helpful and understanding. They put me into a nicer macbook pro and made sure that everything was fine before i left the store. They apologized for the inconvenience and made sure that i was satisfied.
