Amazing job … I had an absolutely awful experience with NewEgg, the rtx3070 was deffective, delivery an absolut mess, nothing was protected and overall damaged. And I gave another try to this company CPU solution 6 months after.. woaw that was perfect from A to Z... even the customer support on the phone was an actual person .. he picked up the phone and answer our questions simple ... I will definitly use them again for any prebuild PC need.

Needed to flash my bios so that my motherboard could work with my new 5800x. Not only did they do it quickly and efficiently, but they by far had the best prices in the Madison area (please don’t spend 100 dollars to get a bios flashed, it’s not worth it). Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I brought in my new computer that I was building but having some problems with powering up and the staff there went above & beyond with helping me out and getting it to work. They were not only very friendly and understanding considering this was my first build, but also highly knowledgeable and explained to me where certain wires were supposed to go, the ideal CPU temperature, and why it was a good idea I had a liquid cooler on top of my 3 case fans (being that I wasnt sure if I had really needed it or not--it was purchased from Best Buy).In any event, I didnt know they were there before, but I feel I received rockstar-level service and will certainly be going back there again whenever I need new parts for my computer and/or whenever Im working on my next build!

The only reason I knocked off a star, as one of the pins was missing, and the others were bent l. I did correct the bent pins, and the missing one did not impede my desired function.Would still recommend.

Theses guys are life savers. Finally building a new gaming PC after 8 years. I was able to get a Ryzen 5 5600x on release day but in all the excitement I forgot I don’t have a 3000 series Ryzen to flash bios onto my new MOBO. I reachedout to CPU Solutions and they were able to flash compatible BIOS and test my RAM the same day I called. Excellent customer service and very friendly.

I ordered a CEV-6788 editing PC (Invoice #202251) from Carson on a Monday after chatting with him and adding a card reader. He told me that orders usually ship within 4 to 6 days. I received a shipping confirmation email and tracking number the following Friday with actual delivery the following Wednesday. Considering the test and burn-in process they go through, this was very reasonable and accurate to the information provided.The PC was easy to set up with the included instructions and it works much better than my previous i7 processor and smaller video card. I notice faster render times as well as improved preview window performance while scrubbing video. Im very satisfied with its performance. It is also as quiet as anyone can imagine. I guess Im not working it that hard.My only really negative issue was with the included Cherry Brand wireless Keyboard and Mouse. It seems to be a very inexpensive accessory. The mouse is as basic as any $10 mouse youd find on Amazon with only the two basic buttons and scroll wheel. As far as functioning with an editing PC, it was useless. Trying to grab the audio line in the timeline with the cursor jumping around erratically with even the slightest touch of the mouse was an impossibility.I would definitely give the staff, service and product 5 stars but as a combination, Id say 4.5 if that was an option.

Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience with a motherboard I purchased they were more than accommodating I sincerely appreciate all of the extra effort they went to explaining the various compatibility issues that certain amd ryzen motherboards have with certain ram manufacturers I appreciated all of the time that was spent i will be doing business with this company for the near future.

Nice machine. Setup was very clean and it booted perfectly right out of the box. Although there was a minor issue with the illumination LED switch, Customer Service handled it speedily and with courtesy. I only mention this because you never know how good the customer service is until you need it. CPU Solutions has earned my appreciation and I will shop with them again.Billy B.

After my computer died, I spent quite some time looking at different computers. I search dell, best buy, and many other large chains. Ive never been quite happy with dell, but their prices were reasonable. However, after much searching, I recalled having purchased some computer parts from CPU Solutions in the past. Im an advocate for buying local and helping the local economy, so I immediately went on their website. Their website was easy to use, though I am a computer expert, and the options were very welcomed. From a standard low end PC to the highly demanding video processing machines, the selection was great along with the customization options. On top of that, the prices were highly competitive.Also, Id like to include that their customer service is exceptional!I have been happy with them in the past, and once again, they have outdone themselves. Customer service is great; Supply is great! Front desk is awesome and helpful sprinkled w/ a little humor as well. This is by far the best PC I have every owned. I have always had DELL and tried to pruchase another one, but couldnt get the configuration i wanted without a big hassle. Buying from CPU i got exactly what I wanted at what I consider a good price compared to the big PC makers (and i checked them all). I will use CPU from now on!

Got a custom built pc and Im very happy with it. There are enough options when building a custom pc to give you choice, but not so many that its overwhelming.

After hearing this place is more warehouse then most PC stores, i was expecting more than nothing which this place offered to me. I walked in looking for some simple and cheap PCi extenders and SAS adapters with no luck. Of coarse if i walked in asking for a motherboard that supports dual 771 sockets that dude would of dusted my nuts off for me.

Ups lost my order I called them to see what can be done they straight said we cant do anything. That ou shipping provider about making it right with the customer and taking the issue up with UPS.

I bought a PC through CPU solutions back in July of 2015. The computer worked great for 5 months and then I had an issue with the water pump inside of it making an extremely loud noise. I talked to Tim at CPU solutions about what was going on and he setup an RMA for it. I mailed the PC to CPU solutions at a cost of $90, I heard from Tim about a week later saying that he had fixed the issue and that he was mailing my PC back to me.An hour after I got the *fixed* PC, it started making the same noise again. Tim had run diagnostics on my computer but didnt fix or replace anything. The second time CPU solutions paid for my pc to be shipped back to them to be fixed again.At this point my PC hasnt worked for a month and I dont even have it back from CPU solutions. I bought a PC through them because of good reviews and was hoping that this process would be hassle free. Obviously this isnt the case.

Called in and asked if theyd put my pc together with my own parts.. They said NO if you think were going to just put pc together and put all the parts together ABSOLUTELY not! Theyd rather rip off customers by up charging every single pc part charging sometimes over 60% or more ABOVE msrp you can find on ANY online pc part store such as BH or Newegg! I bought a custom PC from CPUSolutions. Todd was great to work with - even adjusting for last minute add-ons. PC arrived well packed and runs great. Had looked at other PC makers (HP, Dell and Digital Storm) but found CPUSolutions on a Google search after being frustrated by the others. I had never heard of them before but they were much more responsive to my emails and phone calls than the others which, coupled with the outstanding reviews posted here, made the choice easy. VERY HAPPY that I went with CPUSolutions (and Todd) .

As a retirement gift to myself I wanted a new PC for my Flight Simulator hobby. i searched the internet and after much research decided on CPU Solutions. I wanted a machine that would chew up FSX, I was tired of low frame rates and having to move the sliders back (My fellow flight simmers know what Im talking about). After deciding on the build I placed my order with CPU Solutions and almost immediately received a call from Todd. Todd explained to me that he had reviewed the build for compatibility and all was good. My PC shipped about a week later. Some companies actually charge extra for properly packing your machine, some companies also charge you for professionally wiring your PC. I received the PC properly packaged and when I removed the side panel to remove the foam padding inside the case was impressed with the wiring. It looked professionally built. Or should I say it looked like it was built by Professionals. My build was an I7 4.0 Ghz, 32 Gig mem, 500 gig SSD with a 1 TB HD and a Geforce 970 4 Gig. Liquid cooled she is a beast. I dont know why anyone would buy from anyone but CPU Solutions, quality built, great customer care and great prices. I dont care if your novice or serious about your hardware these folks will do it right. They earned my loyalty on the first try. Thanks to all at CPU Solutions, nicely done.

Order a pc online bare bones product received it about a week later after initial burn in period that they do. The only thing I didnt purchase there was GPU and Ram otherwise the whole set up was done extremely well by them. They hide all the cords and had it ready to go for me so once I installed my gadgets and loaded the os the computer came to life and let me tell you no problems what so ever. Highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you dont like cyberpower and Ibuypower.

PRODUCT Pre-Configured Intel i7 3.4ghz Quad Core PC. 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Windows 8, GTX660 w/2GB, 700W PS, Level 10 Snow Edition CaseI dont believe in spending 300% more to get all top of the line components which will give you maybe 20% better performance and then in a couple months those components be second rate because of rapidly improving technology.For me, this computer is the perfect mix of higher end components in a case that allows for easy almost infinite upgrades and customization. Consideringthat I ordered in on Jan 1 when everybody was on vacation it was still shipped in a few days and well packaged.For me, the smaller 1TB HDD is also a plus. I installed the basic software I needed then for less than $100 I cloned the system drive making the system close to bulletproof. I can restore it back to fully functional in less than 1 minute in the event of almost any system crash.It came with a Windows 8 install CD and all the component driver CDS, a plus not listed in their product description.Cold startup time is about 45 seconds (with Nortons full security suite installed)and this includes the log in page and me typing in my password.Performance was better than I expected. I replaced an older (but half decent) system with a GTX 520 card. As shipped from CPUSolutions in Warcraft the differences were kind of amazing. With all high to ultra settings @1920X1080 almost all frame rates at least doubled. I think the best test was standing in Orgrimmar on one of the highest populated servers in the game with hundreds of people running around, chatting and linking equipment, FPS went from 10 to 15 on the old system to 65 to 80 FPS on thenew system as shipped with no modifications. By the way, thats while running 2 monitors off the same card too with 9 action bars and a ton of add-ons. Running around questing is usually around 90 to 100 FPS and 20 to 30 man battlegrounds about the same. These are the numbers Ive seen on benchmark tests from much more expensive systems.I cant tell you anything about support because I haven’t needed any but I guess that tells you something.As configured this system does just about twice as good as I expected for about half the money I expected to pay.p.s.I didnt believe all these 5 star ratings myself but Im a real person WOW US servers Area 51 and Anetheron, Boothill plus about 15 other toons.
