Great service at a fair price. Andy was fantastic; he explained everything he thought needed doing with my budget in mind and didn’t try up-selling me on anything. They even did a couple small things free of charge. Work was on a BMW I’d purchased just recently (the first nice car I’d been fortunate to afford) which I then promptly crashed… I think he could tell how upset I was about it and empathized with me. Did a fantastic job the car turned out beautiful. Will be my go-to body shop going forward.

I will never take my car to this place again for paint work. The worker Jon is very nice and respectful but the paint work is bad. The technician literally painted over my old paint but claimed he sanded the car to the metal. There are bumps that prove he did not sand the car. The paint had run off and the blending was amateur. Dont take your nice car here for touch ups and paint work or youll regret it. A can spray paint job from home would look better. My sports car is ruined at the moment, looked better before their paint job. Wished I could post up the pictures just so you all could see how bad it looks.

When you get in slight dings or scratches that arent bad, but bad enough to irritate you, these guys are extremely fair in their pricing and do great work. Ive had body work and paint repair done here over the years. When accidents happen, its a relief knowing it isnt going to break you to get it repaired!

Turned me away from having cloth interior repaired. Seemed uninterested on helping me from the start.

I really appreciate that Auto Color can repair and repaint minor dings and scratches without having to replace parts like bumpers and fenders. It makes the repairs much less expensive and there is a willingness to have minor work completed instead of just ignored. Plus they really do a great job!

They over-promised and under-delivered. I originally brought the car in for paintless dent repair because Zingading is working at their locations for the winter. I asked about their paint correction services since we bought the car used and the paint needed some help. It has had several swirl marks and some tougher scratches, but nothing through the clear.I asked Andy if he thought they’d be able to get all of the scratches out. He said they would do a two step polishing and wet sanding where needed. I almost always do my own paint correction work, because it takes finesse and a lot of time and steps to bring it back to showroom or better quality. He assured me that’s what we’d get.They had the car for four days and said it was ready for pickup. It was outside, so I looked it over and could see several visible scratches on the entire body and the roof of the car looked like it hadn’t been touched. You could still see all of the swirl marks easily on the roof easily. The body of the car was back to 90% free of scratches, but wasn’t perfect by any standard.I went inside and brought this to Andy’s attention and he became immediately defensive, claiming that they “spent more time than planned on the car” and that he could “bring the tech out to explain”. I’m not sure what that was supposed to accomplish.I was on my way to an appointment, so I paid the bill so we could leave. When I went outside and looked the car over again, the work just wasn’t acceptable. I asked Andy to come outside and look at it. He was visibly upset and when I pointed out the issues, he claimed he couldn’t see them. I pointed out more issues and he was willfully difficult. I could see I wasn’t going to get anywhere. As for the roof of the car that appeared untouched, his response was “I guess we probably didn’t spend as much time on that part”. What? Didn’t I pay to have the entire car done?I never received an apology or an offer to make it right, just a rude attitude. Well, I guess I sort of got an apology when he said that he was “sorry the work wasn’t up to my standard”.Do not go to them for paint correction services. They don’t stand behind their work and will not deliver on what they agree to.

We most recently had our Suburban detailed and it looked like a brand new car when we brought it home. We have had many of our vehicles detailed there as well as minor repairs for door dings, minor accidents, etc. They are excellent to work with and their quality of work is top notch!

Fair prices for good quality work.

Weve had 2 vehicles repaired at Autocolor and both times they did a great job. The quotes were accurate and detailed, price was very reasonable and they had my vehicles in and out within the stated timeframe. Andy also gave me recommendations on where to get new rims for my vehicle so they matched the shiny new paint after he fixed my door ding. Ill be taking my car back for a detail in a few weeks as well and itll look like a brand new car!

I’ve taken several vehicles here(hopefully not a reflection of my driving...) for minor repairs. Alway impressed with the attention to detail. Highly recommend a look if you’re unfortunate enough to be in the market for body work.

They did a great job on a couple rust spots I was worried about. I appreciated that when they gave me my estimate and I asked for an honest opinion on what they would do for their own cars that they gave me an honest answer and didnt try to upsell me. I got a door dent 3 weeks after having vehicle. Auto Color made it look like it was never there. They also removed fender sctatch making it look like it was never there. Excellent!

They got us in sooner than planned, fixed the car perfectly and at a reasonable price. We love that they can weld plastic when needed and so keeps the cost down. (Unlike M&M, Auto Color orders the correct parts whereas M&M ordered the wrong part rear bumper and when I complained that it was going to take another visit they insisted it was the correct part and forced it on - it still pops open at the seam.) Always choose Auto Color!

The BMW dealer told me they had to replace the entire door, which cost a lot of money, another shop quoted me double what Auto Color did. Some jerk put a really nasty door ding on my car, so deep it went down to the primer. Auto Color did a combination of PDR and touch-up paint that is impeccable, so much so that even finding where the original damage was can sometimes take a while. Absolutely top-rate results at a very fair price, I highly recommend them!

Great price, great service. I had many scratches on my truck that showed up after buying it. The dealership used plenty of wax to initially cover them. Took truck to Autocolor to fix. They fixed them all and truck looked great. After a couple months a few small scratches showed again. Stopped by and they immediately took truck in and fixed the spots. Amazing service. Would recommend to anyone. And would use again.

I like my car to look like new and scratches and dings annoy me. Auto Color always leaves the surface finish looking new. It isnt cheap but it seems to be a reasonable value.

They did a good job detailing our cars. We purchased detail packages through a online auction, at that price it was a good deal. I asked if they would do our cars again for the same price, they said no.

Andy was extremely helpful in negotiating with Allstate and figuring out the complexities of the quote through to payment. He also gave me a quote for some work not covered by the insurance company and kept to his quote. The work was excellent; done on time and exactly as described. I highly recommend their services.

All of the reviews are accurate. These guys are pros, work very efficiently, make sure you are happy with the results, and do it all at a great value. I took my Audi A4 in to have a paint transfer repaired/removed. I went in for a free estimate, they luckily had an immediate opening, and everything was done in about 30 minutes and under a hundred bucks. Absolutely amazing service. I highly recommend them and will be going back for future work.

I was really surprised by the affordability and quality here, after not having great luck at other places. The auto color folks were honest, the price they gave me up front was correct (and much lower than anywhere else), and they did a great job replacing my front plastic bumper and matching the color to the rest of my car. This is, without any doubt, the worst business I have ever visited. If there was something lower than one star, I would go with that. Broken promises, bad work, mistakes in customer service (calling when to say the car was done only to find it was not when I arrived). I talked to the owner and he defended his guys, even in the face of proof showing they were wrong. There are some good shops out there - Carstar in Verona is one. Go anywhere but Auto Color. “Terrible” is too kind a review.

Ive had two vehicles into Auto color. I had the lower door panels of my Suburban touched up and a rust spot fixed on my Dodge.I also tried Aquapel and its great for snow and rain. Try it, youll love it. The prices were good and the service was fast. Ill take all my vehicles there to keep them looking new.

We have had to use AutoColor a couple of times over the last few years. They always are reasonable in their quotes and return the vehicle on time and looking like new.

Auto Color is who I call when my vehicle needs cleaning up, touch up paint from the kids bikes bumping along the doors on the way out of the garage, and broken plastic trim pieces! They provide a quote first at no charge and the work is top notch!

For certain types types of repairs you will save big compared to other body repair joints, and they will tell you what exactly to expect. Used them twice and both times got the vehicle back before they estimated I would.

They were absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, they did a perfect job on my vehicle and the cost was so minimal. This is the only body shop that I will ever go to. Cant say enough good things.
