I am never really one to write reviews, but if I could, I would give Autobody Builders 100000 stars. Not only were they professional, they were also super friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I was recommended to them by a friend who also had her Audi repaired by them. Keith and Adriana took care of absolutely everything for me. If I had a question, Adriana was right there to answer and was quick to reply if I was worried about something. When it came to insurance and my rental, Adriana also took care of it all for me so I didnt have to worry especially because I came home from my vacation early and it was so last minute to achieve all the things I asked. They repaired my car in a timely manner and made sure everything looked perfect. THEY EVEN DETAILED MY CAR PRIOR TO ME PICKING UP MY CAR!! I HIGHLY recommend Auto Body Builders for all your car needs. THEY ARE ROCKSTARS!!

This review is long over due as the work completed on my car was done last Winter. Keith and his team repaired my damaged new (to me) Audi after road debris on 95 damaged the front end. The work was top quality the price reasonable and everyone on that team is professional and knows their business. I would recommend them anytime and if I ever need any type of body work or paint done again on my car they will be my first call.

I cant say enough about Keith, Paul and Adriana! From the time the accident occurred until our car was finished being repaired by them, they made the entire process seamless and made it as stress free as possible. Absolutely the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. From the first phone call with Keith who is so knowledgeable, professional and HONEST! I literally brought my car in and they had me set up with a rental 20 minutes later. It was delivered to me at the shop and all I had to do was bring it back to the shop when I picked up my car. Adriana is a ROCKSTAR with her pleasant customer service and constantly keeping me in the loop on what was going on with my car to the point that she even called me in the afternoons after learning I worked nights. It even got better when I picked up my car and it was shining and detailed as a curtousy and looked amazing and drove mint. The quality of the work is unbeatable and amazing. I cant Thank the owners, Adriana and all the staff enough. I will never go anywhere else and they have myself, my friends and familys bussiness for life. Great experience and customer service! I was in an accident and brought my car by Auto Body Builders. Excellent and knowledgeable staff in the shop. I dealt with Paul who was fantastic helping with insurance and having my car fixed in no time. Highly recommend this professional shop that went above and beyond for their customer!

We took my wifes vehicle here to have some body work after being involved in a minor accident. Keith was great; he did a quick assessment of the damage and took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company on our behalf, making the entire process painless. They also helped set us up with a rental vehicle through Enterprise while the repairs were being completed. We were completely satisfied with their work and professionalism, and I plan to have some work done on my own vehicle in the near future. I cannot recommend them strongly enough; the customer is number one.

Highest quality bodywork you can find anywhere. They fix everything from Maserati to Mazda. Owners are 2 top shelf family men. They fix it the right way.

I showed up to Auto Body Builders without an appointment for an estimate on some body work on my car. Keith and the woman who works at the desk (I didnt get her name) took a look at the car right away to asses the damage. I was a bit upset about the accident, Keith was very understanding and made me feel at ease. He went above and beyond and I cant thank him enough. Body Builders is by far the best body shop in the north shore! Coming from someone who worked in a body shop I can tell you that body builders workmanship is second to none. Kieth the owners customer service was incredible. He kept me updated texting me photos of my vehicle throughout the process. I had $14,000 in damage to my vehicle and when it was given back to me it looked just as good as the day it rolled off the showroom floor. I would recomend body builders to everyone I know! Thanks again guys!
