While traveling in Miami, I found a document shipping store where I was able to select from several shipping companies in the same place. I loved this possibility. Select the next day service and the document arrived at the destination (New York) without problems. The attention from Francisco was impeccable and fast. Im glad you can still find a good service for people with work ethic. Thanks a lot.

This store is very essential, especially in area of Kendall. A year ago I had a mailbox with them the documents arrived with security and privacy. It has one of the best pick up and drop-off services with all carriers in one place is fantastic and the customer service very attentive at all times. They also have copy and scanning documents service. Ignore bad reviews.

I was recently at the Postal Annex store in Kendall as I needed to get fingerprinted for work. I was pleasantly surprised since the person who attended me indicated the requirements, gave me the form which I filled out and within 10 minutes I was ready with my fingerprints and sent to the place of processing. The service was fast, very friendly and professional. They also offer shipping services with the possibility of buying the rates offered, where you choose the service that best suits you. Right there I took out a copy of a document and asked to laminate it. Im sure I will return to this place. I highly recommend it!

I opened my mail box with them several years ago. I live in Spain but I also have commercial activity in Florida. The service they give me is excellent and every time I need it, they send me my correspondence to Madrid. They offer a plus value that very few businesses of this type offer. I will always recommend them !!!

Avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself time and money and go to an actual FedEx location (or any company except this one). The man who helped me came off as super nice and helpful (hes actually a con artist).... I had a time sensitive package that had to be sent for work. He pulled a used amazon box with old tape markings and put my package in there. He charged me $622 for overnight shipping plus tried to charge me $25 for the used Amazon box. I kind of looked at him like seriously? He changed it to $10 for office supplies. I left with a bad gut feeling that my package wouldnt arrive. I kept tracking the package and it kept saying it had not been picked up. The next day I called and the girl working there told me it was still there and wouldnt be picked up until the afternoon. I went back and picked up my package (luckily the girl who helped me was great and apologetically provided a refund). Took my package to a proper FedEx location where they provided proper foam packaging for $25 (same amount the guy was charging me for a used amazon box and some paper LOL!) and I left there paying $577 to overnight the package with guaranteed and insured delivery. The FedEx employee told me the man at Anex charged me for overnight shipping even though what he was offering was 2-day shipping (which wouldve been about $170 for my package). DO NOT GO HERE!!!

If you ever have to get fingerprinted avoid this place!!! You will have to wait for the entire line of persons doing other things because fingerprints are different, they take longer the customer service is awful and the attendant seemed upset for having to help you (for an expensive service)!!!My advice, avoid this place...is gonna ruin your day!

The customer service is bad. There is only one person that knows how to do everything. The other staff members kept having to ask how to do things. I ended up waiting an hour.

8 people waiting in line and only one person that is working. The employee is very nice and helpfull but service is rated poorly because it always takes a minimum of 20- 40 min to do anything. Peopñe leave constantly because the wait is rediculous.

I went a few days back to ship out some gifts to family and the service was excellent. The two guys who work there, a David and Ernesto, were very attentive and friendly, even funny! My package arrived within three days and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this location. Great, friendly, and quick service from the employees!

Looking for a reliable Postal Annex - search no more. I mail packages - lots of them - both domestic and international. I NEED a reliable source who will assist me with the intricacies of mailing packages and ensuring they will be delivered on time. I also need to be treated courteously, quickly and all for a fair price. Mr. & Mrs. Duarte (small business owners) are there to serve you and help with the multitude of questions you may have. I have never had a package arrive damaged and they ALWAYS arrive! They can help with passport photos and quite a few other services. Give your neighbor an opportunity - support small business!

Great place to package and mail merchandise, buy stamps and postcards, get you passport pictures taken, your digital finger prints done, etc, etc... I have a mail box at this Postal Annex, and very safely and conveniently I get all my internet purchases delivered there as well. All of this plus great staff and very friendly and helpful owners.

Great place for notary, translations, and U-Haul. Good customer service. They practically do everything. love it and recommend people to go.

Their window shows a list of services not updated. Arrived 9am and waited outside standing until 10 am. When they open the young sales person have all kinds of poor/non sense excuses of advertising a service they no longer do. I used them before but this is my last time.

Store located at 8835 SW 1017th Ave Miami FL 33176 lied to me over and over again telling me my overnight package was picked up and delivered when it never was. They charged me $103.96 for this service, assured me the package was picked up when it was still sitting in their store. This was a very expensive piece of jewelry, and I had it tracked. I suspect the package was not picked up intentionally as the clerk knew what was inside and I told him how important it was to me. Corporate office has done nothing to resolve this for me and the store manager is not returning calls or e mails.

I use to go here all the time because the man there was so very helpful and was really meticulous about packing and checking addresses. I dont mind paying extra for that level of service. This time I went I had to wait, thats not too bad, but both of the staff there were unpleasant, no smiles, no greetings! I was returning an expensive laptop so I was nervous and wanted to make sure it was adequately packed..I had to ask him two times for more padding. He didnt advise me about tracking either. I realize that is not his job, but it is value added and the reason I used to go there. No more for me, I dont need to pay more for that really bad attitude. My advice is to stay away and maybe they will do something to improve. Maybe! I really hope the owner reads this.

Do not ship out of this location. When shipping non valuable items no problem but anything worth value will be misplaced. When paying for shipping insurance you must disclose what is being and sent and don you know it when you put iphone the package is lost. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

This is a wonderful service business, when you arrive you get a special greeting and a bright smile, they give you the greatest positive solution for your shipping need. I came last time here to do the livescan fingerprint and they were awesome!! It was faster than I expected and everything went perfectly. All the employees are great and friendly and are always there to help you. Great service!

Been a customer for years. If you need a place to receive packages, it is really convenient. I find them very easy to work with.

I drop packages twice a week, it normally takes me seconds, even when the guy is busy, always ask me what is my purpose on the office and with a fast scan of my boxes, Im on my way out. I strongly recomend this experience.
