Horrible manager!!!!! Does not like immigrants/latin people!! Went today to get my girlfriend and myself our first pair of jeans from this brand and when I asked the manager for help, he completely ignored me and acted as if we were annoying him, and every time I asked him a question he not only ignored me, but did not help. Interestingly, when a pair of gentlemen, not Hispanic, walked in, he quickly rushed to help them. Clearly racist. Ended up not buying anything nor will I ever spend a penny on a store with such a horrible customer service.

Brittney, the terrible manager in helping you return a purchase, I went three times and three times she told me that she did not have a system that could only change or give me a store credit, it is a lack of respect for the customer, I was in my right to have My refund to my card was not even a week after my purchase. Tremendous bad experience in that store on behalf of her manager Brittney.
