This Saturday I went to this location to grab a watch for my husband and was delighted with the customer service. I believe the store manager named Connie helped me out, she was very helpful, patient and friendly. She also sized the watch in a timely manner. Looking forward to coming here again, ask for Connie she’s awesome!

We placed an order and after 15 days, I had to call ME to find out about my order, they never informed me that they had an alleged error in their system, everything seems that this company is dedicated to taking orders and waiting for customers to forget the delivery To keep the money, gift cards and products, this must be the most irresponsible company in the city, terrible. I do not recommend it.

Was at Fossil to change my batteries for my two watches. They told me the machine that opened the watches broke. They told me to come back another day or go to Watch Station at the other end of the mall. So I went to Watch Station. I moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly lady. I told her my situation and she took both my watches. She gave it to some guy to replace the batteries and it took him less than 10 minutes. He adjusted both watches to make sure its the correct time. And he gave me back the two watches and did not charge me. He told me it was no big deal.

My daughter brought me a Michael Kors watch for Christmas from there. I had to go change it I didn’t particularly care for the one she picked out. The watch was fake because Michael Kors doesn’t have paper boxes they have leather boxes. But it’s pretty no one has to know it’s fake 😂😂. I have the real one too! So if you don’t know the real thing WATCH out.
