Horrible customer service. My wheel fell off, I went to the store and they wouldn’t honour the warranty because I didn’t have a receipt. I would understand if it was a luggage store but it’s their own brand. I know you can save money on luggage but DON’T buy this brand, they do not honour their warranty. Their answer: go back to the airport and make a claim! Are you kidding me? 3 months old, same store I bought it I went back 3 months later, no return, no warranty. CHEAP luggage, bad quality and bad customer service, don’t buy it!!

This company false advertises DO NOT buy anything from them. I bought an entire set of luggage in February 2019 and July 2019 one of the pieces is broke. The wheel is completely broken and they say its not covered even though the tags clearly has 5 year warranty terrible service and false advertising. They dont even deserve ONE star but I had to give one to be able to post
