My repair took a little longer than expected but during those 4 months Ely kept me informed of any updates.She is a sweetheart!! She had so much patience!!!I highly recommend her! Her level of costumer service is not something you get to experience often in Miami. Trust me, and ask for Ely!!!
Own many LV items. Came to the store to buy another belt. Store empty. Told βcanβt enter without an appointmentβ. Umm. They sell shoes, belts and bags. This isnβt a custom airplane. People would like to actually size their purchase before they buy. NEVER again.
Horrible customer service. The store was empty and they said they had a waiting list, but there were associates available in the store. We wanted to buy a purse, Pochette Metis, they had the purse and we let them know that we came from California. They said they canβt attend to us, which was ridiculous. As customers we donβt want to come back to this store never again!! Worst experience ever!! We left from the store with a very bad experience and without my bag of $2300.
NASTY nasty nasty place. I never go out of my way and waste my time to leave reviews regarding customer service because sometimes, some disgruntled staff members may just be having a bad day. But this was not the case at Louis Vuitton Miami Design District. I am from California and was visiting Miami, excited about my shopping experience from everything I had heard. Walked up to the Louis Vuitton store and put my name down for the wait which I was told would be 30-40 minutes. A long wait considering there was no line outside, and every sales associate was standing around on their phone, but those were their rules and I obliged. When I returned after 30 min, the door man in a VERY nasty, discriminatory and condescending tone, told me he didnβt care and that he didnβt want to disrespect the βother loyal customersβ by letting me in. I informed him I knew exactly what bags I wanted to see and that I wouldnβt be taking up too much of anyoneβs time. Again he said it doesnβt matter that he had originally told me 30-40 that I would actually be much longer and proceeded to call security to have me and my boyfriend removed. This is pure discrimination and I will be contacting corporate via my attorney. HORRIBLE customer service and discrimination.
If I had the choice to rate this place a 0, Im guessing majority of people would too. No wonder they have a 2-star rating, Horrible customer service, bad attitude (even when returning an item). Maybe check in with the attitude before trying to get commissions from buying-customers?? LOLThey made us and others wait 45Min-1Hr wait, not even offering to have people go inside just to wait. Maybe if they hired/had more people on staff, things would go much efficiently well.Save your time and money, visit another LV if you want to be treated well.
Horrible customer service. I was expecting to be treated with respect, instead I was ingratiated by the animals of a street bazaar (namely the two βgentlemanβ at the front door). Trash employees that think they are better than the customer just because they work at βLouis Vuitton.β I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy, if you would like to receive the true luxury experience go to Bal Harbour down the road.
Great location and huge in size with lots of selections. My only complaint is that you have to make an appointment weeks in advance to spend $$$$. Makes no sense, especially when the store is never full to capacity. We come here because we live in the area but itβs a mission.

My favorite name brand. 30 years ago I had an Leather L.V. that 10years later. It didnt have a wear or tear on it. The only thing it needed after ten years was a cleaning.
This store is super convenient to where I live and also very well stocked the issue is the long lines just to get in to spend so much money on their products.
I went in yesterday to purchase a neverfull and my sales person ely was amazing. She was so sweet and went out her way to find the neverfull. I will be shopping in the district more with ely .

Not a ton of options but the customer service was excellent. They took reservations which caused a 30-45 minute wait which was standard per the other stores like Fendi, Gucci and Tory Burch, etc.
The SA by the name of Mario is the worst. I went in with a concern about my Palm spring MM since they just recently updated the bag because of issues with the zipper catching on the canvas. Aside from that, the zipper on my bag is tough and hard to open and close. As I was explaining, he rudely interrupted me to tell me that the bag would need to be sent off to be checked with the repair team in La and then proceeded to open and close the bag to show me there was nothing wrong with the bag. I then continued to explain that I have several friends that have the older model as I do and that other LV stores proceeded to just give them store credit and allow them to re-purchase the newer model with the store credit. He rudely stated that itβs not done that way and went to get the manager. The manager was more friendly but also proceeded to say the same. Iβve heard horror stories with repairs falling through the cracks with this store, so Iβm concerned. I just hope that they donβt lose my $2k+ Bag.
Personnel is absolutely inconsistent and obnoxious. Poor manners and customer service. They claim to be so busy with their 1.5 hrs wait, while multiple associates are just standing around. Online orders for pickup are available only after 24 hrs. If you wish to go shopping in Miami ho to either Saks, Neiman or any other LV store honestly.
I purchased a bag in store.. it was unavailable so I ordered for delivery in store pick up. Still waiting.. that was on 03/28/21... But hold on it gets worse.. then I texted client advisor.. she says it was deliver to you.. sends me tracking # UPS cannot deliver because address is not complete... so now my purchase was returned to the warehouse and yet still I have no idea when I am getting my order. Client advisor is inconsistent and doesnt follow thru... I called the LV phone # β¦ they advised someone from the store will give me a call in 24 to 72 hours.. that was on Friday 03/09/21 β¦Still waiting for a phone call. I regret not ordering with Neiman Marcus when I had the chance instead. *** I am still expecting a call from either β¦ Let see...β¦

Tried to go into the store today. The gate keeper( totally rude guy)said we couldnt go in because we have dogs. I spent my money in Gucci and Prada that had no problem with dogs. He said well they are dogs as we walked away.....
I visited the store in January and bought two luggages for my husbandβs upcoming business trip. In the meantime the sale person offered to repair my Lockme Bucket Bag for free, which is what I use for work so I thought it would be good. Iβm a lawyer that works downtown and head to court often. I thought it was a nice gesture on his part. Little did I know no one would call me back since January to let me know the status of my repair or let me know they still had it. I called the main line end of August, beginning of September and the first time the store called me back was on September 2. Not by the manager to apologize for letting this fall through the cracks, but by a sales lady who was not apologetic at all. Did I mention there is no direct line to this store so I called the main number four times so they could send messages to the store? And only AFTER I threatened to sue the store did someone call me back from this location. I even tried to set up an appointment so someone would call me back. It says someone will contact you within 24 hours of your appointment. Not true!!!! Nothing. No call. And when someone called me back they said the repair would be for free (it was supposed to be free) and ready on October !!! Needles to say Iβm never getting another LV bag from this store again and neither will my husband who was always very generous. Weβve decided Chanel from now on. πππ
I went today Saturday 2/20/2021. I made an appointment as a walk in and had to wait for 2 hours. You go in this huge store with 3 floors and there literally 2 people inside so the long wait does not make any sense. Any ways, after looking for a men crossbody bag online it showed me that the product was available then the sales guy ended up telling me that he could not find it. He had me 20 minutes waiting and then he did not find it. After that I kindly told himif he could let me know if he could send me a text when the bag was a available and they guy took my number and he was supposed to send me his card and he did not. If you guys dont care about selling and treat customers this way then why dont you guys just close the store?

I came into the store to return a bag that My wife purchased for me. The bag is mean to be worn as a cross body and while wearing it I realized that it was rubbing against my neck and giving me a rash.The manager Sonia was not helpful whatsoever. She said it cannot be returned because it is not a quality issue when in fact it is. The material used for the strap of the bag is way to rough and rigid and is what is irritating my skin. I will not be shopping in their stores anymore as they do not have any type of customer service whatsoever. 20 year client is now gone.

So last week I was vacationing In Miami FL and I decided to visit the Gucci store as well as this Louis store. I made a purchase in the Gucci store and I also wanted to see what kind of purses that this Louis vuitton had since my current one was getting old to me. I waited in line and a nice guy at the door took my name and said welcome a salesman name Derrick would be helping me. I said great. Well it wasnβt so great! He started to show me a couple of purses that I wasnβt to interested in based on the color and style. So I described the style and a color and he started showing me some stuff in a side closet which didnβt make sense but Iβm like ok. And he would pull something out and it would be too small or too big after what I described the size. I was starting to get discouraged about even looking at this bags and felt like he wasnβt really doing his job with trying to meet my needs or to make a sale because he didnβt show me all the different bags He would pull out the bags one by one in the closet which was only about 10 and I only saw about 3 that he showed me.My husband pointed to one in the closet and it was what I liked but didnβt close or snap and I was concerned about my items being unsecured and for 2600.00 thatβs not gonna work. After I explained that to him he took the bag and walked to the back. He didnβt say I got something else, the hell with you or nothing! Just left me and my husband standing there with my Gucci bag in my hand. We told the other man at the door have a good day and we walked out! So I went back to the Gucci store in the same shopping district where I got excellent customer service before I went to the sorry Louis store and found me a bag with all the right features ( The Raihj purse!) Look it up-and you will be amazed it was a little cheaper then Louis Vuitton wallet size purse!

Visited LV to buy a purse for a friend and the store was immaculate.Purse is spot on as was our salesman, as he patiently unpacked and repackaged several until he found the one with a red interior.My friend is very happy, her best Christmas ever.

The salesman was eager to assist us, however, he gave us the wrong size of shoes when we made our final purchase. We are certain that this was an honest mistake. However, given that we are not from a state that has a free standing Louis Vuitton store, we are left dealing with trying to exchange it for the correct size from afar. The costumer service on the telephone was AWEFUL! Her advice was to send a personalized note with all of our information along with the shoes to the closest store in order to exchange the shoes for a different size. I explained to her that even Nike sends a return/exchange label, and that it was ridiculous to do so without a given label or any guarantee for a pair of shoes that cost nearly a thousand dollars. She said to try calling the store on Monday, but upon request she couldnβt give me a direct number nor an email address particularly for management. What a disappointment!

Upon walking into the store the workers/employees just look at the customers no greeting no hello. The only Sale associate to show professionalism was Michael Castro. do these workers think they are the owners. Louis Vuitton need to hire better friendly employees and better customer service managers. I think the whole staff need to be fired at this location.

Instead they watched my friends and I from across the room without breaking eye contact which made us very uncomfortable. I went to LV with my 2 daughters to buy them wallets. I had store credit from LV in Seattle. We waited in line to enter, 45 mns later we were called. We were dressed casual, & felt that the person at the door & also the manager gave us the look that we are 3rd class citizens. The clothes donβt make the person & I guess I have to carry my credentials ( I am a Doctor from a very prominent family, toured the world, philanthropist, owns real estate etc,. ) to make an employee treat people equally!! As far as I know his last name Is not Arnault!! He is paid to do his job!!!This morning we went to LV boca & bought 2 wallets with no jugement !!!!

TERRIBLEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went three rounds around the store looking and not a SINGLE staff member helped me out. But whatβs crazy is they saw me and moved along to other customers that I guess looked more expensive? Let me tell you...donβt ever let any of these terrible sales associates judge you! I had to literally yell βcan anybody help me or?β Getting the team manager to help me. Noses are too high up and the saddest part is...itβs me giving them money not the other way around. Criticizing others will keep you in a narrow space with very little growth. Management needs to be re-evaluated.

The staff is horrible here. I purchased a pair of shoes and it seemed as if they were doing me a favor. A gentleman by the name of Carlos βhelped meβ and he didnβt even finish the transaction. Another sales person took my info and payment. I was with my 2 kids and husband and apparently he was not very pleased with my kids presence. I wanted to buy a purse as well but I rather go to a location where they would kindly attend me. Itβs a shame because the location itβs beautiful. I worked high end retail in Italy where I am from and you just donβt treat customers this way. People tend to forget they donβt own the store, they are just another employee working for the company.

In all the years Ive been a client(1980 first Louie) I had never gone through such an ordeal to purchase an item! Long storing short i arrived after my third store in two weeks to AGAIN be told the item was not available, the exception this time was that a beautiful, young lady named Samantha listened to my frustration and literally went out of the box to do everything in her power to guarantee that I would have my item..To place the icing on the cake she introduced me to Michael the manager to reassure me that they would make it happen.. I am now sitting at home admiring my new purchase.. I applaud these two individuals who obviously went out of their way to make a loyal client a delighted one as well.. Very poor customer service. I collect LV and I knew coming in this store I would be treated not nice because I wasnt treated nice the first time I visited. I wasnt greeted or anything. I said out loud if I was some place else I would be getting service where is my champagne. The SA heard me so thats what made her help. She had no care in helping me until I told her I shop LV a lot then she wants to recommend me things. I did and up buying stuff but the costumer service of this store is the WORST! They need to fire the staff and rehire. Thats why I rather shop online you dont have to deal with bad customer service.

Got 2 bags here today and I must say, not impressed with the service at all. That good Miami service/attitude is no exception even at LV. Wasnβt offered water, coffee, anything while the people after us (much older) got champagne and royal treatment. Sucks to see that when you donβt fit the « profileΒ Β», you are treated different. Staff didnβt seem enthousiatic at all to help us with the purchase. All that with an attitude like they had somewhere better to be, like they were doing us a favor, like the job was beneath them. Shame. Not representative of LV at all.

LV is and always will be LV !!! Who does not love LV? This particular store is fairly large and carries a larger than normal inventory. This is not as large as some in Vegas or NYC, but represents well. When you go, I suggest you seek Derrick to help you find that perfect LV purchase. Not only is he very friendly, but he KNOWS LV inside and out, both with items in the store, but through the LV Brand. Youll be VERY happy!!
I buy a lot from lv but when I went to this location there were following me around. I felt insulted and had to leave Iβve bought a lot from the brand and I donβt think I would be buying no more.

Ive only ever shopped at lv New York locations.The Miami experience was enough for me to never shop lv ever again! And, I am a collector. I purchased a display item in ny and the sizing was off. The manager at Miami pretty much suggested that my item wasnt actually an authentic lv and couldnt do anything for me. I understand with any business you have to try to weed out the get overs from the loyal customers but I have never felt so un welcomed and embarrassed especially in front of my husband whom the gift was for. My receipt was never looked at. My name was never looked up in the database: just completely unwilling and uninterested in helping me, the customer! We walked into an empty store by the time we left there were not one but two guards standing within feet of us.I returned to ny with my item, at the original place if purchase and they were happy to help me. I will keep writing this review on every forum possible because there was nothing luxury or Louis Vuitton about this experience!
