The staff at this store is INCREDIBLE! They were all so nice and helpful. Everything was clean! With all the crazy these days its nice to go somewhere and feel welcomed. Due to the warehouse/repair services being closed the in-store accommodations are above & beyond. Ceasar helped me with my hybrid watch, he was knowledgeable and quick. I have always been a huge fan of FOSSIL products, and today is one of the many reasons why. Thanks!!

Living in the moment and certainly not aware of the updated closing hours we ended up coming in late. Although it was obvious the crew was ready to go, we were greeted by Cesar with a very welcoming attitude. Made a small purchase memorable by his service and attention regardless of time. The store manager was extremely nice, he went above and beyond, I wanted to replace my old fossil watch but wanted to keep the exact same one which was discontinued and therefore not in the store, he actually offer to pick up one from the outlet store where we found it, I mean thats really good service, the best part is that he did pick it up and brought it to the store for me to get, I mean, best service ever.

Excellent experience buying in my first fossil, the boys were very kind, especially the one who helped me Angel, who was aware of every detail.

Went in today ready to spend around $500. Was in there for 10 min with no acknowledgement and 3 workers around. 2 were completely not busy. I’ve been there before with such good staff which is why I’m not giving it 1 star, angel was such a big help last time !!

Great service that knows its products and how to help its customers get the most of them.Freddy and his partner know how to take care of their customers. The hook me up with a new Fossil watch and wallet offered to emboss the wallet for me and everything.Especially for those folks that havent bought into the Apple watchand use Android the fossil Android watches or a good alternative and a very stylish with lots of combinations of straps.
