Tasty ice cream. Prime spot, so a bit pricey. Worth it though!!!

Some of the best gelato/ice cream Ive ever had. Not cheap but portions are big, flavor is incredible.

Was very excited to try this new spot with the family. Hubby came back to the car with mint chocolate chip for me… no bueno! It tasted as if someone poured an entire bottle of Listerine in the ice cream. When I walked back in to ask if I could get something else, they said “no, unless you pay for another ice cream.” At those prices… no thanks.Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? Will never go back, and will not recommend to friends.

Pricey and poor customer service. Small scoop portions and poorly served, just to the top of the cup and that’s seven bucks.The ice cream is fine, but not much better than other ice cream or gelato makers.There wasn’t one trash can either inside or outside the store. I find that they do not care much for their customers.

I had the “dulce de leche temptation” — it was very creamy and o too runny to enjoy at a normal pace so had to eat fast, probably because of the South Florida humidity. This shop had several types of ice cream options and is located in a busy central business district, but the prices were fair. Would recommend if you’re in the area and have a sweet tooth!

The price is extremely high like almost insulting. But the ice cream is very good and fattening. But the flavor kind of tastes like soap. Maybe they didnt clean the ice cream maker or maybe thats just the way it is with all the fat in the ice cream but other than that it was all right in

We were a party of 4 and in the end only one of us ordered. The ice cream was melted! Apparently they had a problem with the freezer and yet they served the ice cream the same! No quality inspection or concerns…

Good very good icecream

Yummy Gelato flavors with generous portions. Dulce de leche is actually dulce de leche instead of the caramel flavored inferior version served at most places so do not order it as the main Gelato in a combination dessert because it can be very sweet. Parking is hard for this hidden gem in Brickell.

I went in last night after a day of brunch and mimosas. We needed a nice place that had different options for dessert and Freddo was the perfect place. I had the Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream and this was very delicious. The Lava Cake was exactly the way it needed to be, very warm with a nice runny middle. The ice cream was great and I really enjoyed this combination. This is a dessert to go get for sure!

Good custard (not like gelato at all)! Too expensive... The coffee especially. But one of the few places where parents can enjoy a coffee while the kids get the necessary dose of cold stuff.

Nice place to think about business. nothing but great experiences here. the prices are good for what you get.

This is incredible!This is terrible as a store !This is not the Argentinian spirit!The store opens at 2 pm ! So you can’t go for an ice cream after lunch time !They don’t sell gift cards or they didn’t have buckets to keep the i e cream cool or either ice !!!The flavors are very good, the ones you get here since in Argentina you have much more .But this store hours are stupid and also the way they are doing business!Please! Think about this !

RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!!! The staff was so rude when I asked why they don’t have name tags for the ice cream flavors. I had to ask which was what for each single flavor. I suggested it saves time but they took that as something offensive. Also the rudest chick there needs to cover her nose with the mask. Never going back

Look the ice cream have nothing to do with the my star rating. I love the dulce de leche ice cream 🍨 here. Its definitely delicious. However, prices are very high for the quantity deliver. And if we are going to charge high prices, lets make it the presentation fancy not just old regular cup.You guys run out of cone and your expresso machine was down. Another thing, the restroom was very unclean and the service needs to improve.

I came on 2017 and loved this place. Went back and order the same panini on 2019 and it was NASTY. I made a comparing picture for you to see. The new version is with Burger bund and its not toasted. We couldnt even eat. The lava cake was burned, the inside didnt melt and it was taught in some parts. They probably changed managers or made recipes cheaper and you can tell. Worst experience, pricy for the size and quality. Go back to your own qualities. You are distrusting your own business.

We loved the place we try the waffle and dulce de leche gelato and it was amazing we are definitely coming back to try other things on the menu the service was really good too

This place is great to enjoy a cup of coffee, get some work done, and grab a quick/light bite. I love coming here on weekends to read a book or work on my laptop. Everything was fresh, I have never gotten something I didnt love, from the coffee to sandwiches. The staff was great, awesome service, everyone seems to love working there.

Awesome ice creams but in almost all the last 10 delivery that i ordered they never have Zabaglione or White chocolate or they are sold out on practically all dulce de leche flavors. What is happening??

I stay away from sugar for the most part but Freddo is my weekly or bimonthly treat. They have a wide variety to choose from and the service is always spectacular! The place is always clean and even when it is very busy, they have things under control and the wait never seems that long. Keep up the great work!

Delicious chocolate ice cream

I remember going here back when I was in preschool, and Im so happy that with all the changes that have happened in the Bay Area, this remains a fixed institution. Even the large black and white picture of the wide-eyed kid with his ice-cream has remained.

I had a medium sized cup of chocolate gelato. good quality and fast service make it a good destination. A little pricey, but considering its location that should be expected. There were a couple of tables outside, seating inside was a little limited

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!This restaurant allows its customer’s dogs to sit on their tables and drink water. Yes, ON the table. It’s sad that restaurants have to ask their customers to put their animals on the floor but not this one.

Nice place and delicious ice cream

Placed an order last night for delivery, i got a confirmation that i will receive the order between 9 till 11:05 pm. I called the restaurant, they answered me and after asking for my order, they hang up on me!, then we called several times and never answered, we decide to go to the restaurant and they closed! What kind of business will take an order for deliver and either never deliver the order or just call the customer to cancel the order and give their money back? Or if their are going to close soon, stop taking orders online on their website. ! Terrible experience, + still not getting any answer or my money back to my card!

The quality of service that I received while visiting this place was unfathomably unwelcoming. The employees had the most dreadful attitudes toward serving customers that I have ever seen in my life. Additionally, while preparing to close, a young woman with brown hair pointed at my friends and me indicating she was displeased that we were financially contributing to the business she works for while also furthering her job security. The woman swept the floors indignantly proceeding to sweep debris on the ankles of customers. There was one African American gentleman that deserves a raise and in addition to that the pay that the other valueless employees receive.

Visited this place twice last week. The icecream is amazing, although it was a shame that they didnt have more flavors, the ones available were delicious. I definitely recommend the white chocolate one!

I came on a Saturday afternoon. I thought there would be a ridiculous wait but it wasnt too bad. maybe 25 mins? this place gets backed up because every ice cream is made to order. there are 5 people making ice cream at once and then one person topping them. it is a small space and it gets pretty hectic in there. definitely worth it though. i really liked the flavor and texture. the process of making it is fun to watch. its unlike any other ice cream that i have ever had

I was visiting my friend who lives at the building next to it and while I was waiting on my friend I wanted a quick bite and coffee and saw this place. Saw that this place good google reviews and the pictures looked amazing of all the pastries and ice cream. This was right before noon on a Saturday. I pointed to items on their display case to get more info about them and 1) they were out of most of the items in display and 2) the workers looked like they didn’t want to be there. Not friendly service at all.

Service is always nice even when they have a full house. Ill return with my coworkers. The place has a nice atmosphere.

I ordered an espresso- recommended, to which I was served directly to the table with a glass of water, a box of different assembly of sugar, and a sample of one of the most delicious ice cream I have tried since I lived in Rome.I am most definitely going back,for more espresso and a large ice cream.Highly recommended

Ordered food from here and never received my full order, when I called the restaurant they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and tried calling back and no answer. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to their costumers. I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!! Took my money and NEVER gave me my food - CROOKS!!!

Went last week and it was the best time we had a great service thanks to Kai (orejitas, his nick name). He was such a great attendant. Haven’t had this service in Miami since a lonnnnnnngggggggg time ago. Both, the service and the ice-cream were great!!! 😊

First off, please update your hours on google to reflect that you close at 11pm and not 11:30pm. We arrived at 3 minutes before 11pm and one of the employees literally threw her hands up and pointed at us as if saying “how dare they!” The associate talking our order was leaned down on the counter like he didn’t have a spine and was trying to rush us to order. The African American gentleman that made our actual gelato was very nice and respectful. Pretty good gelato, but no way I’ll ever go back to be treated like that again.

I have been coming here since they opened and for the most part I had positive experiences but I also noticed that they change their employees very often and that makes the service very inconsistent. You nerver know what you get on your next visit sometimes big portion sometimes small, one day they are friendly the other day maybe not. I had a large Sundae this time and although they were friendly they didnt know how to do it. I call that poorly trained staff

I love Freddo icecream from Argentina and decided to give it a try in Miami- same quality just less variety of flavors. Service could be better as it is a small venue and they should always offer to try a flavor before you order a cone or any size.

Ive been here many times. This place is the best. The gelato is made from grass fed cows and I think thats pretty cool. The customer service is good. I promise if you are polite to the people who serve you icecream youre gonna have a good time. Be kind and youll be treated kind. Also this place gets pretty packed sometimes so you might need to wait a bit. Sure, it can be annoying waiting but remember its only 2-3 of them, and 40 of you. Also I love the lava cakes here theyre super good
