Tried to purchase two items which indicated they had coupons. They were not ringing up at register. Walked with manager to items. Clearly listed as each having coupons. Oh, but only if you are signed up to Publix to receive them. She explained the process to receive the coupons. Who in the world has time for that. Better off not advertising that there is a coupon for the item since you would already know that it has a coupon since you would have had to get the coupon on line before hand. Been shopping at Publix for 35 years. Time to give Winn Dixie a try. Cant be much worse I suppose.

Nice people working there and they all seem to care about the customer. They do run out of things that we expect to always see. But this could be the times we live in. The floors are always clean and the aisles are wide. They also still clean the carts daily. We live near by and are here at least twice a week.

Always the friendliest Publix you will ever walk into. Everyone always has a smile on, they all greet you hello throughout your stay. Everything is fresh and stocked and the place itself is clean. Only complaint the Cuban bread sucks!

I love this place. Its very close to my house. I was very happy when they opened up. The customer service is excellent. The management team does a great job in trying to make sure they remember you. I received both doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at this Publix. The Pharmacy staff was very efficient and helpful.

Publix Supermarket is very good, the parking lot is a little confusing.

Staff always greets you as you enter and make sure to ask if you found everything when at the cashier. It’s the little things that make it enjoyable.

This place is great. I’ve been coming here for years.People are complaining about going the wrong way, not feeling safe, people not wearing masks (I have never seen anyone there not wearing a mask, and I go there pretty much every day), please do yourself a favor and get informed about the real science behind the virus. Also please remember these are suggestions, etc. and people are not yet used to acting like robots following arrows, etc., and don’t forget we still live in a free country. You got nothing to worry about, except your own fears.This place is great, food is fresh and very friendly.

They are using young people as detectives for minimum pay. Miami I guess ?! .They were not even wearing masks however they are trying to scare customer away . Please let security do their jobs and use cameras to check on people .

I just recently left and I had a horrible expirience with the cashier Martha. She had no motivation doing her job and gave my mother and I attitude we did not deserve. Also gave an excuse to get out of not wanting to help us. Poor customer service from an elderly woman.

Management is pathetic rude and sarcastic. You have to work on their time because they talk to customers as if you were working for them lack of respect and have no courtesy of customers time they give you an attitude as if they dont really want to be there. Not welcoming at all, staff is okay much better than management. Need different management because apparently management has got to their head, they think they are better than their customers and apparently with their attitude youd think they graduated with a PHD. If Publix CEO doesnt fix this, unfortunately in this community they are gonna come across someone careless and a tragic situation is going to occur.

Great spacious Publix, but customer service its so bad. They dont make you feel welcome. Everyone thats working there they look miserable, and you can definitely see it in the treatment of the customer. The people are just standing around, without masks, and i dont see anyone cleaning the stations after customer. For example, I went in today,, around 8 pm, waiting for my turn to pay, the and the guy that was suppose to be cleaning, directed another customer that came after me, and completely skipped me.I honestly only go there when im in a rush. Otherwise, I rather take the trip to another publix than go here.

I put an meals order on line, wait 1 hour for pickup and when I get to the store was not ready, not only that, no one know nothing, after a while they told me my order was not ready, I waited and then they told they cant fallow my order to get the 4 meals separated, after another minutes they told me they cant prepare my order because they do not have pork. Was very unpleasant: not Publx standards. I left because was dinner time for my kids and at home I called asking speak with the manager and they keep me waiting long time and I hung up. Not an answer neither online not by phone.

⁶ i was there to pick an order I placed online to pick up at 6pm. I got there at 630 to.pick up deli order and the management team in deli had no idea about my order that I showed them they had confirmed they made me wait for 35 minutes to not find my order at all. I went to look for manager who name is Josephine custoner service manager and she was even more lost than the deli after wasting my time for another 15 minutes and nothing. this is completely unacceptable.i will not be recommending this store or any manager from this storeat this store.I will be writing a formal letter of complaint to the corporate offices as we as to the Better Business Bureau.Sincerely,Enrique and Barbie Munoz

The store is very clean and pleasant, as are the Employees. They usually have everything that you want. You can easily return merchandise without a receipt no questions asked. They are little pricey at times, but they have to recover from the customer service they offer. A+++++

I had the best experience at Publix today! I went in and had the pleasure of being attended at the deli by Imani. She made my spouse and I the best subs ever! My spouse suffers from lactose intolerance and he never gets cheese on anything because it causes him discomfort although he really loves it! We got into conversation and he mentioned his love for cheese which she shared with him! She went out of her way after hearing he’s never gotten cheese on anything and offered him some lactose free cheese which she went and prepared since there wasn’t any available meaning cut already. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! This young lady made our day and we will continue coming to get our deli needs from her! Thank you for your excellent customer service, charm, and friendliness Imani! We really appreciated it!

The store manager David is a pleasure. I went to get my daughter some balloons and a cake, almost at closing, David blew all 15 balloons and was so pleasant. So happy my daughter had a great late night b day. She was just arriving unexpectedly from camp. David made this possible for us .

Publix has always been my familys favorite place for grocery shopping. I have no complaints with the store itself, but the parking lot is a different story.The outside of the store is disgusting. I expect something like that from a Winn Dixie parking lot, but never Publix. There is trash everywhere: plastic wrappers, plastic bottles, old boxes, motor oil bottles, knit gloves, plastic bags, pedicure sleepers, etc... The knit gloves have been on the lot for more than 2 weeks. Honestly, I know this can be caused by people coming from other stores, but Publix has always been located in shopping centers with lots of stores and this doesnt seem to be a problem for other Publix locations. The managers have always made sure that the Publix parking lot is clean and neat. I tried to look for the manager last night but he/she was nowhere to be found. I tried to voice my concern to my cashier and her helper but hey smiled blankly at me like I was crazy. This is very unfortunate because I have decided not to go back there. I will now buy at the store located in Country Walk. That store has been always amazing.

Great place to shop for groceries as most are but not too happy with the bakery at the publix on Eureka and 147ave. Seems they are always out of everything and not always the most courteous when asked about something they are out of. My time of arrival on the weekends is between 8am and 930am not a time to be out of your favorite foods. Mismanagement is my opinion.
