I can’t believe the rating of this place is a 3.5 star. My 4 day stay in Miami was great because of this place. My hotel was right across the street from it, and I’m glad I walked in. The menu has the options for vegan crew, veggie crew, and a little meat eaters crew. literally nutritious!! I ordered the beauty tonic smoothie, which was rich and lightly weighted. The Salmon and Egg sandwich, the very next day. A Friend of mine ordered the açaí power bowl every single visit because it was flavorsome. I googled to see if they had a location in Houston but unfortunately not.

It’s very unfortunate this is the only açaí bowl place in the grove. Service was mediocre and really slow, quality of food was just ok.

I’ll gladly pay $15-16 for an açaí bowl if it’s delicious, the service is at least decent, and the serving size is good. Missed the mark on all of these.I hope the management/owners read their reviews and make changes or this place won’t last long.

The açaí bowl should be firm and thick. Ate 5 mins after it was given to me and has the consistency of water.. only eating because it was almost $20.

A place the is on the main road in Coconut Grove. We had lunch there because my H is vegetarian. The place was clean and cute with fast service. I was not impressed with the quality of the food. It was almost like a To go food that one would get in a frozen section of a supermarket. The soups were great I must say. They may be out of some items but overall an okay place to have a quick lunch. Somewhat pricy as well. It is not worth a second visit.

Waited over 35 minutes for my açaí bowl. When I ordered, the cashier told me it would be 10-15 minutes, which is fine. But over 30 minutes is not okay. When I finally got my order (which I had to go up and ask about 30 minutes in) the açaí was watered down like it had been sitting out for awhile. For $15, I’m very disappointed. I absolutely love açaí and have been looking for my go to place since moving here a few months ago. I will not be returning and wish I could’ve been refunded.

Coconut grove has a wonderful little place to get a tasty açaí, healthy smoothie or wonderful Avocado toast or delicious sammie!! We ate here twice on our recent trip and it was our favorite little spot! So fresh and delicious and the staff was excellent!! A little gem by the sea in the Coconut Grove!

Pretty basic taste, the açaí is without flavor. The service is the worst, takes a lot to serve, very bad attitude.

From top to bottom Im in love with Juicense. I’ve done their Lifestyle Detox three times in recent months and ordered from their regular menu numerous times. Juicense’s detox is different from other detoxes/cleanses. I’ve done a bunch over the years and while they all leave you feeling lighter and reset at the end, most have you feeling miserable during. Juicense is different. You get all the benefits without the misery. Moreover, I feel great during the detox and even have an uptick in energy despite the reduced calories. I highly recommend. As for the regular menu and the establishment, before writing this review I browsed some of the past reviews and disagree with the negative comments. The owner and staff are amazing. They are personable, caring, knowledgeable, and attentive to name a few of their qualities. The establishment is well run and well maintained. Next, they produce high quality products that are consistent. As for any complaints about wait time, this isnt fast food and quality takes time. Im a real customer and Im also super hard to please. This is one of the goods one.

Watered down Acai, without the advertised fruit that were supposed to be in the bowl and to top it off a wrapper in the bowl.

Love this place! They offer the best smoothies and the employee Esther is so sweet! Customer service is amazing and the special details make my day! Definitely try the green smoothie and the energy elixir, omg is sooo goood!

I ordered two açaí bowls, and the oat bites. The green açaí was a little bland, would of wanted more flavor. The tropical açaí was perfect in flavor. The oat bites were delicious.

In A Nutshell:-Juicense is a great place to grab a healthy acai bowl.-I love the presentation & you get plenty of delicious fresh fruits & acai.-The location is very easy to get to, best to walk.-There is plenty of seating inside & outside.Overall, if you want a nice acai bowl, come to Juicense in Coco.

They have more food options then most juice shops I have seen. I purchased the acai green power bowl (trying to remember the additives) An Acai smoothie, and a Biker cold pressed juice. The biker seems to be like a coffee / almond juice drink.. Anyway the smoothie and cold pressed juices went down quickly and I will be back to partake

We wanted to like this place and concept. Unfortunately the staff (two unmotivated millenials) didnt really seem to care, the place is not particularly clean inside (especially the bathroom and kitchen) and the rubbery chicken was uninspired. If theres an owner who cares, she should spend more time on the premises.

Disappointed in my acai bowl. Very soupy and watery, and even a little sour.

Their food is great, but I wonder why they call them selves green when the plastics the use for their juices and take out containers are anything, but Green. I will change my review if you guys make more sustainable options.

Great intentions yet left sincerely frustrated. After waiting forty minutes for two smoothies, and rather annoyed with general service, decided to return. Returned an hour later to replace a smoothie that was sadly dropped in the street. Second go around not much better service. Ordered one smoothies, told it will take ten minutes, Twenty five minutes later I walked out never to return. Not sense of organization, urgency nor communication with several customers that appeared dissatisfied.

I ate there today,Awesome customer service. Unfortunately there were chucks of MOLD on my vegan nut brownie.I ordered 1 pre-made cold press juice, 1 vegan brownie and 1 order of chocolate chip cookie bites. As a customer and a vegan i was so happy to find this restaurant to turn around and be very disappointed.I returned everything and received a full refund.

Dont bother going here. Coffee grinds in iced coffee. No regular milk or skim milk. Only almond milk. 20 minutes wait for 2 coffees when there were 3 persons inside.

First of all, the smell inside is off putting. Smells like cheetos & fritos. I ask if I can switch 1 fruit for another on the topping of my acai bowl: said it will be an extra $1.50 charge. 😱 Then, a booster add on of protein is $3, which the addtl cost is conveniently not posted anywhere.. Insanely overpriced, but I guess thats what I get for the bougie Grove. The brite side: the music selection was dope. 🤷‍♀️

Low staff owners dont care seems like have people waiting for 30 45 minutes for a juice or smothie hello place not clean no parking had to pay 10 dollar on top of waste of time feel bad for the employees maybe they dont have another choice have to run and rush them selfs in order to keep their job!!! I did not like the smoothie. I returned it and they didnt offer either an exchange or returned of my money. A very expensive smoothie of acward flavor. Not for me.

This is unacceptable. I ordered pickup 40 minutes ago, and they haven’t even started my order. They claim they had other guests they prioritized ahead of me and they only have 2 people working,... and that is why it takes so long for avocado toast and a açaí bowl. I’m going to be checked out of my hotel by the time this awful business gets their sh*t together.

Food is good (although they overuse quinoa). Smoothies and açaí bowls are pretty good! However, the service is SLOW. Like 25 minutes for a smoothie and a bowl. Does not make sense.

Food is fine but men staff turnover is non-stop. I go almost every week and always new faces. Did get close once to one if the managers as we have kids in the same school and seems owners are not very nice. Just saying. Seems they don’t understand the value of employee retention which goes in hand of food prep quality and customer service.

Delish place with a great variety of items. Very vegan friendly. On the pricey side but worth it.

Hard to give a good review when I walk in at 7:40 and the sign says they are open until 8pm, but the gentleman behind the counter says they are closed. The restaurant beside them is overflowing with customers, so I’d say ‘you’re losing business, but what do I know?’ I do know that I’ll go elsewhere for a healthy juice.

I have been twice to this place and I really love it, the salads are tasteful and you can notice the freshness of the products, the acai is delicious but a little bit small. I highly recommend this place!

Wow, I’ve never seen this woman working at the store before, but she is so rude. I stood there for ten minutes and she wouldn’t speak to me. When I asked her are you open, she said “what does it look like, the door was open right”Wow, I don’t know the next time I’ll go back. Very disappointing

Asked for 2 iced coffees, got no ice on top of server forgetting the order, Service was very very slow. Extremely overpriced for their portions. 9$ for a sliver of oatmeal, 6 for barely any berries.

The starburst and amazon yogi bowls are delicious. I drive from the other side of Costa Mesa just to get a treat from here. Highly recommend if your in the area!

Tried Juicense for the first time today and I loved the juices, I ordered two: El Mexicano & Clean me up III. However, must say I also ordered the avocado eggs and toast. I was disappointed in the eggs. However, will come back for Juices.

The food is good the service is terrible why does it take 30 minutes to get a smoothie when you have 2 girls on the blender, if people do not want to be there they should not be there, I ordered a mint chip smoothie which I love and I had to trash it because they over used the mint it tasted terrible what a waste of time and my money

Juicense is an amazing healthy spot in Coconut Grove for juices, smoothies and good for you eats! The waffle was unbelievable and needless to say we are big fans of this hip, modern, creative space. Cant wait to go back! - @miamiwellnessclub

My first time here and the staff is really friendly, they are eager to help and get you to order something you will like. Service was fast and boy was it good! I got the ACAI bowl. Best ever! This place is definitely going on my regular list.

They have great service here, one time I got help from Noah he was really friendly and advice me of the best juice based on what I told him I wanted, but not only the juices and customer service are great, the food like the almond toast are great too, not to talk about the location itself. My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first time today. When I was placing my order at the register the cashier gave me an attitude because I asked if she could change bananas with strawberries in the acai bowl. I was charged for 2 acai bowls and one smoothie $46 (very pricey). Upon inspection of the receipt I noticed they automatically add tips, and they even sign the receipt for you (very illegal). The cashier did not even attempt to ask for my signature nor gave me the option of reviewing my bill and add tips at MY discretion. When I enquired about it she answered, and I quote: this is Coconut Grove..so what? Smoothies and acai bowls although good are definitely overpriced. Overall i could put up with the price/quality, but their dishonest approach to business definitely will stop me and my girlfriend from returning to this place

Great acai bowls and fresh, cold-pressed juices. Make sure to try the classic, get happy bowl.

Their toast and juices are good, but went back to try the smoothies and I was very disappointed. I asked if they put stevia or any sweetener in them and they denied it even thought it had a bitter after taste just like stevia sweeteners do. Still not sure what it was they put in it but if you don’t like sweeteners don’t order the smoothies.

Terrible Acai.. they probably put next to nothing of Acai and just fill it with fillers because they want to save money.. definitely stay away from that. If you dont put it Acai in it just dont serve it at all. I thought it was nearly $11 because its quality Acai.Juices were ok but that Acai really left a bad taste.

The amount of the acai bowl has been reduced. We were served with other plates in little containers to go. When we asked why the response was people do not eat the whole amount. This is as bad as it sounds.
