Bad service, super bad service.I called they said that they would send someone over right away and a week later still no notice. I had to call to check to get an update only to be treated super bad. They are really unprofessional, it is truly mind blowing. I do not recommend them at all.

I used to use a glass shop in Kendall but since Covid started they are difficult to deal with and not friendly enough to be worth the extra effort so I tried Eduardo Glass. The shop employees were friendly and welcoming, their price was nearly 40% less and they were several days quicker on their turn around.

Great small shop, so far I have ordered two sets of custom frameless glass shower doors and a large mirror and they have been perfect, good quality and well done. Also and very important, everyone is very nice and attentive there, especially Miguel, thank you.

Stay away from this company.. It used to be a good one, not anymore. Their employees are slopy, dirty and messy. We had to call them several times because theye left screws and debris all over the place, they left big chuncks of silicone sealeant hanging all over the frame and glass, marks all over the door and glass, and on top of everything they broke handles and the asddress numbers, -which they never replaced. The employees they sent to fix the numbers were nasty, disrespecful and insulting almost to the point we were about to call the police.

If you have the possibility of buying your glass and mirrors from another company, do not think about it, I do not know the city very well and I went to this company. My name is Nelson Suárez, I bought from these gentlemen two impact glasses that insurance for the roof of my house required, they gave them to me without the corresponding stamps that certify that they are impact, alleging that such a stamp was not necessary for my claims . The issue is that the deadline to prove that I have placed impact crystals expires and these gentlemen until next January cannot send the person to place these stamps on the crystals. His proposed solution, due to my anger, is that we return the crystals, which have been placed on the ceiling for a month, with the consequent expense in labor, and they return the money, this seems to me a gross mockery of the client, I feel that in the USA I do not know the existence of customer protection offices as in Europe, otherwise I would put my claim there. By the way, it seems irrelevant to them that I told them that I would make this comment on the internet.

This is the most expensive place to place an order .i recommended that before you order something check in other places .The prices are excessive ridiculous .Keep away from this place.It is the most expensive place to do a job.
