Overpriced & terrible customer service. I am really disappointed in this place because I know theyve been around for a while. The owner is very rude & when I walked in, he didnt even speak to me. His wife is the one who had to come from behind him to help me. They gave me a quote that they didnt follow through on plus after drop off, she told me it would be ready by the next day (which I found odd) but it wasnt. That didnt bother me but I had to keep calling them to ask for an update every few days. When my item was finally ready, no one called me. I called & the husband owner answered with an attitude saying he called me to come pick it up which was a lie. Besides this terrible customer service, they didnt honor the price they originally quoted me and ended up charging me MUCH more. I only put up with it because I had an item already done by them and needed it to match. Never again!

Our new shower doors are beautiful...and the installation was professional and on time!. When one of the doors developed a small squeak, they came out immediately and made an adjustment.Friendly owners, great product, great service...hard to beat.

Ive always had a great experience. Have used them many times over the past 10 years for both small and large glass projects. Tempered glass takes a bit longer, but glass is always cut properly and delivered on time. Others have mentioned bad customer service, but that has never been the case for me. Owners have been courteous and easy to work with. Great place and Ill continue to use them for my glass needs.

Great quality job done and good materials used. I rather pay a little extra but have a good job done. This friends always perform an excellent job. Thank you.

I do not recommend this place to anybody. My father in law ordered 1 piece of glass from this place, nothing special (1/4 glass - 15x45), and he paid upfront $118.00 (full amount - really overprice). They took longer than they estimated to make it, and after multiples phone calls, they finally told him that the glass was ready, but the paint on the back of the glass was drying (he order it painted in black on one side for a TV stand). I picked it up today, and the glass was covered in dust, the smell of fresh paint is still in my car. Once we cleaned it up the glass, we noticed that it was painted with regular spray paint instead of the appropriate paint for glass (ceramic paint); the color was not even and in some places all porous, also was noticeable that they applied a single thin layer of paint (check image). I cannot express enough how awful the job they did was.

I wrote a 5* review for them 2 years ago but had to change it to 1*. Terrible customer service. I bought $400 worth of glass. I asked for a discount but she said couldn’t lower the price. Instead, The lady told me she’d “throw in” the little rubber things so glass won’t slide. When I went to pick up 5 days later, the same lady I spoke to had no recollection of this. I reminded her. But she rudely insisted she never said that. They were only $5 so I paid it. But I was very disappointed. Bad customer service!!

Great customer service, they are very professional, my mirrors were custom made and they came out beautifully. I also had 2 of my shower doors installed and they came out great.

I BOUGHT A MIRROR THERE AND PAID THE WHOLE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY INCLUDING A DEPOSIT. THE DEPOSIT I DIDNT UNDERSTAND IF I PAID THE WHOLE AMOUNT BEFORE THE MIRROR WAS CUT TO PROPER DIMENSIONS WHY WOULD I NEED A DEPOSIT? I PICKED UP THE MIRROR AND THE WOMAN DID NOT GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR GOOD !!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Ordered 4 pieces of custom-cut mirror, paid full price up front, they took longer than expected to make them and when I went to pick them up one was chipped and they refused to recut it.... EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE IS A MISERABLE AND HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING... worst customer service ever!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW AWFUL THIS PLACE IS!!!!!

I went in to cut the top of my fish tank and I called ahead for a quote and then when I arrived I got quote differently like 7 dollar more

I went there to have a glass shelf cut to replace one we broke while moving, and I took one as a sample and explained it needed to fit inside a wooden frame, the lady there measured the one I brought and even kept it so they could cut it and make sure it was the same as the original, and when we picked it up and took it home it didn’t fit inside the wood frame . It was longer for almos 1/4” and was uneven on one side . I had to have it done somewhere else .

Extremely expensive and unethical I dont recommend working with these people, they overcharged me and took forever. Very bad experience I will never go back.
