I tried opening the door 10 minutes to closing and it was locked. They clearly IGNORED me through all the glass as I was trying to say I only had a quick question to be able to come back another day. There was still a party being helped inside and THREE other employees standing around doing nothing! Extremely rude that they would not even acknowledge me

Supervisor is rude, went two or three times she always has an excuse not to help me with pandora broken or damage, I used another store at South Miami Beach and they help right away, in sobe were kind and professional, Brickell it’s close to my house and I prefer go long way but I got the customer service that my money can pay.

I made a recent purchase for a gift. The jewelry and inventory the store carries is quite unique and elegant. I actually visited the store twice and received a great experience. Ana Maria C. provided me with one of the best customer services that I have experienced in a long time. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and was able to guide me to make the right decision with the purchase. She was able to understand what I was looking for and guided me properly to make the adecuate choice. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store and Ana Maria C.

Pandora Jewelry and Brickell City Centre is a cool place to get all things Pandora. I like the selection and assistance we got in this store as we were greeted and helped right away. This store is well managed and organized. We had a great experience shopping here and were satisfied with our purchases.

So... first of all.. the staff was kind of nice, so my beef is not towards them. The problem was the company or store policy. I went there to buy a nice gift, and after spending 45 minutes choosing. I decided to buy and my debit card was pin charged $265 (so yes, a nice gift). It turned out that supposedly the charge did not go through; so I log into my account and noticed it actually did, and a pending charge of $265 is there. So, now I’m down $265 and the store says they have to run it again. That the money will be returned in “maybe” a couple of days to one week. So I ask, what happens with that money in the mean time, because it’s definitely not in my account? I refused to have my card ran again. They don’t give me a void receipt...nothing. So now, no gift... and I’m $265 down. All for nothing. What a way to lose the trust of customers. I will have to wait and see...I guess Pandora is not willing to use trustworthy merchant services. Maybe they want to save some extra money. What a shame

You have to come with enough time. Terrible customer service.. there were only 3 ppl in the store with three sales associates. Two were attending one person and even after expressing that I knew exactly what I needed and promised to be a quick shop, still waited 20 more mins. Anyhow lesson learned.

The sales rep was really helpful she went over a lot of information with me and help me select the right pieces of jewelry at a budget.

Super understaff store. Every time I visit this place it takes forever to be taken care of. Nobody even ackowledges that you have arrived and apologizes for the wait. Terrible experience for the third time in a row!!

The workers here are incredibly rude and do not help at all. One of the workers shoved me out of the way and didnt apologize, they didnt have anything in stock and offered no way to help in the form of ordering things online and having it sent etc. just terrible service overall. Would not recommend giving them your business.

We tried to make an exchange on a pair of rings we had purchased. The manager (iliana) told us it wasnt posible because the rings where worn out. After a week?? We dont think so. She went against Pandora policys on returns!! She also told us the exchange could only be made on the same size. The reason we wanted the exchange for...We went to the pandora store at Aventura mall. No question ask. Simply an amazing service that took less than 5 minutes for the exchange!!! My sugestion go expend your money in other store where they understand what customer service is all about.

I have gone 3 times and the last 2 lousy. today May 12, 2019, I attended to buy but the promotion was not there, but when asking for that manager Yoilen Perez responds very heavy, then Jennifer answered me, who neither had her badge and as in the end I did not buy much she took me very badly He did not want to show me anything about the charms I asked him, that store is really very bad attention. The brand should not give its representation to employers who hire personnel who only appear to be educated and are NOT. I can not remove that star they do not deserve
