They installed a new motor in a rolling gate in my home and everything went smoothly. However, a couple months later the gate started malfunctioning (not closing or opening all the way), which I think is probably an easy fix. I have called at least 8 times, emailed and even texted one of the technicians directly asking for service. They have scheduled me twice, telling me theyll come, and dont show up. Im done with this company and do not recommend their services.
