Loosers,order oct 14,no parts or tracking # 🤔 maybe scam

I had a great experience ordering the boat parts I needed. Initially, i thought my experience was gonna be a little rocky but everything worked out great. I called and asked if the parts were in stock which they were. Every email i sent i received a response. I drove four hours the next day to get the parts and they communicated with me along the way and stayed an extra hour and waited for me until I arrived. The aftermarket items were in good condition.

This company is totally a cheater, cheep crook. They sent a url of globalpartszone through ebay, and mislead buyer pay them directly.but they dont have any parts at all. they are not a real company. just a women and her husband run those website( And they are not americans) they might buy from china or russia area after they get order. sometimes they buy from other ebay seller.They dont have stock at all.they have many guise, such as ebay seller, global parts zone, florida part zone.i paid on 6th September, until now already a month i receive nothing, and they dont reply email, or whatsappI asked for return payment, no reply either.i have reported to ebay to block their ebay account.this is really disgusting

I make my order more 15 days ago, now I don’t received any answer only send me the Covid excuse, now they said are closed, no cover time delivery.

It’s a total scam I made an order 2 weeks ago, an I’m still waiting. I called today and said I want to cancel the order And someone seems from China said to me I need to wait more days, they are a FAKE company.

I ordered parts from them two different times. It was cheaper to order directly from their web page instead of through eBay. I also called them both times to make sure the item was in stock. The first order arrived quickly. The second order took longer but I dont feel it was their problem. I had something being shipped to me about the same time and same size. It took two weeks to get. The shipping problem was due to the US postal service. Apparently there is a new post master general who has been changing internal postal routes. That person is making changes daily. That information was given to me via the local post office. I watched the tracking numbers. Date of post 10/29/20.

We found it on GMS Brothers website, bought it there and they delivered the piece all the way to Mexico, it arrived within very few days. Would absolutely recommend and buy from them again. This is a scam dont buy here. I order 2 of the same part they charged my card and sent me one. Its been months and 3 calls they will not refund me after admitting they could not find another one. Now i have to use other avenues to get my money but they will be reported.

I ordered products from this company a couple of weeks ago and there website said that it is in stock. So I figured I should have it in a couple of days. After 2 weeks and still no tracking info. I sent them an email asking what the deal is. And I got informed that if there website says that the product is in stock. That only means that there supplier has it in stock and not them. It goes 7 to 14 days from time that the order was placed for them to get the product and then they ship it out. And I informed them that it was 14 days already and still no tracking info. They tried to tell me a couple of lies and I always backed them in a corner. And now they wont even reply to my emails anymore. And we still dont have the product.

I bought a part the website said was in stock. I paid via PayPal. The next day they said the price had been increased and they needed additional money, (about 150% more than the already paid amount), before they could ship my part. I declined and asked for a refund to my PayPal account. After several days and excuses of why things were taking so long I had to contact PayPal to get a refund. After PayPal was contacted the refund was immediate.I read some reviews (after my problems started) and it seems my situation wasn’t unique. They always had an explanation to make it seem like it wasn’t their fault. Buyer beware!!!

BEWARE! Order my parts for an emergency repair. Called to ensure parts were on hand and would be shipped within 24 hours. GMS (Global Parts Zone) stated that they checked the warehouse and promised 24 hours shipping. They lied. The shipped a partial order without notifying me. I scheduled a service in anticipation of the promised shipment. Parts were finally shipped 1 week after the promised date. The parts I finally received were the correct parts and functioned properly. If you have plenty of lead time you can consider working with this company, but I wont use them again.

Brought some parts they arrived damaged. They arranged to send me parts and they arrived damaged too... I ask for a refund on the shipping (80us) as a sign of goodwill & now have a long email from them about how they wont stand behind thier product nor do they care about customer service.I sincerely hope this weasel thief company goes bust and the sooner the better!!ThiefsWeaselSpineless

Purchased a parts advertised as in stock with a week shipping time. Never heard from them and was told the part was backordered 6 weeks after i called. None of their reps speak fluid english. Then had to go through pay pal for a refund because the refused to issue me one. Scammers!!

Deceptive by design. Do not trust this company. Ordered a part, listed as in stock on their website, they accepted my payment then contacted me claiming that they had to order the part and cost of the part had gone up nearly 20% and I needed to pay more. In my opinion GMS Brothers, LLC are among the worst of the internet and completely un-trustworthy. Avoid GMS Brothers, LLC - judging by the reviews here and the BBB I should have known better. It is sad that deceptive companies can continue to prey on consumers. - After seeing the response it is obvious that they just do not get it - if you are not actually stocking the item, you should not list the item as in stock on your web page. Then turn around and ask for more money justifying by saying that you have to purchase and item that you claimed was in stock. Once you accepted payment on an in stock item the cost increase from your supplier is your problem.

I bought a replacement part through website. I paid. One month later they said the part was out of stock; if I want the part, I have to pay extra USD 29 for shipping cost and USD 30 for a (surprise!)new higher price. I try money refund, no answer. USD 163 lost. Be careful with this company, other much better options near available.

I never written a bad review on a company ever Please be aware eveyone.... Im hoping maybe this will spark some interest for them to contact us we have multiple documents and emails where we contacted them before we made the purchase to make sure what was in the picture everything was included after three emails they said absolutely everything in the picture is what we got received the package in July of last year when I receive the package there were parts that were not in the boxes we could not get them to return my call or answer emails so had to file dispute with cc.. On 29th day they only have a 30 day return policy we were lost on what to do since they wouldnt return our call or answer email .. . Well they only use PayPal so multiple 3 way calls with my cc and PayPal we finally got PayPal to figure it out and we and my cc followed every thing that was asked of us . parts were sent back in alloted time they sent us labels . they told us the needed to pass the inspection before refund .. Which we also have multiple emails stating they did and they would refund us for them ... Then they told us it was to long with PayPal.. So they couldnt .. After literally 15 calls with PayPal and over 15 emails with this company saying they wanted to refund but couldnt paypal saying they could they werent stopping them . PayPal found a way for them to easily do it and emailed them the instructions ... And guess what since end of Oct they wont reply to us again . ... And no answers after 10 more emails to them.... They still have not refunded my over 400.00 this issue not only cost us this money . .. Had to have my machine down longer because of these parts . That cost thousands and having to buy these parts locally quickly also spent so much more on them so we lost thousands and now not to even get a response after all this time.. Beleive me they have copies and so do I where we are in the right and are owed the money I really hope this finally gets someone to cares about the customers there. .. This is pennies to them . But alot to us of money Please just take care of this so we dont have to continue trying to fight for what we are owed.. Thanks

These guys are Parts brokers. They list all the Parts as if they owned them and stock nothing. Small Little Warehouse with nothing in it. Buyer beware!

I ordered a part that said it was in stock. The next day my money was refunded with a note saying out of stock with no dialog about them being able to order it. Seems very fishy....possibility that they are just getting payment information to use for scamming.

Purchased several parts. One of the parts for $590 was received and was incorrect and a manufacture defect. We were authorized to return the part (with a restocking fee). After confirmation that the part was returned and signed for we never received a credit. Had to file a dispute claim with our credit card company which we won just to receive our credit.
