All around I had an excellent experience with Juan and MTS Power Products. I was thrilled with the speed of service, I was sold an excellent product the was SUBSTANTIALLY less expensive than suggested by others, I was given two options to choose from and my transfer switch was fixed ASAP! I would highly recommend MTS and their products and work.

Very poor customer service, I just called today and spook with Ernesto. I asked a simple question regarding the renewal bill, he was unable to answer and refused to transfer me to his manager claiming there was no one there and I should reply to the email I received. My question was, why dont they send the bill to renew service prior to expiration of the service? He claimed not to understand my question.I think that if the contract expired in November, they should send the renewal bill the prior month.

Did not receive product by guaranteed delivery date which was very spendy. When we called to enquire was called a liar and treated rudely. Will NEVER oreder from them again nor do I recommend anyone to.
