Theres no togetherness in this place. The line was extremely long and no one came to help the ONE cashier that was there. Someone came in and said Ill be back in a bit and left the lady with almost 20 customers in line. Not to mention the computer and scanner were messing up big time. Disappointing to see the community still cant come together even in a place of business.

Very rude and unfriendly, plus only one cashier big line, other employees avoid cashing out customers...the family Dollar Down the street is the same way !! Miami family Dollar are the worse Ive experienced !!!Friendliness is a problem..!

This is a great local story. It is HUGE and the antithesis of a Family Dollar. Kids love it. They also have really cheap and long running rides like you used to see if front of drugstores.

Today was a good day not too crowded can I found that honesty still stands left my phone and was able to go back and get it I appreciate that a lot the crew that was there today a very pleasant

This Family Dollar is the worst Family Dollar that I ever went to in my life. The cashiers are very rude they act like you are begging them for money. I told the cashier that if you didnt want come to work you should have stay home. There is no professionalism at all in the store. One of other cashier at the computer talking loud and Ghetto if I were an undercovered boss the whole entired store would have gotten fired expect the one who just got off duty and was working off the clock and they told him to go. He the only one show professionalism. They need to train their cashiers customer service ethics and they all need to take the classes. I know just because its in the ghetto and little haiti doesnt mean it has to be that way. I will be contacting the corp to let them know how these cashier work. He didnt even have to say nothing it was his body language it was his attitude, his and her demeanor. Thats the last family dollar i ever go to and I told my family and frienda about this store and they responsed we dont go there why did you go there.

Its in my area where I live so its convenient for me but theres plenty more Family Dollars you can go to theyre everywhere

The customer service there is a 0. I noticed when the hire americans to work in this lil haiti are the Americans are very rude. They need to stick to hiring haitians to service the haitian people in that area. I hope they are reading this

Extremely disappointing and disrespectful during this crisis no type of customer service respect or empathy my first time ever visiting this location and my last time it was 3 customers who left without purchasing their items because how rude the ladies were especially the skinny girl with the dreads just disgusting

Its an okay location to just get in and out. Parking can be a real pain. The parking lot is messed up and crappy. P.s. not the best area to be hanging around....

Actually Id have rated it a half. Only one cashier in the place, customers all over the place...to be fair She was totally alone. She had only plastic bags that ripped because they were too thin...usually rude employees too.
