I actually gave it the 4 stars because I found everything I went there for and I also did not have to wait long. Anybody who is familiar with Family Dollar knows the waiting time is usually very long.

This is by far one of the worst family dollars I ever been to. They always only have one register open no matter the time of day When the cashier needs help there is no one to come and help. The managers are always walking around with their Bluetooth in their ear always on the phone. They are rude. When you ask them a question they always have an attitude. You can never find anyone in there to help you out and when you do they have an attitude. They seriously need to hire a better staff. Every time I come to this location it’s always a problem. They need better management a better crew and better guest service. I do not recommend this location.

Things are very cheap.And the place is very nice and clean. Personal very friendly.

I’m of Hispanic descent and very proud of my roots but find it mind-boggling to go to a national chain store in this country where not one employee even makes an attempt to speak English. It’s embarrassing to see a non-Spanish speaking customer struggle to ask the employees a question and employees aren’t even trying to speak English. What’s more disappointing is how dirty I found the inside and outside of the store. Also, why is it that there are always long lines with 1 cashier and multiple registers? Makes it tough to go to a store where you know there’s a good chance you’re going to have a long wait in line. Family Dollar, please do better. Thanks!

Respectful staff but they need to clean up the outside area of the property.And also needs more security measures due to robberies.

First I don’t visit this Family Dollar that often, but every time I need something quick I stop by. Unfortunately every time I have visit this location I have left with a bad experience. They don’t have shopping carts to carry heavy products because they have them in the aisle full of merchandise. The lines are huge all the time, only one cashier, and if they are in the restroom, you have to wait for them to get out. The aisles are full of merchandise to be put on the shelves, hard to look or grab the items. Employees speak Spanish only, I’m bilingual but it’s not fair to others. They don’t have good customer service skills, and they love to speak loudly about their business in front of the customer.

HORRIBLE... Male manager on duty has no customer service skills. I had asked him a question in regards to a product and he seemed to be bothered since he was on the phone while on duty (on company time) speaking loudly with a relative in regards to his future vacation to Cuba. This is completely unacceptable and action needs to be taken. We the consumers have different options near by and expect to be serviced with respect.

This is the cleanest and most organized Family Dollar Store in Allapattah #my opinion!!

Horrible place. The employees have no customer service. The answer is always if you dont see it We dont have it. No cash back and sometimes its cash only. Sometimes they dont even have bags for the customers products and they put your merchandise in trash bags
