The necklace/pendant is much smaller than pictured, especially for the price. Still pretty though. The customer service is where they really shined. I kept in touch with them and asked if my order would be ready in time for my wedding and as a result received it almost 3weeks ahead of time. They were very nice, accommodating, and understanding. 5 stars for customer service! Star deduction for the actual product, which is small and not what I expected, due to whats pictured. They should specify that pictures are significantly zoomed in or something.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I purchase a diamond pendant for $236 it was so small like the size of a dime but thats not the problem. The bail was so small no chain would fit in it not even a thin chain since the spring did not go thru I contact them and they could not exchange or refund the item they said they could change the bail but I have to pay extra but is it worth it to pay more ? Make sure you ask questions about measurements ans sizing so you wont get ripped off .also no refunds only store credit

Motek Diamonds is the place to get your diamonds. It is literally half as expensive to get them at Motek than at a regular jeweler. And even though it is way cheaper you are still getting a good diamond. Oded takes time to educate his customers and really show them what all that GIA stuff means. By far the best Professional Jeweler I have ever dealt with. I went to several jewelers looking for my wifes engagement ring. I found Moteks reviews online and noticed all the positive reviews. I went and met with Oded told him budget and what I was looking for he spent a lot of time showing me several different options. He was absolutely great to work with and never pressured me to buy anything.
