On Wednesday, October 6 at 8:30 pm for the first time since visiting this business, two ladies who attended me were very kind and helped me find what I needed, thanks to them my visit was pleasant and I found what I was looking for. I also thank the lady at the cash register who was very kind and looked for the best deals for me.

Went this morning and there is a sign in the front that says regardless of vaccination status masks are REQUIRED inside, yet there was many many people in there with no masks and apparently the employees dont even enforce it. Why have a policy that isnt enforced. It doesnt make it feel like a safe place to visit. I will go back to curbside or go to Michaels where they DO enforce masks.

This is a good size store that is always neat and well stocked. Dont forget your coupons!

This is my go to store to restock my crafting items. Love how organized and well kept is this store. Very clean and a huge variety of items you need for all the projects you might have. Definitely will recommend.

The manager is very nice. But the district manager can do a better job at maintaining the stores AC. Ive been going there for years, and the store is always warm. There is always wrong with the AC. How can you have employees and customers working in such a hot store? Spend the money and fix it

I made it a point to come to the store due to its online feature of showing me what is available at the store. I went as soon as it opened, looked at what I needed only to find it not there. An associate asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to try to help. Another customer was also looking for the same items. Here comes my superhero to the rescue. This manager at this location went above and beyond. Her willingness to help and get us the items we were searching for in the back exceeded my expectations. She was kind and the reason I am writing this heartfelt review because just when I thought that REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE did not exist anymore.....she was a light to my morning. So for your kindness and hard work...I want to say a big thank you! I hope that your company understands what a rare gem you are. Your leadership in that store is recognize by even customers in line who knew of you because they were regular customers at this location and also with employees and they also raved about how awesome you are as their manager. Please never lose sight of your great leadership qualities and your wonderful customer service. Couldnt find what I was looking for and the employees were not helpful

Visited Joann fabrics to see the deals I received by email. Arrived but most deals weren’t for me. They had a better selection online then in stores. Store on US1 was pretty empty and not much of a sale.

They have a wide variety of things and when I needed to get last minute cricut vinyl they did not hesitate to let me in even after 9 o clock I would give more than 5 stars if I could

Have been shopping there for 28 years, very knowledgeable people. there is always something cute. Wish the outside surrender area where cleaner.

For some reason the lights werent working well and areas of the store were very dark. I bought a sewing machine, which works great by the way, but I felt rushed to buy it and get out of the way. The sewing machines are up by the check out counter.

Fast service when picking up online orders.

Ive been shopping at this JoAnns for many years. The app is good for coupons and sales except sometimes the terminology is misleading on the signs in the store, so be aware and ask for clarification if questionable. The staff is hit and miss with assistance, sometimes they are incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable and sometimes just... Not so much (maybe just newbees?). They have done a good job adapting to covid-times overall, I appreciate this.

Great selection of yarn and the clearance process are awesome!

I used to love shopping here but every time I visit there its extremely hot. Im not sure if the A/C is malfunctioning or if theyre intentionally keeping it hot in here, but this is one of the main reasons why I choose not to come back to Joanns. Hopefully they resolve this soon.

Very nice helpful staff, I spent too long picking out my stuff and didnt have enough time to wait in line to pay, before picking up my child from school so I asked if they could hold my items for me. She did and when I came back an hour later my stuff was still there waiting for me. A clean store and the staff is very kind.

Clean and nicely organized. Poor customer service. Not one sales person spoke upon entering, at checkout or throughout the store.

Just went in to browse. A lot of fabrics nice prices. Now I want a sewing machine. They also have crafting items, crochet and cake decorating items. I enjoyed walking around the store.

The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because they no longer offer classes at this location. Otherwise I really like this place. Its well stocked, has good sales and the staff is helpful. I especially like the manager Melissa. Shes helpful and has a great, friendly personality. Dont miss the fabric remnants bin. 75% off regular price on all remnants. My favorite reason to go in here!

We went looking for something we checked they had online, we couldnt find it and there was no one to ask, so we went to ask the girls at the cashier, the girl seemed very nice and came to help us but then some other customer approached her and she just took off and left us there without saying a word, or letting us know if they had or not the product we were looking fot very mean! We just left the store :(

I like this store, I have been coming here for a long time, the selection is low... but relatively organized. They real issue was charging me $50 for a set of color pencils that I can get at target for $20... whats up with that?? I returned them the same day. Smh

I only went to drawing area. Selection in sizes and types of bindings on sketch pads wasnt bad. Color pencil selection was bad with prices being extremely different. along with having no real marker selection. Other then that it was clean inside and customer service was nice.
