They don’t let customers come in 10 minutes before closing time, I drove 10 miles to get 1 scrapbook sticker (1 item, would take 5 minutes Max to purchase it) and the employee locked the doors and didn’t want to open it. So better Update business hours for 6:50 pm or find employees who need and want to work!

The worst service ever, I did a curbside pick up, called before heading to the store to verify that the items were ready, they confirmed. I get to the store and they can’t find anything, they call the manager VIKA OR VIVIKA and she comes out, I tell her that how is it that I call to confirmed, drove 30 mins and now the order is not here. I show her that I had called and she turns and walks away. Mind me I think she is going to the back to look for them or something. She leaves me standing there for over 15 mins. They call her to put money on a gift card, walks right by me says nothing, tells the cashier to tell me that sorry we don’t have your items. I tell them can I have a receipt or something that shows that the items were cancelled and the manager starts to walk away. I tell her so I don’t get a receipt of prove, I don’t get the products nor an explanation only a rude person. She turns and says a “rude person”, I said yes you don’t even acknowledge I’m here, I get no prove and don’t even have the decency to explain anything. Avoid yourself a bad time at this store, oh and they only have one cashier and no one helping in the isles, and a rude manager on the back that doesn’t help the customers

I came to this store to buy some stuff to make jewelry and a young lady named Bianka was a extremely helpful finding all the items i needed. She knew where everything was and even helped me with some designs. Very happy with her help :)

Staff attentive to a point, but not enough personnel. Only 2 registers opened out of 6; wait time a little long; checkout process pretty fast; cashier friendly. Organized and clean store. No public bathroom available. Take advantage of coupons and specials. Parking may not be close to the store due to sharing parking lot with the shopping center.

I had really bad experience with this michaels and pick up orders.. it’s a real disaster. This was the second time that they send me wrong items with SAME DAY DELIVERY and I have to pay $10 for that somebody it’s doing a really bad job and I’m paying the consequences

Horrible cashier named Indira at register 8. I need to have a paper receipt. The cashier decided NOT to give me one. She said that when using a Rewards card there is no receipt because it is emailed. That is not true. Customers have the option to get a paper receipt or not. I asked her to get the manager, Maria, so the manager could email that to her but the manager was not available. When the manager called her on the phone to ask what she needed the cashier simply said I asked for the manager. I explained to the cashier the only reason I needed the manager was to get my receipt and not because I wanted to see her. I told her all she had to do was cancel the sale and ring it up again (she couldnt figure this out on her own). When the manager asked her if she still needed her to come to the register the cashier said that she no longer needed her because she had figured it out. At no point did she apogee. I said thank you but she didnt even say your welcome. Very rude.Very inept and untrained cashier.

I placed an order online. Was told it was ready for pickup. When I got there waited 15 min for curbside pickup but no one came. I went inside got in line that was at least 10 people got to register and was told someone will bring my order out. When she came my order was not complete. I came from 24 miles away because I needed the stuff. Been in 4 other stores the day before and could not find what I needed. That is why I ordered online as it said that store had items. I asked to have them order for me and was told I had to do it online and pay the shipping. No help at all. This was the last time I would ever shop here.

Today I went to the Flagler store to pick up my online order and one of the items I ordered was not in the bag. The lady in the cashier who I believe her name starts with M ( she’s tall, dark hair, spoke Spanish too and I believe was a Supervisor) was super nice, excellent customer service, went above and beyond trying to help me and apologized more than twice for not having the item I ordered (although she was not the one that prepared the order). She helped me get a replacement item and honestly it was even better than the one I had originally purchased. Thank you for your outstanding service!!! 🙌🙌

Super nice. There was a girl in the lines she help me a lot try to see what a graphite pencil was. She too her time, she went also with me the shekct book aisle. The cashier was very friendly. First time at this Michaels location extremely satisfied

I Was So Excited To Purchase An “Essex Rolling Cart by Recollections” For My Clothing Business And As Soon As I Got Home My Fiancé Opened The Box And Showed Me Nothing But Dismantled Wooden Boards In The Box. I Should’ve Looked Inside The Box Before I Left The Store Instead Of Doing It While I Was Home. Michaels Craft Store Should Look Into Checking ALL Returns To See If It Can Be Resold Again. I Am So Upset And I Want My Money Back!

Horrible experience and a waste of my time. They have no one working in framing and made no effort to accommodate by allowing me to drop off the item to be framed. Basically told me come back in the afternoon as if I have nothing else to do but drive around town looking for framing. Go to a professional next time

It was nice but there was a worker who led us to his register and then instead of ringing up our ONE item, he went to direct the line and basically the four people that were behind us all left before bc we had to wait for him and the other cashiers wouldnt take us.

Im in love with this place

I placed an order online. I was told it was ready for pickup. When I got there, I waited in line for 10 min just to tell someone I was there so that someone could bring my order out. When the employee came with my order, only 2 of the 7 items I ordered were in stock even though I was charged for all 7 items and got an email confirmation to pick up my 7 items that were ordered. I ended up driving 40 minutes to pick up $5 worth of cheap crafts. Fail. Bah!

Called to ask a question about my delivery, just to be hung up on. Tried calling 4 more times just to be automatically put on hold.

It was the best experience I’ve had at Michael’s. I shopped there on 12/10/19 with my mom for an event we are organizing and we were assisted by a wonderful young gentleman named Michael. He was amazing! Such a creative mind. We couldn’t make a firm decision on things and Michael helped us do that by sharing his vision of our ideas...Michael is kind and excited to help you...

We love this place for shopping there will be some coupons always which will save you some money. If you don’t remember about the coupon, the staff are very helpful in reminding you about the coupons. Salome (casher) is extremely helpful and kind, her attitude and customer support is just outstanding. We’ll definitely go there again and it’s our first spot for any home Decor shopping.

A wonderland for any creative person. They have materials for almost any crafting project you can dream up... and then some. This particular location was very neat and organized. The checkout line seemed long at first but they had several cashiers which was very efficient because the line moved quickly.

I love it.... If you love crafts, and decorate your home beautifully, if you want to buy materials for your children, and materials to set your creativity free, this is a good place.

Michaels for the holidays is having a great sale on Christmas items, candle s and decorations. Check them out, I was surprised. Recommended.

If youre into crafts, you know Michaels. This store in particular is big, offering many options and variety. It is extremely organized and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. Michaels is not known to be the most affordable, however, if you do some searching online, you will find coupons that are sure to save you some money. In addition, I noticed that they are now honoring coupons from their competitors which is wonderful news since their #1 competitor often issues coupons for half off your full purchase. A plus with this Michaels is that they have several employees working several cashiers, which helps with a quick check-out, even when there are many customers ☺.

I placed a pick up in store order online this morning and it’s advertised that I can pick up same day if it’s placed before 5pm. Waited over 5 hours for a pick up confirmation, never got one and when I went to the store they told me they’ve been backed up and I need to wait another day. Very frustrating since I needed the items the same day. Never had to wait this long for any other store. Also had items under the wrong labels/prices and wouldn’t adjust the price for their mistake. Two stars because I was able to find other things I needed.

I love Michaels in general, but this is my favorite location. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Even if they don’t have something I need, they’ll work to come up with something else or point me to another place.

Whether you are working on a new craft project or whether you are looking for Halloween decorations, Christmas lights, even t-shirts and oil painting supplies. Its all here! Parking is close by, large, and easily accessible with lots of handicapped spots. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and checkout is quick and easy. Lots of cashiers on registers. Found the face/body paint I needed quickly, quick transaction. When I returned one of the items the cashier was initially not able to process the return through some system error, but persevered and found another way to process the return, quickly and efficiently.

Michaels is always good, with great parking lots. Inside Michael, youll be in another ( quiet) world. Acrylic paint, oil, watercolors, brushes... Anything youll need to be creative.

Good store for decoration and art supplies

Great selection of arts and crafts, tous, decorations, and everything in between. Plenty if parking in the big parking lot. Next to many good stores and restaurants. Prices are a little high, but if you need something, they probably have it. Really nice staff super helpful.
