Do not buy from this company.My countertop is crooked, due to being manufactured incorrectly. Both my salesperson(Juliette) and her boss(Leonard) will not resolve the issue. I have been promised the installer will contact me to fix. I have not been contacted and have been waiting over a week.They were consistently late to for installations. Of the six different days they scheduled for installation, they were late a total 11 hours. They did not call to let you know they were going to be late. Example: Installer informs us he will be here at 6 am, does not call but shows up at 10:18. Installer calls at 6:51 am to say he will be late. I call him at 11:18 am Installer says Oh, I wont be there todayWhen informed of the issues, both Juliette and her Boss Leonard are equally unresponsive. Informed of issues, Juliette says she will call me back. Weeks later and I still have not heard from her. Leonard is equally bad as he does not respond to issues. They will ignore phone calls and text back that they will call you asap.(They never call back)Contrary to the companies reply, Covid was only only a concern the first week they tried to install. We wanted to be safe as well. If they had delayed the install it would have been ok, but they did not. Each day the installer would give a time and then not communicate. The installer was not ill and could have communicated he would not be arriving on time. Installers stopped wearing requested masks while doing the install.I called Juliette on June 24th that the installers were 2 hours late. She ignored my call and immediately texted me that she was contacting her boss and would get back to me asap. She never got back to me. June 25th requested call. No call backJune 29th notified Juliette holes for outlets were smaller than the electrical box. Outlets and switches are crooked until modifications are made. Neither Juliette or Leonard will call me as requested. Get message that the installer will call me. Installer calls and says they just put in longer screws. Longer screws will not fix them being crooked.July 2nd notify Juliette and Leonard that countertop is not straight. No response.July 3rd notify them that because there had been no response I will be contesting credit card charges. Finally get a response that the installer will call me Monday July 6th.July 6th no call from anyone. I email Leonard that I have not received the response.July 7th Installer calls says he will come out the next week Wednesday or Thursday July 15-16th. He will let me know when he gets back to the office. Installer never calls.July 11th notify Leonard that the installer Isnt following up. Leonard responds that I am to deal with the installer directly.July 13th Installer calls he will be at my home on the 15th at 9am.As of the 13th they have not given the credit for the sink they promised.required to purchase from their corporate store, as a franchise had not purchased my area.It took another two scheduled visits and about two months to get the counter mostly fixed. I have one inside corner that is not finished properly.The installer Miguel from Rockford IL, told me his error is my fault and the corporate store wasnt concerned if it was fixed.

From beginning to end, I was kept informed with each step. Ricardo was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the quartz counter installation!

The work was well done and all involved were professional from sales, to Office to installers. I am very pleased!My compliments to Hermes in Sales, Cindy, in the office who answered my calls to get things started and the 2 installers. All were professional and great work with. My kitchen counters are beautiful! Everyone was very professional. Hermes was great to work with, and so were the installers. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. But most importantly my counters are gorgeous!

We hired this company in ottawa Canada after some very aggressive and persistent sales tactics. We read a number of positive reviews and decided on GT. They came to our home within 1 week to measure, and to take our 60% deposite. The next week they filed for bankruptcy.The Miami umbrella company contacted us to tell us they would honour the contract.Much time passed and they did not answer any of our calls or emails. Eventually they sent someone to re measure our cabinets. Its been 4 months since our initial contact with Miami and 2 months since the measurements were re done and there has been no communication at all. They do not answer our telephone calls or emails. We can only assume that they have no intention of completing this work and we feel this is most unprofessional.* Update* the day after I posted this review, we did get a call. They called to tell us they had no news regarding this job. We originally contracted and paid the Ottawa arm of this firm in March. Its now October and the only thing they can tell is is that they dont know when

5 Stars ++ for Granite Transformations, the entire staff is excellent, from the in office support, to Hermes who spent time in my home assisting with choosing the right granite for our countertops plus securing financing, to the person who came to our home to measure, and finally to the two gentlemen who installed the granite. Everyone was professional and provided excellent customer service. How refreshing to work with a company who exceeds expectations.

My renovation was done outside of Philadelphia. I am so happy it is available in South Florida. Fabulous company and workmanship. I can only speak of the countertop but will investigate the choices for cabinetry

Gorgeous selection in this place. My wife wants to redo the kitchen so were checking out our options. This place is definitely a contender.

Hermes was amazing! He worked with us every step of the way. He explained each and every item and really took on the job of GC. We did a kitchen and bathroom reno and he made himself available to my questions anytime I had them. He made smart suggestions and I felt he was always looking out for my best interests, not the companys. The quality of the independent contractors was very good. Due to circumstances beyond my control, some of the work had to be finished in stages and some of the work had to be redone, But, Hermes took care of me. When someone is paying the amount of money I did, I expect outstanding customer service and thats exactly what Hermes delivered. When I need to do more work in my home, hes the person Ill call every time.

I rarely write reviews but I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with Granite Transformations. Hermes came to my home with numerous samples and explained everything in detail including costs, financing and the entire process. I was impressed with the fact that they even had a large selection of sinks to choose from and all I had to purchase separately was the faucets when I decided on my counter tops and sinks. Even the plumber is included in the price. It was difficult to choose from so many beautiful options. For my cabinets I only had to purchase the handles. I decided to go with the recycled glass counter tops for both my kitchen and bathrooms. I was wary of an overlay but Cesar and his crew came and took measurements with machines like a rocket scientist. Everything fit perfectly. I went with the white shakers for my cabinets. Both Hermes and Cesar made suggestions during the entire process to make my job as beautiful as possible. For example we added a few inches on my bar for added legroom. During construction some of the plywood above my dishwasher was found to be rotting. Hermes arranged for new plywood to be installed. I was not charged a cent more. Needless to say my kitchen and bathrooms are now far more beautiful than I every anticipated ... and at a reasonable cost. My friends and relatives think I spent a fortune. If you are not re-configuring your entire kitchen and are happy with your existing layout you would be foolish to fall victim of the overpriced big box stores.
