I went shopping with my uncle who wanted to buy some products for his wife and new stepdaughter. Carla took care of us and was so professional, sweet, knowledgeable, and an amazing salesperson. She took us around the store and recommended the best things for us to buy. We left the store in a great mood!!! Good service deserves to be recognized. Thank you Carla!

I love morphe. But the store manager of today’s shift was so rude. Who rolls their eyes at a customer? Like seriously?Not buying make up at a dollar store.All I wanted to do was exchange a palette I had bought 2 days ago. Why? Because I have the palette already. The girl that helped on Saturday told me there was not going to be any issues. On top of that I didn’t even use the palette nor open it.I come today to do the exchange & She couldn’t honor the exchange of the sale. A nice explanation would’ve been nice. But instead rolled her eyes. Very disappointed at her customer service. So upset.

Location still closed as of today June 3rd, but the mall is open and no signs for reopening or date.

The staff is very helpful however I was at the store for 10min and 4 or 5 different associates asked me if I needed any help, I understand its their job but its a little annoying. The music was very very loud, I couldnt hear the cashier since they have their masks on plus the loud music.Otherwise store is nice, staff is friendly.

I have always had great experiences walking into the Morphe store but today was the best! I walked in with my boyfriend and right away Lee approached us and was so nice and friendly. I told him I had wanted to see the 35l Icy palette because I have only seen it online and was explaining to him I had just started to learn how to use eyeshadows and then he offered to show me how to use the icy palette as well as the p Louise base to help pop out the color. He basically gave me a free little make up class! All the other employees were also very helpful and kept complementing me on how good the shadow Lee and I used was so pretty! Thank you for this experience to this awesome staff!!!

Such a good store. Be careful of going in if you dont want to spend money. Lots of pigmented lip color products. And the employees arent pushy, will just ask if you need help and show you what youre looking for or offer suggestions.

This makeup store at the Delamo mall here in the beautiful city of South Miami. My kids love this brand and I didn’t know anything about it until I went with them. The service was awesome.Their products are expensive at least for me but they look so good on you I tried a couple of things and I loved it I’m definitely considering to invest in their products.
