Don’t waste your time. These people are clueless. My MacBook Pro needs a new battery as stated by the OS. They said they would need to run diagnostics that takes 24-72hrs. I was willing to wait, I then asked the battery will then be replaced? She said no we don’t even have batteries. So I was going to leave my computer for them to tell me I need a battery which the computer already states, then wait 3 days for them to call me to say the same thing and then let me know I wasted my time because the don’t have batteries! U make this up! What has this world come to! The level of incompetence is astounding! Go str8 to the Apple store. Apple should really take a long hard look at these 3rd party companies they work with. These people absolutely stink to high heaven! Apple store appointments are two weeks out in my area! I wish there was a half star rating! STAY AWAY!!!

Don’t waste ur time !I went to look iWatch and there was only 1 and maybe 2 Macbook, and a few other things.They has a lot phone cases!As I was interested in iWatch,before buying I wanted to ask a few questions and see the product with my own eyes.thats why I went coz I could buy at online!I walked into the empty store, no one came to me and they were talking to each other and laughing.Nobody care about customers.

Unreal. Wasted more two hours of my day by going there, dropping off my phone, just to come back a couple of hours later to find out that they didn’t have that battery in stock. I was asked to provide the type of phone when I made the appointment and I also called earlier in the day to make sure that everything would be ok. I was also told that Apple sends batteries at random and it’s impossible to know when they’ll arrive. Incredible.

Technician tried to charge me $100 to put software back on my MacBook even though it is covered by Apple care. I would NEVER waste my time here and advise you to go straight to an AUTHORIZED Apple store. YOU NEVER HAVE TO PAY FOR SOFTWARE WITH OR WITHOUT INSURANCE IT COMES WITH THE COMPUTER. Such a Scam and complete waste of time! AVOID THIS STORE IF POSSIBLE!

I recommend going directly to Diego.One of the most understanding person from the store. He’s very quick and knows exactly what to do in any form of situation. Definitely recommend him the,store is overall very clean.But if your going in here I advise you to ask for him.

I needed to fix my MacBook Pro 2010 and when I went to the apple store they told me that they don’t fix old computers anymore so they suggest me to buy the parts and take it to someone to fix it. I was staying close to this location so i went to the store and had an awesome experience. Michael (technician) was very helpful and friendly. He suggested for me to buy a new RAM to ensure I didn’t need to go back anytime soon. He did an awesome job and I am very appreciative of his help. I Will definitely recommend this store to anyone. Great job!

I made an appointment with them only to get there to see a cashier who told me that shes not a technician and that the technician isnt in today. Whats even the point of making an appointment then? The cashier told me to pay $80 to leave my laptop there and they will see whats wrong with it. I immediately left and went to another authorized store who were much more helpful and able to discuss options.

I took my McBook Air there for a diagnostic on Friday, and two days later they called me with a solution. The technician, Michael Vega, was very knowledgeable, and found the problem right away. He gave me all the options available for me to make a decision, and guided me through the problem. He also gave me a few tips to keep in mind. He was very professional, helpful and courteous. The other reps that received my laptop at first were very nice too. Service was fast. Will definitely be back when needed. ❤️👍

Really loved OneClick! I’m visiting Miami for a few days and Apple was being very unhelpful and unappreciative of this fact and they were unable to provide me with an estimate (even if it was less that what was needed) and an estimated time of completion. OneClick on the other hand was extremely helpful before hand, told me everything I needed to know with excellent customer service.When I actually came into store, the technician, Michael, was fabulous, helped me through everything, he was very knowledgeable and thorough making sure that everything was backed up prior to me releasing my phone. The service was even completed early that expected when was a huge plus! Definitely recommend them and will use them if I have issues in the future.

I went to fix my MacBook Pro and he had my repair ready for me within 15 minutes and also explained to my husband and I which Mac desktop would be good for our particular needs even though he knew we didn’t need it then and there he took his time in answering all our questions.Truly the BEST Apple experience because of MICHAEAL !!

I came in to fix a sticky keyboard for my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016). They warned me how a diagnostic (since not an Apple store) may cost $, but they took in my desire to get the free fix (according to the Apple website). So, this KIND AWESOME TECHNICIAN, Micheal Vega, got the diagnostic to go through FREE. And he managed to get the service to fix MORE than just my sticky keyboard. Like, there were some additional issues (like a bit of a cracked screen) that I simply didn’t want to pay to fix (I mean, it was just a visual issue, no functional issues). However, MICHEAL VEGA is so kind, he hit up whoever was necessary and SO MUCH was fixed thanks to him!!! If needing an Apple fix, he is the technician to go to!!! Plus, the whole facility is really kind and caring to answer any and every Apple-related question. ♥️

On weekdays over the phone, they were very helpful but face to face on the weekend was just SAD. Couldnt even give me an estimate. Two pretentious Venezuelan teenagers with bratty attitudes behind the cash register who looked & sounded clueless that were more interested with flirting than helping customers & what seemed to be a manager or sales person who just played with her phone although she seemed a little more personable & conversational than the two teenagers. For a $60 diagnostic & a non existent estimate, needless to say I wasnt convinced & just got scared off by the crappy costumer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Took my MacBook Air to get restored and updated. They charged me $80 to which they said had to be paid in cash. (More than likely someone took the money. due to the fact that they also gave me a receipt that had the date from 4 month previous.) I had the computer for 10 hours when it wouldn’t turn on again. After I took it in I had to leave it for a “diagnostic” they said would take 5 hours I called back in they said another 30 minutes after another call they told me it would take 2 days. As I call now they tell me my motherboard is fried and it will cost me $700 which they are not responsible for after I had given them my computer in working condition. But the technician was just “following my orders” I now have no computer and they are not responsible for frying the motherboard themselves. These people are not trained well they are sneaky and will take your money if you’re paying cash. Will never return! Don’t waste your time and money go to an Apple store or be ready to have to buy all new equipment...

I needed my MacBook fixed due to failing hard drive. The Apple specialist I called indicated oneclick could help me out so I took my laptop in and Michael Vega assisted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went through every detail of what needed to be done to fix my laptop. He even took the time to look up the parts I needed on amazon and sent me the links directly so that I could purchase them. He was very reassuring about the process and it put my mind at ease that my laptop would be in good hands. They were able to backup everything from my laptop on to my external hard drive and fix my laptop. Now it feels like a brand new laptop!! I’m so happy with the service and results and even more thrilled that I did not have to buy a new laptop! I highly recommend oneclick for your Apple repairs. Very knowledgeable staff, quick service, without the usual waiting you would find in the Apple store!

I took my phone cuz my screen was freezing I left it there the next day I came pick it up because there was nothing wrong with it and it didnt even last an hour that my screen was freezing again I took it back and they told me that it was my screen because of the hair line crack that I had on I paid the 138 a few days later I come back and they told me that Apple changed my phone and I was like what about the money I paid for my screen because if Apple replace it my phone has warranty for that and they said that the money I paid went to the new phone at the end I had to go to a real Apple Store to change my phone because they didnt even change my phone because the replacement phone they gave me had the same problem as my other phone and they stole my money. Like I will never be going back there

Stay away - Stay Away!!! Bought a MacBook 33 months ago. They customized it with an additional hard drive. Now it wont turn on, repair is no longer under Apple Care because of their mod. They told me to take it to the Apple store, Apple store says take it to OneClick. Complete joke, never buy anything here and expect Apple to honor the warranty.

Terrible service. No knowledge on all types of equipment. If you look for answers and help in the store that you bought the equipment the last thing that you want to hear is did you read the instructions... you want warranty for any equipment with flaws or at least a helpful attitude. Terrible, i feel scammed, they sells as authorized apple retailer but dont accept returns or exchanges.They sold me an ear plugs, when i realized i couldn t charge and use ear plugs at the same time i tried to exchange them for a regular ear pods and toldme sorry we do not accept exchanges or returns.Dont buy there, just go to a real apple store.

Scam artists - told me I was out of warranty and wanted to charge me $700, also told me they would need to hold my device for 4 days and would not order the part necessary unless I left it with them - Called Apple directly and its a $29 repair - in addition, they can order the part and call me when its ready to repair so I can take my device home and not leave it with them. I hate writing bad reviews, but I do this to help other people with their computer/cellphone repairs. Please consider taking your gadget somewhere else before here.I took my 1 year old Mac for repair - I unfortunately had milk spilled on it. OneClick kept my computer for more than 3 days, and gave me a quote for over $950 to have it shipped to Apple and repair it in aprox 4-6 business days.I, as a college student, really do not have $950 dollars to spare [I made the last payment for this laptop last month :/ ]I took my laptop to a place 3 min away, CPR (CellPhone Repair) in the Sedanos plaza (58th & 107th ave) small and family owned store. They opened my Mac, cleaned it and fixed it in less than 3hrs. It is now working perfectly fine. They also gave me a 1 month guarantee. All of this for less than $90.Very sad OneClick took 3 days and were going to charge me more $900! They werent even able to provide me a detailed report of the repairs they planned - said they needed it to be sent by Apple themselves.Hope this saves some people some money!
