2 stars since they were able to get me a 3080 laptop which are hard to acquire, though the entire process took longer than advertised. -3 stars since they sent me a laptop which supposedly went through days of testing, but had constant BSOD issues on arrival. I was able to get the system working after a huge amount of time invested on my own part (the origin support was a joke) and dont recommend purchasing a laptop from them.

This has to be BY FAR the WORST computer buying experience I have ever had. It has taken over 2 months for me to receive my PC build from Origin. I have had to email, speak on chat and call their representatives multiple times. My computer shipment date has been delayed twice and every time the representatives offer up an expectation of the amount of time for the PC to ship out is always incorrect. COVID has affected a lot of business and I am understanding about wait times. False expectations and incorrect timelines for the process is unacceptable. Had I known from the very beginning that I would have to wait 2 whole months for my PC build I probably would have gone somewhere else with my business.

I bought the laptop from origin pc a few years ago. The computer has failed on me several times and I have had to endure weeks without a function computer. I have $400 computers that have consistently been more reliable than my Origin PC. I like how their social media is always referencing people asking for free pcs. The request for free PCs likely comes from the massive inconvenience the unreliable machines they produce cause. I have lost work documents and hundreds of man hours because of these PCs. I would recommend purchasing elsewhere where you can find reliability and better support. My computer just died on me for the 5th or 6th time and wont turn on, time to move on for me.

I was looking for info how to attach my drive bay, was told tech support was expired. Was told to check for dust on the mobo.I opened the case and plugged the corresponding cables to the mobo. Very easy fix. Took 2 minutes to fix myself.That was pretty much all I needed to hear. Could have been better, but otherwise a good computer.My machine has been running great for 3 years.

Ordered a pc in the middle of november a month later still no pc.. Sent 2 emails with questions and requests with no response. Sent a 3rd complaining about the other 2 and requested a time frame. Got a response back with a time frame but no response to my other emails. All of this and a month later and my pc has finally shipped. Im expecting to take my 3 star down to a 1 star after I get the thing home and unpacked. Im sure Im going to be disappointed after reading other comments and reviews.

Just got my new EVO-15s delivered and it has been amazing so far! The system is light, cool, and not nearly as loud as I expected after reading a lot of reviews. Another huge advantage is the portion of the laptop that your wrist rests on while playing is the coolest part. It has only been a few days but I am super happy with the quality and the support Origin has provided. Would definitely recommend to friends looking for a gaming laptop!

I purchased a EVO 15 s about a year ago im happy with it accept a few of the keys on the keyboard have stooped working and the camera has also stooped working. i will not be buying another computer from this company.

To sum it up, Horrific. My company purchased a laptop costing over $2,500 dollars. in February. It began having blue screen crashes within weeks. Origin customer service response was ship it back to us at YOUR COST and we will take a look at it. Refused to just swap out for another machine. within another few weeks, the keyboard and touchpad quit responding completely and became as functional as a lawn ornament. Origin could care less, refusing any refund for their defective equipment because they were past the 30 days refund period. In my opinion, customer service seems very familiar and quick to use that phase, as if they use it quite frequently. I would buy a knock off laptop from Walmart before I bought another product from this company due to the poor quality of the product, and even poorer customer service.

This company will lie and over charge you at every opportunity. They will promise one thing and then say later they didnt really mean it. They will continually refuse to do whats right as long as they can get your money. Avoid at all costs.

Would give zero stars if able. Horrible experience, borderline nightmare. I have a 5k+ machine. Youd expect at this pricepoint youd have a foolproof system. A month after receiving the screen started to go out. NBD right? Origin was awesome, let me ship it back at their cost, only for it to come back busted, this happened two more times. Finally 4 months later, Im sitting with a computer that finally works....well about 6 months later it starts BSODing at random I try to write in, get a few half solutions before they stop responding all together. So much for worldclass 24/7 support. Stay away, save yourself the money.

Bought 2 computers from Origin, they were not very well built, their fans are pretty cheap, high failure items, my CHRONOS had its cpu water cooler go out and trying to get a direct replacement from Origin has been a trial at best, and in my 2nd week of waiting, their OEM equipment is pretty crappy for such a high priced computer.
