The best with this coffee shop is they have books and magazines available for everyone who wants to read while having their coffee. They have accents, too, with the preparations for their food. They serve also pastries and bread. I had Croissant this morning partnered with my Latte. It was a perfect combination!

So I went to this coffee shop just nearby, and their muffin is so delicious! Like you cannot resist the taste of it. Their Latte was amazing, you can taste the brewed dark roast espresso and milk in it. This is the best coffee shop for coffee lovers out there like me! They also serve breakfast and lunch, too.

What a spot. This is one of the most convenient locations for certain tasks. They definitely served good coffee at a reasonable price, as well as delicious cookies. I was rocking in my seat because of the music they were playing. This is always the place! I would strongly recommend it to my peers, family, and coworkers. Continue your good work!

I love this coffee shop! There is great coffee and snacks. Choice of coffee from different origins, reasonably priced. Snacks include empanadas and some sweet stuff such as cookies. It is a good place if you are just meeting someone for coffee or planning to work on your laptop. Plenty of seating space indoors and outdoors. There are power plugs inside but only in the corners. Chairs and couches are very comfortable. The staff is friendly. Love the atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

I love the vibe of this coffee spot but coffee doesn’t taste as good when it’s put in a disposable cup (trash). I also orders a flat white and got 90% foam (they called it a dry cappuccino), this is not the first flat white I ordered in my life and it was not like the others lol. The pumpkin croissant was dank though.

Good place and good prices. Got the cinnasugar latte. I dont usually get sweet drinks, but this one was a little unique and thankfully wasnt too sweet. Stop by for some coffee if youre in the area!

Horrible coffee. I ask for double shot espresso with Almond milk. Tasted water down with no strong flavor. They must use some horrible beans. Watered down, it supposed to have foam.

Very nice selection of coffee beans including Kona, Hawaii and Jamaica Blue Mountain. Currently being renovated but with all of the seating scattered outside and on the deck below it was not an issue

A beautiful setting in the center of Brickell City Centre, near the entrance to the people mover. They call themselves a coffee ☕ shoppe and have single origin coffees. I have been several times and cant find a drinkable coffee. In fact, they waste their fancy coffee on espresso drinks only - theres actually no coffee. Staff is rushed and unfriendly and their Americano, cold or hot, sucks - across the several different beans they have. I think they know that they are not good, but they get away with it because its all show and no go. Sbucks, shockingly, is better. 🙄

Best spot to sit outside and sip the coffee

I just recently discovered this chain and I love it, you can choose your coffee beans and customize your coffee. The coffee is really good and they have coladas and cortaditos!!. I went yesterday morning and the staff seemed to be really bored, this shop is pretty small, but they have seating outside and the location is convenient since its Im Brickell.

Nice outdoor seating but the staff is disorganized and slow. At least they were friendly about it. Owner should hire more staff to reduce the wait times.

You have 3 baristas. None of them knew the difference between single origin Coffee and blend. Not to mention when I asked if they had a specific subset. And even then they pointed to two regions where it doesnt grow. Maybe for a specialty coffee one should know the basics. Coffee itself was below average -maybe if I had a blend that was to my taste it would score higher

Much shorter line then Starbucks next door... similar prices... much better quality. The man that manages/owns it is always a pleasure and so is all the staff. Thankful that now there is a better coffee shop near my job.

Coffee was fine, what bothered me was when we got here the baristas were outside smoking a cigarette and came inside and made our order without washing their hands or even wearing gloves. Pretty unsanitary. To be fair there were two of them and one of them did wear gloves while the other apparently felt she was above sanitation laws.

This establishment is ABSURD.1. The prices are outrageous. $6 for a small coffee? Are you kidding me?2. These girls behind the counter at the Brickell location took, I kid you not, 10 minutes to make the coffee. And I was the only person in the shop!3. I finally receive the coffee. I ordered a green tea latte. It was all water. The barista even said “will you try that first and let me know how it is?” As if she was completely uncertain about what she made.4. She asked me if I wanted her to remake it. I said yes, and proceeded to have to instruct her on the steps to making a green tea latte! I couldn’t believe it.Moral of the story, I will not be back. Coffee is everywhere. I will not waste my money again.

Upscale and friendly coffee shop at the Plaza Brickell. You get your coffee from all over the world. And they are nicely adapted to Miami so when you order a Colada they know what you are talking about.Really a super nice place. I recommend it highly.

The manager Claudia is an inane, lazy, harsh individual lacking in customer service skills as well as basic human compassion and understanding.She was unnecessarily rude to me for absolutely no reason at all. I am always polite and civil to everyone. She is a poor representation of the Pasion del Cielo brand. I would recommend finding a more amicable and polite manager to run this marvelous cafe.I would recommend not frequenting this particular cafe for this reason if you want to start your morning off well with your cup of coffee.She will leave a bad taste in your mouth. Their coffee knows how to bring you up, yet she knows how to bring you down and absolutely RUIN the effect.

Very friendly staff, who will be vital to help you navigate the very broad selection of coffee. The selection is organized by geography, including some names that will sound familiar to coffee lovers and some that give you a chance to explore. Despite getting a simple drip coffee, the menu offered a lot of customization and the brew was prepared with care.

Great coffee, lots of regions and preps to choose from. My Espresso was perfectly pulled (try the Mexican beans). One of the best Ive had in Miami.

As I was waiting for my drinks, I saw a cockroach walking on the counter - the counter where drinks were being served.I didnt make a fuss or anything and fold the employee. He grabbed a tissue and killed the roach on the counter.Needless to say, I threw my drinks out and will not be coming back to this place. Cant imagine how that place looks at night, infested with roaches.

Love this place. You absolutely must try the Carmel Cortadito. Its like heaven in a tiny little cup. It will actually make the sky open with the sun beaming a little brighter and birds singing a little stronger. Its a morning must have and you will be very glad you did.The rest of the coffees are also fantastic, but just not as magical in my book. You get to pick the coffee bean as well. My suggestion? Etheopia or Costa Rica. If you like a touch off sweet, but not too much and a delicate flavor, this is the coffee for you.

They all have poor communication skills. Blames customers for their mistake. Never once in all 5 times I’ve gone to order a drink they serve it correctly. A shame because they have great ingredients. The staff especially managers have a bad attitude and it shows on the rest of the team. NEVER Purchasing at this location again. Don’t want to support an establishment where employees hate their job and treat clients as an inconvenience.

Love the coffee here. My wife and I come here at least once or twice a week. Having said that, either the hours posted on Google and yelp are wrong and so is my memory, or one of the employees just lied to us and told us they were closed. It is 8 PM on a Sunday.

I had the Colombian coffee and it was amazing. To eat I had the marguerita Empanada that was the best I ever had! Like, really you need to try it! Much better food, coffee and prices than other coffee shops! That is my place for breakfast from now on! Service was excellent. Ladymar took care of me and she was in a great mood! Made my day!

No toilet for the customers. (As they told me they have a toilet but only for the employees and according to their policy customers are not allowed).

I’m not a fan of this place. The staff was nice but the food and coffee was not. I had an Ethiopian almond milk latte and it was disgusting. I’ve tried this place in midtown once before as well and it was equally as disappointing.

Coffe was amazing and stay was supper friendly and helpful!! Can wait to go again in the morning
