Im a regular at all the Joe & the Juice in Miami, the Wynwood location was disappointing. First event, I used restroom and there was no soap (yet employees required to wash hands) sign was up. I mentioned it and employees said “oh we know, soap dispenser is broken”Second event, a roach right at the entrance door spotted as I was walking out.Third event, the Serrano on my sandwich did not taste fresh and the avocado was also not fresh, it was black.Needles to say I will not be returning.

Stopped by after a workout and picked up two herb tonics. Nice spot in line with all of the other Joe’s. Staff at the register wasn’t the most welcoming but nice enough to add lemon to our drinks.

The coffee is on par with other area cafe options. What i like the most is the setting. Great sitting areas inside, and they have a fully covered outdoor seating area that is street side and protected from weather.

I don’t usually leave reviews..let alone bad ones, but I stopped here when I was visiting Miami and the service was terrible. I wanted a smoothie to cool myself down from the heat. Two young girls were working, one was on their phone the whole time and I was waiting and waiting on my smoothie to find out it had been sitting there on the counter and no one had called my name. THEN I tasted to smoothie and it was…disgusting….the food in their display also had ants and bugs crawling all around inside of it and on the pastries!!! My smoothie was $13 and I feel like I just got scammed. Save your money.

The customer service is horrendous. To be fair not all the people are bad but 8 out of 10 do not know how to treat a customer and make them feel welcomed and appreciated. It’s a bit sad tbh.

My green sport drink was absolutely delicious! It was very calm and relaxed in this location!

Super attractive place. We were walking down the street and the pink and green caught our eyes. We ordered online because the app was a lot more convenient. We ordered cold drinks and a juice. The cold brews aren’t sweet, it that’s how I drink my coffee anyways. There is options for sweetness though. The “iron man” was really good and fresh, literally blend the fresh fruits. This is a lovely place to have a coffee/juice with friends because it’s aesthetically appealing. My friends rated the the drink 7/10, but I would say 10/10.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. After spending $20 for a juice and a sandwich they refused to give me a water cup.A telltale sign of a subpar establishment is that the plants inside are fake. Not a single fiddle or fern is real.If it’s too late & you’re already in line The spicy tuna & herb tonic don’t suck.

Very open setting with great ambiance. I really enjoyed the turkey sandwich and smoothie. Would definitely recommend.

We were visiting from Toronto it was looking for a great spot for coffee and snacks. All 3 of us decided to get the spicy avocado tuna sandwich !!! So good!!! This little spot is also really good for photos :)

This place was exactly what I needed after a sunny morning still through the arts district. The process are reasonable, the juice selection is good, and the service was fast and polite. Id definitely go again!

Staff was very friendly and quick. Coffee tasted very good but the cup was all foam. I didnt get 16 oz of coffee. That was a little bit of a let down.

Rude customer service. Says it closes at 9 online but when I walk in at 8:30 the employee says they closed at 8. You could at least lock the door or update your hours online because I don’t have time to drive to you and find parking just for you to tell me your online hours are incorrect... we’re 1 year into Covid, get your online info in order 😤

I had an awful experience at Joe & the Juice my very first time. A young Latina women claiming to be the manager but sitting down at the table blatantly disrespected my boyfriend and I and called us out of our names. I’ve honestly never experience anything like this, her energy, tone and words made me feel extremely uncomfortable and it was difficult trying to not let this encounter ruin my morning/day. I hope something is done about her behavior, my experience was awful.

Watered down shake that was delivered by Uber eats. Strawberry, Banana, almond milk and plant based protein, is that supposed to taste this bad? And no sugar??

Great vibe, outdoor seating available, friendly staff. I had the tumeric shot with ginger added and it was amazing. 100x better than what they have at other chains with ginger shots. This shot left me wanting another one just to sip on, and that just what I did. If they got a ginger about to be this tasty I can only imagine what the juices taste like. I WILL BE BACK!!!

I have never been a patron of this establishment so I cannot speak on how good their products are: However, I want to give a commendation to CAROLINE, who is an employee there. In a moment of emergency, she used empathy and critical thinking skills to show empathy to me in a moment of need. She allowed me to use the bathroom even though she is not allowed because she saw it was an emergency! I have a medical condition that makes it very difficult to wait for too long when I have to use the bathroom! Thank you Caroline! She deserves a raise! Amazing human being! No other business around showed any kindness in my situation!

I really like the tuna avocado sandwich. Strawberry smoothie is delicious. If you like tuna you have to try this sandwich at least once in your life time

Honestly the place and the decoration is very nice, but it was dirty and attention was not very good from the person who attended today 09/26/2020. and we ordered 2 iced latte with almond milk and there was no almond milk. He made it with coconut milk and everything tasted bad. it was not what I expected. We also ordered a lemon and ginger tea and it was a lot of water and the tea had no flavor, just like hot water. I expected a lot from this beautiful place.

1/22/19So, I live right around the corner from this place and I have tried to visit this place twice and both times they have been closed. Once at 7:45 am and then again at 6:15pm. Are you no longer in business here?!?!?Update 2/3/19Finally... I have been driving by this place for 2 weeks and it has been closed!!! Finally saw it was open yesterday! Its good... Hubby got #ironman but, for the price (board says 7.2 for a small, was charged 7.70) and wait time (15 min)... jamba is better... #fiberactive #joethejuice #wynwood

The place is good, they have good selection of drinks. The bathroom was dirty and the employees dont really want to work there, sad, cause is a great location.

I ordered the Iron Man. It was alright. Fiancé ordered coffee and didn’t care for it. The person who took our order was not friendly. I don’t really recommend coming here

Great location and ambience. The coffee was good. Shame the only sweetener available for the ice coffee was regular sugar packets and not a simple syrup to easily dissolve in the drink. Looking forward to trying their juices next time around!

The wellness juice I had was absolutely delicious! But perhaps the most memorable aspect of my visit was the man who served me the juice. He’s handsome, tall and green-eyed—if anyone knows his name, I’d be forever thankful.

Cool trendy spot. Hard to find a seat, but worth the visit. Fresh juice and nice bites. Friendly staff who are engaging with guests. Had the Ironman, very refreshing and perfect for a hot day.

Awesome atmosphere. Great drink at a solid price (considerably less than what you would pay at a Starbucks or similar). Would highly recommend and would visit again

B | I like the fresh ingredients and the store was quite clean Plus the Ambiance of the Wynwood crowd attracts a very diverse crowd. The prices are reasonable around ~£10 for a fresh smoothie. As they say you only get one body and this was well worth it. The staff was very friendly and suggestive of which drinks you may prefer

Really cool place to have meetings with clients or just work remote. I think the wifi wasnt very fast, so I wouldnt rely on that.

Really really really good. Prince of Green is very refreshing and very low-sweet.

Might want to adjust your hours or correct your employees. I just walked in at 7:20 and was told by your employee that you did not open until 8. Meanwhile all the doors are open with music blasting so it gives off the wrong impression. Your google and yelp pages both say you open at 7.

Unbelievably delicious, definitely make a stop here when visiting Wynwood Walls, so refreshing on a hot day! The guys who work there are super efficient and super sweet. Special shout out to the cashier who noticed my sons Marshmello hat and change the music to Marshmello Ive rarely seen my shy, reserved son that ecstatic out in public ;)
