Don’t waste your time. Was told someone would be with us when we arrived, waited at the door for about 10 mins. Shop was completely empty. Associates saw us and kept walking. Finally one stepped outside because he heard a car horn. Was more concerned with who it was than letting us inside. He even has the audacity to ask us if we saw who was honking before stepping back inside and leaving us there. At that point I just ignored him and walked away. So the lesson learned here is that only cater to certain people. You have to pull up in a Lambo SUV and honk your horn before they will acknowledge you. Pathetic. Better to just order online if you know your size.

Poker service, went in 10 minutes before closing time and the cash registers were already closed. Clearly nobody wants to do there job!!

The people that work here have no customer service, they are extremely under staff and don’t really know about the brand . Worst Versace store I been in.

I visited Versace store in Miami District today and I got very bad service from General manager Stephanie Diaz, I’m so disappointed because I’m a customer and I love Versace, my receipt # 2246 !

Hello, I spent two hours to enter the store, people would come out and they would not let us in and my pregnant wife and the treatment of the employees was super bad and the education, no matter what, God wants them to change all the staff and start working better!
