No customer service, fitting rooms were dirty, associate was on her phone at the register and also wearing store product with sensors on

Store closes at 8pm but got here at 7:30pm and they refused to assist me! Terrible service, expect much more when paying $50 for a t-shirt! Management needs to overhaul this team

RIDICULOUS! The manager is horrible, said he did not want to go the extra mile to help us out. Beyond disrespectful But I will go the extra mile to contact whoever I need to contact to get him fired.

Pacsun Horrible the deal, I did not want to accept 1 return when only one day had passed to buy the items and the return policy say 30 days, a lack of respect I never bought in that store.Very bad service, try to return something I bought the day before and they did not want to make me return, when the return policy is 30 days, nobody knows anything in that store, they are inexperienced people, horrible place
