Nestled within walking distance of the Brickell City Center lies Premier Smoke & Vape. It would be hard not to say that Igor and Chris are pound for pound THE nicest and most RECEPTIVE folks in the game. I had an issue with my 1,800 puffs Fume Vape and didn’t even hesitated to replace + advise me on getting a Cuvie HD at no additional cost acting as a token of appreciation for my business. Visited this place with my husband after our Calle Ocho tour and it was excellent. The young man behind the counter was very knowledgeable and pleasant. My husband and I both had a nice conversation with him in witch he shared some knowledge and personal opinions regarding various products that they sold. In the end my husband bought a single item but still he remained very polite and pleasant. The shop was clean and well organized and honestly it smelled amazing (he was burning incense). Would definitely recommend it.

Great experience twice this week. Most stores would try to take advantage when a person walks in with very little knowledge about quality, price etc. Not this store!!! Every bit of info was 100 percent accurate. Employee was very knowledgeable about all products in store which is a nice change from other retailers that have no problem saying i dont know much about it but..... Its great to see someone research what they sell to the public. Devoted time and attention to all customers including myself. 1st time buying the brand of incense they carry and IT IS AMAZING..very rare to find incense that smells the same burning as it does before lit. And low low price for such great quality and variety. Would love to see a rewards or loyalty program for frequent shoppers. Keep up the good work and you have a lifetime customer 4sure!!!
