Ive had one of the worst experience tonight at this place. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. Its a shame. I dont know whats the name of the person but he has treated us aggressively. HORRIBLE customer service from this person, there are different ways to talk to people, especially when they are costumers, I never had this experience before, Ive never been treaten as this person did last night. THEY SHOULD NOT BE OPEN, or they should not have people like him working there. Not even a dog is treated like that the way he did.

If you are in Miami, this is a stop to put on your list. Firstly, Calle Ocho is great! Second, regardless of your Cigar smoking status first timer-expert, there are cigars for everyone. This place has a myriad of local cigars. They will walk you through the flavors and strengths and answer all questions. Lastly, The vibe inside is amazing! Very relaxing.

My wife and I decided to visit Little Havana during our stay in Miami and during our time in town we met Alex and Enrique at the Art District Cigar Lounge, we enjoyed a great cigar while soaking in the culture of this town. Everyone was friendly and inviting! A great local business that I would highly recommend to anyone.

I totally understand why this place has reviews on the whole page with 5 stars and a compliment! Definitely, a hidden gem that I found trying to fix my vape late at night after work. The guy arranged what another smoke shop gave me and didnt even charge me for it! Its hard to find nice people like that in Miami. Great place for all your smoking products.
