A forth generation cigar store. Great ambience and great people

Terrible, terrible product. Ordered a five pack of Churchill cigars from their website. Owner contacted me via email to let me know they had been shipped. They arrived in absolutely horrendous shape - please see photo attached. They practically crumbled and fell apart upon taking them out of the box. At this point, my emails notifying the owner of the issue have gone unreturned. Dont waste your time on this place. Garbage product with an owner who doesnt stand behind it.

I met the old man like 5 years ago he was sitting down on the couch, very nice and friendly. I bought three bundles from the roller great cigars and a nicer place. Good experience’…..

I stopped by there a few days ago to get some hand rolled cigars. Unfortunately there were very poor quality, lightly packed, tar sticks. Upon finishing half the cigar I just had to put it down. After that I opened up the cigar to even see if it was long filler. Of course it wasnt. As you can see in the picture, there is cheap short filler tobacco scraps on there. DO NOT BUY!!!

I’m not an avid cigar smoker and had no idea what to choose. I asked the young lady what I could get and she recommended me a variety of cigar flavors (comes in 5..maybe 6). They are making cigars in the store and I think the owner was there taking pictures with people? Also, I believe you can smoke cigars out in the table in front of the store. Check it out.

Very interesting shop typical for Little Havana district. There are severals such. You can see there the process of cigars production. For someone like me, who doesnt smoke, the smell is so nice and intense that I felt like smoking. I do recommend this place if you happen to be in Miami.

Great place. Authentic cuban cigars, you can watch them roll the cigar right in front of you, small shop great customer service and friendly people.so many different types of cigars and they explain to you which one would be best for you. I will visit again.

Nice shop. I needed information about types of cigars. the gentalnan came over and educated us they offered me coffee it was good and strong and set us up out side to smoke cigar. They didnt rush us it was really chill. Enjoyable shopping experience

We visited Bello Cuba Tobacco Cigar Co as part of our ride with Miami Double Decker Tour. It was a very nice experience.

Large selection of cigars and related products, I was given a short introduction to the product line and helped to make a decision what to buy (non-smoker looking for a gift) I would recommend this location and would like to visit again.

Even though we did not know what I was doing, the folks who work at this job took a few moments to describe the differences between various cigars with me and my wife. They made sure we had everything we needed and that we knew the proper cigar technique/etiquette. Prices seemed fair as well. Smoke it there or take them home!

Best cigars I’ve smoked! I’m not in the Florida area so I get them shipped and I must say this company is very professional and delivers very fast. If you haven’t already you should try bello cigars whether your a beginner or a cigar alficionado you won’t be disappointed!!

This is the place to buy your cigars if you want the real Cuban cigar to take back home. They are a bit pricey but that is what you would expect from any tourist heavy place and this is not any different. It gets very busy here especially when the tour bus arrives.

This is the BEST smokes !!!! I have tried many but this cigars is it! Owner is professional and pleasure to deal with.

Its tiny and packed with beautiful hand rolled cigars. Theyre velvety and delicious. Tough to go wrong. You can smoke outside and theyll cut your stick for you, but theres only 3 chairs outside. Many tour groups passed through while we enjoyed our cigars.Very interesting and very fun.

Very knowledgeable of the industry. But importantly very good smoke! Diamond in the rough cigars! Im stocking up now because once people find out how much of a good smoke these cigars are, the prices will go up!

Sold me a lighter after I explicitly asked if it could be taken on the plane. Not only can it not be carried on, but you cannot check torch lighters in your bag either. Expensive one use lighter only to be taken from TSA.

My husband and I had a fabulous time there. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The founder Pedro Bello was phenomenal and he let us take pictures with him.

Excellent place to see history, cigars, and meet the owner who still sits in front of his store and waves as people walk by.having earned a Crystal Leaf Award, you know Pedro knows his stuff... you also get to see folks hand roll, press, wrap and label cigars.

A tourist trap like most businesses on Little Habana. overpriced....they always try to pass these places like a mom and pop operation, they are not...theres another cigar shop that sits an old man in white suit outside store to give it that authentic look. is all fake.

I havent researched cigars but I really feel like I have a Cuban taste when I walked into this shop. Although this cigar shop is not the only one nearby, I still recommend it for comparison. Here is a master who rolls cigars on site, you can watch it.

Absolute Must Do in Little Havana!There is a wide selection of original Cuban cigars and matching accessories. As a lover, you have to be careful here, to spend too much financially ....;)Well worth in any case, perfect as a souvenir!
