I needed help getting new flooring installed in my elderly dad’s house and Vince came out the same day I called and got me a quote the very next day. I really appreciated his efficiency and understanding in dealing with my dad. We look forward to having the flooring installed later this week.

I am writing this with the hope that people see it and avoid ever doing any business with this company. I paid for them to do tile work in my backyard in April and it is November and they still have not finished the job. They started the job back in May and I could’ve hired a monkey with 1 arm to do a better job then what their contractors did. Terrible work, tiles were uneven everywhere. Anyways they couldn’t finish.There were delays due to the tiles being out of stock for about 4 months. This was understandable because of covid. But its been three months since we’ve gotten the extra tiles and the contractor Osvaldo has been giving us the run around saying he will come finish but he always makes up an excuse and never comes. Whenever we call Vince at the store he is very rude and always says he will follow up and never does. Today i have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, BBB, and Miami Dade Consumer Affairs. Taking this to court seems like the only way ill get what I ALREADY PAID FOR UPFRONT!

Great customer service,My wife and I have very different taste. So needless to say choosing our floors took quite some time. Vince was great in letting us take home sample after sample to help us find the right color. We ended up going with vinyl planks and they turned out great. Vince was awesome help from beginning to end. My family is moving to the Miami area from Virginia and will be renovating a new home. After interviewing several flooring companies we decided to choose Dolphin Carpet & Tile. Robert Cass is the sole reason we decided on Dolphin. He was very responsive to all our emails and phone calls trying to do renovations from afar. Our plan was to use luxury vinyl planks and Robert educated us on the entire industry. He showed us multiple brands and ways we could save money, but still getting high quality vinyl. When finely meeting Robert in person he spent several hours to assist me. He came to my new home to personally do the measurements and explain the entire process. He told me if there were any issues during the installation that he would personally resolve the issue. Our installation will begin the first week of September. I cannot stress enough how comfortable Robert made my wife and I feel about to embark on our first floor renovation. I look forward to seeing the changes in our new home and will provide an update to the review once complete.

Vince is a fantastic salesman. Very pleasant experience. I have made several purchases over the years, primarily because of Vince. I have already provided several five star ratings. However, the service at loading is not good. There is one employee who has always been very slow but, in the past, at least helped load tile into my car. Today, he refused to load the boxes of tile into my car saying it was a liability issue even though it was going onto the bed of my pickup truck. He just wanted to stand around and watch me load 20 boxes on my truck even though I was the only customer there. Im not sure Ill go back. If you go, be prepared to load your order yourself.

I visited the store after receiving a phone call to my online inquiry. I was pleased with the vast carpet and tile selection available in the store. I particularly like how the prices were visible and listed the cost with and without installation. While present, I asked for the representative who contacted me. There I met Vincent and he was very polite, patient and attentive to my questions and concerns. Vincent also effectively managed to simultaneously attend to another customer and myself. After making my purchase, I accidentally left my credit card at the store, and I hadnt even realized it. Vincent called me to let me know I had done so. I received excellent help in choosing floor covering. The service, professionalism, and knowledge of Vincent Cuevas was outstanding.

Sales person always in a hurry trying to get rid of me once sale was done. Very poor communication when it came to picking up the material. Always trying to blame everything on the customer always on the defensive side. I just felt like I was a nuisance to them instead of a customer. One of the boxes of vynil floor was damaged. They did not accept it, instead the sales person accused me of damaging the box. They did not honor it. Zero customer service, they just want your money. They do not care about customer satisfaction. My installer said he will never come close to this place ever again, much less recommend it. And I regret so much not going to lumber liquidators next door. Will never come close to this place ever again.

Finally went to Dolphin Carpet & Tile off SW 87 Ave and 133 Street and was helped by Robert Cass (the flooring consultant there). He is extremely informative and knowledgeable. Learnt a lot about thinset, mud, rectified, porcelain, marble installation, etc. Got the right price, got all my questions answered and had a pleasant experience.

I order the carpet on saturday 11, I call sunday 12 to cancel they tell me they would call me monday, They did not so I call them, they told me the carpet was cut already. And they could not cancel my order. Also they told me it would be 7 to 10 days B ut they also told me it would be on the 24 of april thatseem like more than 10 days to me . Also make sure you read the paper work closely be fore you sign .
