He helped me get the exact carpeting I was looking for and answered all my questions. He always replies quickly and reached out as soon as my carpeting came in and was also very patient when my family and I went in person to view the options. @Dolphin Carpet serves ZERO STARS! Buyer beware... these people are thieves, incompetent, and provides the WORST customer service.They installed ( if thats what they call it??) high end Godfrey Hirsch Carpet in our master bedroom. They left us with areas that were not tacked down, Carpet with lines of discoloration, small pieces glued together with residual holes, seams across the middle and entrance of the room.We had the installers return, supervisors view the job and they said it was acceptable. Dolphin you should be ashamed of yourselves... $5000.00 in the garbage and now I am ripping it out and purchasing new flooring #dolphincarpet #Dolphincarpetandtile

I just wanted to take the time to write a great review on my experience with Dolphin carpet and tile, I called early in the morning historically trying to find a tile that I had Fallen in love with and was hoping they had it and enough Sergio Gonzalez was the person who answered the phone and I was so happy it was him because he was so helpful and rapidly helped me on the phone and when we met in person he was so helpful and answered all my questions and needless to say I am a happy customer to finally have my tile that I wanted at a great price and handled by a fantastic salesperson . Definitely will return!!!!

Our Salesman Sergio was very helpful and knowledgeable. We explained the look we were trying to accomplish outdoors and were given various options. From there we continued discussing our upcoming project for indoors and he gave an option we hadnt even thought of...Less mess, less time and same look will be achieved!
