As many others, Covid extended the times for delivery of materials but Fanny and her team made sure we were informed all the time of changes or delays. Scheduling the appointments was also good, everybody was always on time, that is what we appreciate the most; for us, punctuality is paramount

We bought a custom made vanity and countertops from Sunshine Design Cabinets for our bathroom remodeling. We dealt with the owner, Fany for the most part and she provided excellent customer service. She answered all our questions and responded promptly every time throughout the process. Although the measurements needed to be confirmed a second time due a change we made, she didn’t hesitate to send Juan again to our home to confirm them before completing the vanity design. We appreciate Fany’s desire to ensure her customers are fully satisfy with their products and services.

I love love my new kitchen!!!!! I had a very difficult kitchen because it was full of angles but Fanny and her team did a great job. I highly recommend them, they have an excellent product, are extremely professional and have great taste. I have to give her this company a three because I was misled. When I paid her $2000 to remove something she had installed I was told that it would cover all damages that may occur with removal and install. When the job was completed she came and removed the scuff marks but said all the scratches and chips would not be fixed because it was part of the job. Really!?, then why would you say that all damages would be covered in the price. I do have to say her products are good. Just don’t think it’s great service. I had to call numerous times without any response (it worried me because she made us pay the whole amount upfront)

Kitchen remodeling is not easy but I do have to say that Fanny was great throughout the whole process. She would always communicate with us and ensure that everything would come out the way we wanted. We are very happy with our kitchen and would highly recommend them. Remodeling a kitchen can be a stressful process. They are so many details involved in making it the dream kitchen imagined. Working with Sunshine Custom Design Cabinets made the process easier. The cabinets were great quality. Fanny, the owner, was very knowledgeable, attentive and accessible. Her design option for my kitchen was costumed to my style and liking. She was also approachable to giving her opinions when asked about other ideas in making the kitchen all around great. The guys who came to install the cabinets did really great work. My husband and I finally decided to start our home remodeling project with my dream kitchen. I was very specific with what I had in mind and after much research I came across Sunshine Cabinets. I had a meeting with Fanny (the owner) where she came and meaured our space, we spoke about my expectations vs my realities. Although we had a couple of bumps along the road, she was very professional in making sure the proper corrections were made. In short.... I got my DREAM kitchen! and I am completely in love with it. It looks custom as we wanted and we made the best use of our space as she guided us through it. This is not IKEA nor Home Depot quality and the service is also worthy of its craftsmanship.I will certainly use them more as our renovations continue in our home and I would recommend them to anyone that is planning on getting any wood work done.

I dont recommend this company, because the owner (Fanny Pena) is not trustworthy. She does not keep up with everything she offers in her sales. After you pay her, you are no longer important to her. She also made several mistakes with her measurements and brought the cabinets with errors. Once we informed her of the issues with the cabinets, she wanted to charges us extra for the changes. On top of getting angry, she would not take ownership of her mistakes. We have pictures of all the imperfections that they had to fix.I dont recommend accepting the form of payment that she offers, because she makes errors and the client always loses. She does not offer guarantees. We had every issue known to man with this company. The owner only cares about money, and does not care about the quality of the work. I paid 90% of the invoice and she wanted the remaining 10% but she had not finished the work she was contracted to do.We hired her on January 11, 2021 and we finished March 24, 2021, but she still left things uncompleted.I do not recommend this company because the owner (Fanny Pena) is not reliable, nothing that she offers in its sale fulfills it and after you pay it is no longer important to her, she was wrong in all the measures and then she brought the cabinets with the errors and when complaining to him he wanted to charge us extra for the changes, in addition to bothering about our claims, he did not recognize his errors.
