Its the worst. Looks nice and great at first but when you get to know it you see the true greedy management.You need quarters? No problem, give them $10 and they will return $9.75BOGO? Amazing. Except they sometimes forget to include what is excluded. Or, misplace the sign close to products of similar brands, not having BOGO that day.Our price is too high? No problem, lets turn the tag to the back of the aisle so you dont get scared.Produce? Just a few and overpriced as always.

I always get the roast beef pub sub and sometimes the fried chicken. Im always pleased. If you get there at the right time they make a key lime cookie 🍪😋 that is amazing.

My favorite supermarket in the City of Miami, it has excellent customer service, wide variety of fresh products from the sea, from the farms. Good Inventory of Wines, Liquors, and Beers. And it has a spacious parking lot for its customers.

I was very pleased with the service. I was helped by one cashier and she was extremely nice. I know the place because I lived around there. The excellent service still exists.

Been going here for a while already, and everything was good: the quality of food and service. The staff is always friendly. Today was quite strange though. Bought eggs and flour. One of the eggs was missing, and flour had bugs in it. Now Im a bit skeptical about this place.

Parking lot was small maybe 30 spaces. I have a ram 1500 so tight is a good term. Other than that store clean well stocked and staff was friendly.

Excellent product selection. There was a wonderful gentleman at the deli who helped us in making our selections by letting us have small tastes of the meats and cheeses were considering. Check out staff were friendly and efficient.

Everytime I order online and ask to get my sandwich done a certain way like tossing the chicken in sauce they NEVER NEVER NEVER do it. So if you want special things done, do it in person. And half the time they dont ever get it done on time.

Publix is an amazing store, with a large selection of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, frozen foods, produce, and more! Publix has something for everyone! Every employee there is pretty friendly and will help you the best they can. Ive noticed reviews mentioning that the food is pricy, and employees only speak in Spanish. The food isnt pricy at all! In fact, Publix has coupons, and buy one get one free sales to save money. Great publix to shop at. Actually I think this was the first one iirc? Anyway, the employees are very nice and generally want to make sure you have a great shopping experience with them. Try the almond bear claws if you havent!

Really Friendly store. We were greeted many times, as we were asked by a lot of staff if they could get us anything. Do not live in this area. But will stop in again.

Had everything we needed on our visit to Miami. We came in out of town bought some things for our Air BnB and realized that we didnt use all of the items we purchased. So we called and asked what the return policy was and was able to bring back the items that we didnt use. We even brought back opened items and was refunded in full. Customer service handled it patiently even as the line grew longer. I appreciated that because returns can be stressful (we had alot of them).

Publix is a staple grocery store of Florida. Their headquarters are in Lakeland Florida some of the best grocery marketplace food items and customer service in the state.

This Publix is always a pleasure to go. Be aware that Wednesday, produce is replaced so you might not find it at night near closing.

Not a pleasure shopping anymore. Products putrid, tired unhappy employees, dogs sniffing through the aisles. New family owners have not the same vision for the business. Customers pay more for less. Shame.

Overall good store. The only issue I have is at the deli when ordering lunch meat. I order thin cut ham all the time and when I get home I always find the first few pieces to be thin and the rest are thick. I don’t understand if it’s to save time or pure laziness. What’s the point of asking thin or thick when they cut the meat however they want.

Need a nice cheap cooler for you hotel room, they got it!Need some booze to put in the cooler, dont waste your time at the liquor store, Publix has it! Nice friendly staff too!

Last moment Deli Run an hour before closing...One employee was Super Nasty older woman...😳🙄Yet, another veteran female employee served me super well and nice as can be...👍🙏Although they were out of everything topping wise and so I had to accept my Smoked Turkey Sub (Special) with only tomatoes & spinach was all they had due to I was too hungry...😐Anyways, the veteran employee served me well...the other was just plain nasty older woman..!

This Publix supermarket is one of my favorite places to go shop number one it has parking inside which is covered and in here in Miami on hot days that is a plus also the quality of Publix is one of the best in the supermarket business however they also have their own brand and specials where this store is for all budgets so next time youre in the area if you havent been there yet stopping they open from 7:00 a.m. clean friendly and they keep things clean and thats very important nowadays happy shopping

Small parking space, normally this Publix gets really packed. Asked one of the store associate for help in finding an item and they where very helpful where I can find it.

What a bad impression. Why dont you monitor your employees at that location?

It is a pretty good store, quality and clean. I believe that the cleaners should be given some type of bonus for their hard work.

Saw one of the employees pick up an apple off the dirty floor and put it back on the apples. He joking laughed about it to his other employees. This is very nasty and very sad . Unsanitary for one and also we just went through a pandemic . I really can not believe an employee from Publix would do this disgusting thing .

Today in the store I witnessed someone stealing food. It made me very sad because you could tell he was hungry, dirty and broken. I am going to rate it a two. Because I know we are in Miami but it is in the United States where the language is English that is what I speak and all most everybody who works there tells me that dont speak English🙄they should be able to communicate in English if they are working in the United States.

Employees greet you, & ask you if you need help, the only thing is that one of the grocery cart boys followed me to the car & I asked him, if he was waiting for me, he replied yes for the cart, and I replied that I would take it back, cause it would take a while for me to put the groceries in the car(being a Sr. Citizen and having a shoulder with osteopenia and in lots of pain, I felt rushed)!

Extremely overpriced for subpar products and terrible customer service, especially from the lady in charge at the closing shift at December 9th, 2020. They are extremely rude! Will never be returning.

This is a great location for a Publix! The employees are all caring and customer-oriented! They are all friendly and answer politely when asked questions. The aisles are also very clean and tidy. My only issue was parking, but overall great supermarket! Check them out
