Service for Xfinity is excellent but the prices are jumping off the pages because theyre so high. You are trapped into a 2 year contract unless you decide to pay a higher fee for a no contract. My monthly bill runs $178.00 that I am dropping by going to Streaming services.

I went recently although I was helped with my equipment efficiently. I felt very dismissed by Kayla. She was not helpful. Every question I asked she just shrugged her shoulders and replied “i don’t know” instead of getting another teammate to assist. If you don’t like your job QUIT!!!!!!!!

I have never experienced such frustration as I have when it comes to working with this company. Their automated system is terrible. To get to an agent you have to request new service even if you already have service. Seems they are only interested in speaking with you if it means more money for them.I had service through my landlord, I called to inquire about how to switch over service without interruption, as I work from home. The very rude representative, Trudy, told me I was not authorized on the account (which I was) so placed me on a brief hold. Meanwhile she was contacting my landlord to ask if she had permission to cancel his services. He assumed she was working with me and I was blindsided when she cancelled the services from under me. She then went on to tell me I couldnt regain services until I switched out his equipement and got my own. Mind you, this was in the middle of a work day, during a pandemic and I was working from home. Frurious, I had to run down to my nearest store and do all of this in person on Christmas Eve. I lost my entire work day and didnt have this issue resolved until 5pm.Since then I have tried so many times to pay my bill but the information they put in was incorrect and does not match my records. I cannot pay online and I cannot get in touch with someone over the phone. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Every time I try and call I end in tears of frustration. I wish I had another option but unfortunately there is no other service in my area. I am currently on a call back list with a wait time of 2-3 hours.

Has this company have no shame. Words cannot remotely express how bad their customer service is. Whatever you can imagine, you would be wrong. They take it to a whole new low. I’ve been trying for weeks to speak to someone. All I get is a recording. Then after this robot tells you to restart your router and Check the cable connections, it tells you,”have a nice and good bye. I’ve done this several times - restarting the router every time. It’s the only option they give you. My problem has not been resolved. It’s unbelievable. I’m unable to talk to anyone. My internet is slow. I need it for work.I don’t know what else I can do. I’m going to cancel my service and pay the penalty. I need reliable internet service. This company cannot deliver. The absolute worst.

Nothing against this particular location. Xfinity-Comcast is the worse cable company in the county. They promise and promise but never deliver. They make you hold for at least 30 minutes and then the agents don’t have any idea about the products or services. Stay away!!! Internet service is not good! Too expensive for what you get.

Ok I think they have a monopoly of the cable business and are way out of control on their pricing. Every few monets they jack up your bill. Terrible!. That said a young Hispanic guy helped me, cant remember his name think he was a manger. He was superb! He said he would help me when I walked in to sign in and that he did. This guy really acted as if he was concerned with my issues and thats why I give a five star. I hope they keep him there for a long time.

This is by far the most unprofessional crew I ever encounter. Start off they were acting like they were doing me a favor?! Really? It’s a service you are getting pay for. They mess up so bad they had no words to say how unprofessional they were. They gave me the wrong modem to begin with, then I could not connect and spent all day on the phone trying to connect my internet just to found out they had set the modem to the wrong address that’s why it would not connect! The agent on the phone is who out the wrong address. Also, the address where they actually added they disconnected their internet!! See where this is going? Then, turns out the modem was wrong serial from the one I had taken, therefore I had to bring the first modem back. All this could have been avoided if the first personal that helped me would had paid attention. He did not care and never said hi or thank you or have a nice day.... no customer service skills. No proper training. To make matters worse the second guy that help me just wanted to get rid of me as they knew they mess up and saw I was very frustrated already. He literally just walked away without saying a word after he handed me a a manual receipt! No actual receipt it’s given for returning the modem! Why? It’s that their policy how do they keep track of their supposedly return modems? See xfinity charges you for every little thing therefore is this a way to make more money if client can’t proof they return modem?!! I’m so upset with this company. I had never had a good experience. Also, to call sometimes you have to wait up to 40-60 minutes just to get an agent. I just come to find out you can ask them to call you through an application which easier to get an agent, that’s a plus. But over all it has been a tough journey with this company! I can’t change company as my building doesn’t allow other companies go figure :-( don’t come to this store! They need be bless they have a job and able to provide!! Stay healthy and safe.

This is probably the worst customer service department in any company I have dealt with in 40 years. They put you on hold and the line disconnects and that is after waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes. There brag about their internet and it is so inconsistent that I had to go to business location to conduct my work. Their upload MPs never go beyond ten which causes difficulties in accomplishing my work. Now that I have fiber att in my new home area, I will be switching. Stay away from Comcast! Especially now when many of us are trying to work from home due to the pandemic. You would like Comcast would be more considerate to resolve our issues.

Wow....the culture and attitude that was at the 7th avenue location was brought over the xfinity store in midtown. Bad customer service, witnessed some elderly couple, actually three of them that were directed to the express pay station. When all three couples arrived, they were baffled on how to use the self help/pay station. Took 30 minutes for assistance.Listen, we now live in a society where good jobs are hard to come by and these reps are under paid. First of all, Brandon was very helpful to me during my visit today. Working with him was smooth and easy despite me coming in with a problem. So Comcast should give him a raise. Lol Anyway, this is my Xfinity store of choice. The store is nice, has free parking in the back, which is great for the midtown area. The staff are friendly and polite.

Always suspicious about a company who has mostly 1 stars and 5 stars.They graciously kept our money. Did not reimburse what they promised.The Internet plan was supposed to charge us per day. So we returned the equipment before the indicated date in order to avoid being billed for the full month (we used the service only for the first 13 days of the month).Of course, Comcast, ended up charging us the full month, and even though they guaranteed that woudnt happen (they even gave us a cute case number written on a post-it as a promise), the outcome was charging for the full month.We cant do much since well be living abroad for quite some time, the good part is that we dont have to deal with their rudeness and bad service:)Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else!

Ive gone twice. And the two times Ive gone have had amazing customer service. When Im helped they know how to resolve everything I need and have even made suggestions to looking into less costly plans for myself. During the weekdays the place is a little understaffed but the wait time doesnt really exceed 1.5 hrs. First come first serve, and the ambience is relaxed. On the weekends hardly anyone comes down. Give this place a try, theyre underrated.

Upon yesterday, I had my Xfinity Cable installed. All seemed well initially. The rep and I agreed on the location for the modem. He proceeded to drill and route the wire. I opened my window to ask a question but for some reason he couldnt hear me. I walked around to a farther window to gain his attention. To my surprise there was another rep outside standing around. This was strange because at this point all of the work was pretty much done. And the second rep was talking loudly in a playful manner.I went to the restroom came into my living room and the second rep who was not announced by Xfinity or buy the first rep was standing in my living room leaning on my counter speaking loudly on his personal air pods or headphone type device. At this point I needed an explanation to which I was told buy this first rep that they help each other and that he gets off at 4:30p so he called his mateI asked how that he felt it was permissible to invite a random stranger into my home without permission from his employer or myself.At this point he has been working for about 30 - 45 minutes on the Internet install there was no reason whatsoever for him to need help. Let alone invite one of his work friends into my home.The second rep asked Oh, so you want me to leave seeming insulted that I was questioning him being there.I feel totally unsafe and have contacted Xfinity with no response.edit: on the phone with corporate Andrew, a rep, maintains that they work in groups and cannot see the issue with my claimgot through to a knowledgable rep,and expecting to hear back from ComcastI appreciate her

I came here to drop off a DVR box and make a minor service change. The experience here was the exact opposite of the phone experience. I would always come here in the future if I needed to make any changes to my account. Staff were friendly and smiled. Feels like the opposite of the adversarial experience you get on the phone.
