BUYERS BE WARNED! Just closed on my pre construction home, and like another negative review states- S.H.E. put a security panel with no wires or sensors in the house. S.H.E. did NOT prewire the house during construction like they were supposed to! It’s unfortunate because I was actually going to use this company, until I realized how terrible their workmanship is. I couldn’t imagine dealing with this company for all the years to follow.

This is the third alarm company we have used and so far they have been the best. SHE has been professional & reliable. SHE have always helped when we had any issues. Andrew, one of the techs has come out to our home twice & both times has been very helpful. One other tech came out when we first hired SHE, I believe his name was Juan?, He was also very helpful! Many people in my neighborhood use SHE and I will continue to recommend them!

I absolutely hate the experience that I have had with this company! Their customer service is terrible, their equipment is terrible, their installation techs are terrible and not knowledgeable, and their equipment is over priced. If you want to have a smart home or a home security system you are better off doing it yourself or going with literally any other company. Please be warned. DO NOT USE SPECIALIZED HOME ELECTRONCIS for your security or smart home needs.

SHE has been our home alarm system company for 10 years. They have provided high quality equipment and excellent service. They have provided monitoring service and have never failed to respond promptly and professionally. We can recommend SHE highly for installation, equipment and monitoring services. We moved to this community in 2017 and have been using the alarm system provided by the community. We have used alarm systems for over 25 years (before moving to south Florida). We always set the alarm when we leave the house. When I have had a problem I was always given a solution. When we added motion sensors the installers were very efficient. We have not had any false alarms. We have been very satisfied with the service.

Ive been using SHE alarm equipment and monitoring service for 9 years. Ive never had a problem, and theyve always been quick to answer any questions. Theyve swapped out batteries for free (no labor charge even), and have been very friendly over the phone.

I have been a member since 2011 when I purchased our home. SHE has always been the security and has been must helpful when we got into a jam. It was easy to extend their time as our security.

Andrew and the technicians are awesome. Always responded to my emails quickly and the technicians were prompt and quick to install all the equipment. Highly recommended.

Recently bought a new D.R. Horton home witch came with the system. I called to activate but the panel wouldn’t turn on… So they had to send a technician out which took almost a week… Then the technician says that the wires cut and I need to talk to the builder. I called the builder the electrician comes out, come to find out they can’t even find the wire and where they install the panel by my door is not where it supposed to go it’s supposed to go more towards the dining/living room. So the security company cut a hole in my wall to install a panel that wasn’t even wired. They blame the builder but the builder clearly showed me that they are at fault. I just cannot fathom first of all why it takes so long to get someone out here and second of all how someone would cut a hole in a wall to place a panel somewhere that it doesn’t even go and leave it like that knowing dang well it wouldn’t work when somebody moved in. This was all unnecessary and I’m highly disappointed I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I truly appreciate how fast they responded to an issue I was having with my doorbell camera. I also love how fast they respond when the alarm has gone off.

Nothing nice to say about this company. Make sure you read your contract. I sold my home and had over 1 yr left on my contract after signing a 3 year agreement so I figured there would be a penalty for canceling. Little did I know that this company charges you every dollar remaining on the contract. And this was after I had to call them to add a device to send signals to my cell phone which was $265 dollars 6 months earlier. My alarm was going off in my home all day and they didnt call me. They said that they attempted to call my home number to ask why my alarm was going off. Isnt the point of an alarm is to notify you when youre not home. Then is when they told me that i needed this extra device installed. Needless to say I am still paying for a security system in a home that I no longer live in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a joke..

The equipment that they recommended for our home audio system is intuitive to use and a major improvement in quality and versatility over our old assembly of components. And the cost was absolutely competitive with anything that we could find online. Best yet, the service that they provided was outstanding. Andrew Barker from SHE was polite, expert and extraordinarily conscientious - he worked through tricky issues matching new equipment to our existing speaker system successfully. He overcame everything from faulty new equipment (just bad luck!) to mastering the link to our home WiFi. Andrew and SHE have checked back with us after the installation to be sure that everything is working. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Save your money and go elsewhere. They all protect each other in this company and do not like to admit fault. As a experienced home owner that usually does their homework prior to picking a company I am ashamed that I chose SHE Alarms with the recommendation of DR Hoorton properties.. Dont take the recommendation, take your money and your mind and go elsewhere. As we speak I am getting out of this contract and losing the money. But I much rather lose the money then continue getting robbed with their ridiculous prices.Other than the prices, they do have a quick response time via email. This is a family company so they do try but the prices is what is making me chose another company.

It has been 2 Years since Spealized Home Electronics installed my home security and I have had nothing but a great sense of security knowing that when my Alarm is triggered off the response from the central station is super quick.I have had situations when I have forgotten to disengage my alarm and open my door and in less than a minute my phone is ringing.Andrew has been Johnny on the spot when I call him for just the most miner thing.I have had several Alarm Companies approach me with less monthly service but if aint broke dont fix it. Honestly... Do not get this crap of service. Im stuck on a 36 month contract and im counting the days. They have by far the worst customer service, seriously they do. The other customers on here werent lying. Yes ive had the distinct pleasure of speaking to Marlene, who just plain ole sucks at speaking and customer service. Why work in customer service? Waiting on the day I can walk away and tell them to fudge themselves.Message to owner: You are lucky you have this company. How you select your employees is beyond my wildest imagination. Do a little more work before giving your answering team who speak directly to your customers a job. Protect your company, youll regret it sooner or later.

The app for your smart phone is a time saver, but we have had problems with the electronic lock installed on the front door. Besides the front door not always syncing with the panel the rest of the alarm works great.

Before I moved in to my new home I was greeted by my home warranty guy and SHE expert Andrew. He said he would be there at closing to make sure we had security in place and he was. We have been secure with SHE since we moved in June. Every system has glitches and I was locked out of my own house for about 30 minutes on 2 occassions but when I spoke with Andrew he suggested a wifi extender since my wifi was on the other side of the house and the system works faster and better than ever. So I guess the glitch was my wifi not so much the system. Lol. I have and will continue to recommend SHE to my new neighbors and friends.

I called this company a week prior to moving in to my new home and spoke with Marlene Carrasquillo to book an activation appointment she told me I would get a military discount on the activation fee instead of 95 it would be 75. The day of the appointment nobody came I called and spoke with Marlene again who said someone called me and left a voicemail 2 days prior to cancel. I informed her that they obviously have a liar in their company because nobody called me. She informed me that the next appointment is two weeks away on the 15th I said that is unacceptable and spoke with the manager whose name is Raquel. She told me the same thing so I took the appointment. On the 15th of August the alarm tech came on time and was very pleasant, he told me there was a $100 activation fee which I didnt pay. I called the office when he left and spoke to Marlene who is the only one in the office, she actually had the nerve to curse at me and say oh thats bullshit when I said I didnt know about the activation fee. She reminded me of our conversation about the military rate and I said oh yea ok well Im not going to pay $100 because you told me $75 she had such a bad attitude with me that she said she thought it best that we not talk anymore and hung the phone up on me. When I called back she answered I asked if she works at the corporate office she said yes and if I would like her last name as well I accepted and she replied with it doesnt matter Im the only one named Marlene anyway they know who youre talking about. I said Im surprised you still have a job she said yep I sure do and hung up the phone. With this kind of service Ill rather pay ADT $30 a month
