I highly recommend Gus and his car repair shop. I took my car to Mercedes Benz to get it checked out because I was getting a very strong rattling sound from under the car. Mercedes took three or four days just to take a look at it, and when they did, they claimed that I needed a very expensive repair to replace the driving shaft, flexible disks and brakes. They wanted to charge me $5,000. I didn’t question the inspection but decided to look for another car repair shop to see if I could get it repaired for less. I landed at AGT Imports based on his reviews and was so glad I did. They took a look at my car and said the problem stemmed from a very small piece of rubber that was hanging on the underside which was causing the noise. They removed it and said the brakes did not need to be replaced at this time. They only charged me a small fee for the inspection which I was happy to pay. Gus is the most honest person in the business that I’ve encountered. I’ve been telling a lot of people about him and now I’d like to leave this review to inform those that I don’t know who are considering going to his business not to hesitate and go. You won’t regret it. He saved me $5,000 and I’m eternally grateful. Thanks Gus!

Id recently come into a new to me 2003 E39 525 Touring; a stunning machine, but not without its woes for being on the road for 17 years and nearly 200K miles! Between registration and other little items I could handle, I get the coveted Check Coolant Levels warning, and I panic! So as steam starts bellowing from under the bonnet, I Google the closest shop I could find that specializes in Euro cars; I could NOT be more fortunate to have come across this shop! Gustavo is a godsend of a mechanic, and even more so of a person: communicative, exceptionally reliable, and friendly! Never once over the three weeks going back and forth fixing the, shall we say, MUCH more pertinent issues that the pre-purchase inspection wasnt able to catch, was there an issue with communication! Very clear, very direct, and always a concise workflow outline as well as cost! It was the smoothest operation I could ever ask for! I cannot suggest this shop any harder than I am now, Im extremely lucky to have been in range to get this machine in a shape to keep her on the road for another 200K miles!

I had a great experience. Took my car in for a regular service and got out out in less than an hour. Gus is a pleasant guy to deal with. For a regular service, I saved plenty of $$s over what dealerships were quoting.

Gus is the real deal. When I lived here in Miami, I started using his service at the recommendation of one of my co-workers. I have continued to use his service now for over 20 years and continue to be thrilled with not only the level of technical competence, the delivery of service, but the honesty and fair pricing for all work. I have referred all of my friends to Gus over the years. I retired five years ago and now when I need service on any of my three cars, I drive from my retirement home in Palm Bay down to Miami to Gus to get the service I need. I cant say enough about Gus and his crew and highly recommend him to anyone who really wants to get excellent service at a fair price.

Bought my bmw a week ago,it was fine and took it there to get oil change and checked out .. they told me I needed $1800 worth of repairing.. I didnt do it just did an oil change than the next morning my car was acting wow ..it was good all week than as soon as I took it there it was acting up.. I went somewhere else and they told me the car was fine and told me if I wanted to change a couple of thing just to make them newer it would be $486, they just wanna take your money believe me theres better places out there

Can’t trust everyone, but these guys ?? Yess!!!! Our BMW needed an oil change and tire rotation done! They pointed out stuff that will need to be fixed in the future but never tried to upsell us. Provided us with a rate quote and suggested we compare others to their service, gets no better than that!!!!

My car was hydrolocked during a flood in Miami. I thought my car was never going to run again. I don’t know how but Gus pulled off a miracle and now my car sounds better than it did before! I brought my 2003 BMW 530i into AGT because I was deciding whether or not to sell it. It had some problems that I thought would cost thousands to fix even though it has low miles and is very clean.Gus and his team fixed all outstanding issues for far less than I expected to pay, and when I (dumbly) rode into curb the next day and half pulled the bumper off, they fixed that free of charge.My friend had a similar experience with her Mercedes.Clean shop, efficient service and great people. A strong recommend.

Terrible. My Car was leaking oil after they did an oil change. They fixed windshield washer pump and ended up connecting it backwards, so when you try to wash the front windshield, you get water in the back. To top it all, I got a verbal estimate and when I Came to pay, it was much more. They quickly showed me an e-mail with the higher amount. Nice trick. They tell you one amount and send you an e-mail with a different one.

Taking my Mercedes to AGT Imports was a great experience . As a women I was afraid of being taking advantage off in a auto shop. At AGT they treated me with courtesy and respect, immediately I knew at was at the right place and my baby was well taking care of. They were vey honest.

I been a customer for over 7 years ever since my Mercedes factory warranty expired. My Mercedes is now over 13 years new;), over 200k miles and it drives like a brand new car because I have Gus do all repairs and maintenance on it. I highly recommend for any one wanting to keep their expensive German import pass factory warranty. All ways been treated fairly, honestly and with respect.
